Olympic has been in business for over 65 years, so they know what they are doing. They have a number of plaques, trophies, tags and apparel on the floor to look at, as well as catalogs to rifle through. Even though they produce product for a number of recognizable companies, they keep the mom / pop feel, and they make it in-house. The staff are professional and courteous, and the service and quality is much better than other shops we've used. Contact via email is sometimes slow, but never had an issue with simply calling. I have my own business and I have used this company to do all my uniforms for years now. They do fantastic work. They might be a tad bit high price wise but I much rather pay more and have the job done right I swear Dennis who is the graphics designer guy must have thought I was a pain in the ____. I'm a very picky person and Dennis was very patient and very professional. He got the feeling that I'm a perfectionist and he was cool with that Becky was the main person I talked to. She was very kind and pleasant to work with. There was a mix up about my email address from the beginning but I think that was more my fault than anything else. This company (also SportPacks, Inc) has the worst customer service. The employees don't do what the service you're paying them for. This company caused me so much stress and headaches. They are only good in collecting money. I ordered online for my son's uniform online on Monday night (July 30, 2018) and paid 2 different shipping fees to make sure I get the polo shirts before my son's first day of school which is on August 7, 2018. It says on the receipt that the polo shirts should be shipped by August 1, 2018 and the rest of my order will be shipped by August 13, 2018. They did not ship any of my orders but they were able to process the payment as soon as the following day I ordered. I sent them a message on the message box on their website on Wednesday (August 1, 2018) night to follow up on my order but never got any reply from them. I called their office on Friday (August 03, 2018 9:30am) and explained the situation to the person that I talked to. She said she was going to put a note and have somebody to call me back. When I tried to get her name, she just hung up on me. At 11:15am on the same day, I called again and talked to the same person. She said people who were supposed to call me back were still in the middle of shipping/packaging. I was able to get her name. Her name is Denice. I received a return call from one of their agents at 3:12pm. The girl (agent) I spoke to said they are trying to ship out merchandise and I asked/begged her if she could have somebody rush to ship at least 2 of my son's polo shirts (despite of paying them extra and supposedly shipped out the items 2 days prior to this date). She didn't sound to care at all. She just said she will try but shipments would go out either that day or Monday (August 06, 2018). It was very disappointing and frustrating on my part. Today, August 06, 2018 (Monday, 9:48am), I tried to call their office again but nobody answered the phone. My call didn't go to the voice mail either. I used my son's phone and called them again at 10:15am. Denice answered the phone. I told her I called Friday and calling them again to follow up on my order. She told me she would leave a note and have somebody to call me back (same line as what she used last week). As soon as got my phone number, she just hung up on me without waiting for what I would say. She was very rude and not helpful. That made me really upset. I called her back (10:18am) to tell her it wasn't right for her to treat their customers like that. She apologized and told me she would bring the issue to their manager and/or supervisor but I don't think she did. I never received any call from them today. I called them this afternoon 5 times (from 4:50pm) but it goes directly to their voicemail. I couldn't leave a voice mail because their mail box was full. It was totally frustrating. I suggest to look some place else if you don't want to have headache by dealing with this company. This is the first year that our school has signed up with them and it's already causing so much trouble to us parents. We will definitely request the school to bring their business somewhere else. I ordered sweatshirts through Sportspacks.com, which is owned by Olympic Trophy company. These guys charged me extra shipping fees. When I contacted their customer service, all I got in response was "sorry, we cannot refund shipping". When I tried to explain the situation ... ie, that I did NOT choose express shipping ... they just rudely said "sorry, we cannot refund shipping". Totally rude, and unprofessional. Their idea of customer service is "screw the customer". These guys are crooks. read more

I had a wedding cake knife engraved. This knife had been used by two other family members and engraved for them. When I left it at Olympic I told them to make it look like the other two. Well the work was done quickly but when I picked it up I was so disappointed because it did not match the other names. I had also been told one price and when I got it it was nearly twice the price I was told. I can say they were nice people and the showroom is nice but the work was a great disappointment. read more

I had to get a same day engraving done on marble, which apparently is not a common service provided by most engravers. After calling engravers all over the peninsula, I found Olympic. They took my order, completed it shortly. Customer service was outstanding, finished product was high quality. Throughout the process I felt like they were committed to getting the engraving done exactly how I wanted. I was especially impressed with the personal way in which they handled my order. They did a good job on my embroidering job but they turnaround was 5 business days which is longer than most shops and they also charge a lot more. Even though it was done right I think I can find a more reasonably priced place for the same work. read more

This company (also SportPacks, Inc). Absolutely THE WORST, WORST company all around. Customer service does not exist. The owner, sounds like a used car salesman. We ordered uniforms for our child for school. Unfortunately, we HAVE to go with them. Maybe that is the reason why they do not care about happy customers and meeting deadlines. Customers are FORCED to used them. We placed our order a month ago. School starts soon (one day) and still no update on when products will be shipped out. Every week we are given another promise which turns into a lie and no product is ready. We have heard so many different reasons as to why they are delayed and no solid reason. They say that they care but they are giving a BAD example to our kids who will wear the uniforms unfortunately. Our kids reaction with this mess is that, if a company can not meet a deadline then kids can skip on meeting homework/school deadlines. Our kids are not happy and know that this place has ZERO, ZERO, ZERO respect for kids. All this place wants is our money. Have not seen any care whatsoever for customers. Really hard to believe that they are in business still. 7 on your side has been contacted since this is so unfair for hardworking families and the children. I know our kids have lost respect for them. On a side note, one of the reps that have contacted one of the parents with more lies, has so many facebook selfies posted on her site. This is during the time that SportPacks say they are busy. IF they are that busy, why is this employee posting selfies on facebook and not working on orders for paying customers. read more

I was trying to get trophies for a table tennis tournament, so I would be looking for a trophy with a table tennis figure on top. I found Olympic Trophy by trying to google and yelp for places that I could go to so that my school's club could have trophies for our tournament. Unfortunately the staff member who helped me did not know what was table tennis. This did irk me, but I asked for the other options. The other option was a general trophy figure, which was acceptable, but I believe that if there was a book in the office or a place online to display figure options, it would have made my visit better. The only last irk I have is that the staff offered a tennis figure, but when I saw the figure, it was a badminton figure. Overall, I thought my experience here was okay and could have been better. I would not come back here if it was to purchase another trophy for table tennis, but this location seems ok for other sports (such as track and field, basketball, baseball, etc).
