May 14 2026 had an appointment all the way in Long Island after dialysis for wound care for my foot which I surgery on at Mt Sinai Kings Highway. I walked all around the first floor until I was exhausted. Came back out the building after resting a bit and fortunately the driver was there still. I explained to him then called receptionist and all she kept saying was "All the way in the back" . He walked with me and still couldn't find it. After a while I gave up and asked could he please take me home. By this time I was extremely exhausted and my foot and especially my back was sore from so much walking mind you I came there straight from dialysis. I don't know what I would have done and probably would have passed out. But being so far from home was grateful once again for Olympic, driver van 80 and especially Julie for always going out of the way for their patients. Thank you Olympic. read more

One of their ambulette was scheduled for a pick up at my nursing home for a patient going home. Patient was being checked for his blood pressure to made sure he was safe to be dc. The driver very impatient and was very rude to staff and trying desk. He left without taking the patient. This is a nursing home? They're providing services on the healthcare industry and should be more patient with their customers. The driver is horrible and rude. It's disgusting. They should not have people working or even be in the healthcare industry if they can't be a little bit more compassionate and patient. It was Van # 9. The pick up was for 2/3/26 k 11am. read more

3/12/25 Usually very good, however the driver of van #5 on our way out asked if it was ok if we picked someone else and drop them somewhere before we got dropped off. I said as long as we get to our appointment in time, he says d he can't promise anything. I told him No, we couldn't wait if he couldn't promise to get there on time. The dispatchers be argumentative whereas you might be feeling confused as to why your ride is late. Even the manager is rude. In order to get into the passenger seat I was not told to use seat belt from driver and when told to seat down I was told by driver to sit side way there was a passenger how was in a wheelchair left of me pushing me to the right and unto of the when the driver closed the slide door he slammed it aif that was not bad enough he also was speeding please fire this driver this is van 11 also hr was driver recently and about 15 to 20 mile an hour faster then the speed limit thank you read more

The drivers Melvin and George were incredibly kind, helpful and patient ensuring my cousin made it to his doctor appointment on time without waiting their professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable.. Olympic Transportation is a greedy company with some really shady practices. They were contracted to transport me to a Medical Appointment. When they picked me up the driver attempted to pick up a second passenger going in a different direction then my appointment which would have made me late, missing my apt. I explained this to the driver but he didn't care so I had to call their dispatcher to make a stink about it. In retaliation for refusing to go along on a ride to pick up a second client Olympic Transport canceled my return trip stranding me at my appointment location. I'll remind people in this post-COVID world we are not really permitted to loiter around medical offices. They left me stranded with no notice. They were also scheduled to pick me up again for a subsequent appointment but earlier today I was told they canceled that appointment and claimed they wouldn't have a vehicle in my area. This is a complete lie given that they previously confirmed the job, they canceled it in retaliation, i'm just lucky they didn't wait till last minute. If you're looking to hire an Ambulette Service please look elsewhere. Olympic Transport does not deserve your patronage. To make matters worse the air conditioning in ambullete they sent was not working and the driver was rude because he didn't get his way. read more

Always late , don't answer phone . When they happen to answer the phone usually they are rude , can never give a time estimate or they suddenly don't have your trip even when it was confirmed the day before. Save your time , energy and money and book with someone else. read more
