I said just go ahead and take it off the bill because it's still raw. She then gave me a hard time about that and said she had to speak to someone else. After waiting another 10 min she comes back telling me she took it off this time but was told to tell me salsa will make it wet. I'm not stupid I've also worked as senior management in customer service for over 20 years. Never have a had such a horrible experience.
