My husband ordered a broccoli cheese omelette and was hard pressed to find any of either ingredient. We can overlook these things because they are included in our package. The air conditioning is going to be repaired but for now- there are ugly portable residential units. Lights are burned out also- it just looks sloppy. Poor experience here compared to other years. On my last day, service was so incredibly rude I did not leave a tip. I've only ever done that one other time in my life due to rudeness. The server -tall overly tanned skinny blondish haired older woman- was impatient, short tempered and abrupt and kept ignoring my mom. She apparently was "very busy"- really?!?! You're TOO BUSY TO HELP A CUSTOMER??? How so when we are your ONLY table at 7:30 AM. Inexcusable!! I can tolerate a lot of crap. I've been a server. I had beverages and ate heartily in order to skip lunch and none of my checks exceeded $15. The location can't be beat. It's right at the beginning of the boardwalk and accessible from outside. If You're staying in the hotel it's even easier. In season they have both outdoor and indoor dining. They have comfortable booths along the window with a view of the ocean. And You could see the ocean from any table in the restaurant. I am here preseason and the seasonal staff from the Baltic states that come here to work in the Wildwoods every summer for college money are already well trained. The local staff are pleasant and hard-working. All three times I never waited for anything and I was checked on regularly. Coffeehouse like music plays overhead at a gentle volume enhancing the dining experience. Best for last : You can order room service from this restaurant for lunch and dinner.
