He gave us a serious attitude and said "I'm not making it that," openly insulted her order by saying "those meats don't go together" and that he wouldn't honor the order despite her already paying for it. I told him "It's what she ORDERED, that's what she wants." He replied "I don't care, I'm not doing it." (A simple "we don't do modifications" would have been totally understandable by us instead of this.) Thankfully, his entire wonderful staff heard. I asked about just paying for the other sandwich so we could combine it at home. The amazing woman at checkout gave us the other sandwich for free. The second star is purely for the generosity and understanding of the staff.
