Cheesesteaks are solid and was really hot when we picked it up. Antney fries are literally perfect and the Antney sauce?? I would buy a tub of it. The cheesesteak strombolis are also fire but you need to call ahead because they dont always have them!! read more

Drove down from Philly based off a recommendation. I'm not a cheesesteak fan and the word was their roast pork was good. The place is right on the main road in Angelsea/north wildwood. Got there around 11:20. Jerry took my order. Food was ready fairly quickly. Very good pork sandwich on seeded roll that I'm a fan off. Broccoli rabe was cooked right. Perfect sharp provolone. The pork was not dry and not fatty and had very good flavor. The owner came over and said that the rolls are baked in house and from Staten Island. They have plenty of outdoor seating and they have a few tables inside as well. I'd go back to try their roast beef, meatballs and cutlets. read more

The steak sub was good but they shrunk it from last year. We could hear the lady in there telling one of the young girl workers that you need to charge extra for something that didn't seem should be an extra. Anyway the reason for knocking down the sub is shrinkflation. Met the owner last year he was great subs were huge but this year he wasn't there, the subs shrunk and it seemed like the lady was concerned more with the bottom line. read more

Food was amazing, service was quick and friendly. So many options, Can't wait to go back and try all the rest.

Great service and friendly staff! The fried onion chips are amazing--thanks for the recommendation. PHENOMENAL cheesesteak! My husband had the chicken parm, which was also very good. Located right in North Wildwood as you come in on the left. Great hours--open seven days a week. The rolls are on point. I'm definitely going to have to come back often just to try everything on the menu. You'd do really well opening a spot in the Villas Check them out! read more

We stopped in this local Wildwood eatery since we were near the Convention Center My chicken parm sandwich was tasty but not enough chicken. Just one skinny cutlet. I wish they put a bit more chicken I will Try again read more

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel like I needed to shout this place out. I live in south philly. No lack of great sandwich places down there and I think I pretty much had all of them. I have also tried a couple of other sandwich places in Wildwood and I really enjoyed their sandwiches as well (Russos and johnny longs both great), but I gotta tell you, this roast pork sandwich from Antneys was fantastic! probably up there with any roast pork sandwich I've ever had. The pork was tender and juicy and was complimented beautifully by the sharp provolone and broccoli Rabe. What made the sandwich a killer was the role. Chewy and crunchy at the same time. You can taste the freshness. The sandwich was actually even sitting for about 40 minutes before I even opened it and it still held up. I called the store and verified that they make their own rolls. Not hard to believe. This is a great spot. You gotta go there and grab a sandwich. read more

Different Cheesesteak #1156. Guest eaters Amigo Dan, Patti, Bill and Ann Marie. Amigo Dan picked up this cheesesteak. Sorry no sign selfies. We got a cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms and one with fried onions and peppers. We took our cheesesteaks to Anglesea Aleworks. Spoiler Alert; we liked our cheesesteaks and our beers. Everyone liked the Rando rolls. I thought the meat had a very good flavor. We all wish they were bigger. The onions on the one cheesesteak were under cooked. read more

Delicious!!! Just off the boardwalk, steps down from the convention center, So many options to choose from. Hubby got the plain chicken cutlet with provolone on a seeded hoagie roll. Ordered takeout for dinner. We got the cheesesteak (Grubalicious), the Loaded Pig, and meatballs. The service was great. Staff was super friendly and engaging. The bread is absolutely solid--baked fresh there daily. Hands down the best cheesesteak I've ever had in my life! I will be back there every chance I get. read more

An experience! I can see why fellow Yelpers love this pace. It's a casual atmosphere and walking distance from the convention center and a number of hotels. We were a party of 7 mixed between adults and little ones. We ordered burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets, fries, onion chips. Every dish was freshly made and delicious. I couldn't decide between Cutlet Italian and their homemade meatballs. I opted for the Cutlet Italian which was great however, the owner brought out a meatball for me to try....let's just say I'll be grabbing meatballs to go. If you are a fan of supporting local and tasty American fare this is the place. Price point was reasonable and you'll be leaving with a to-go box. I'll be back before we leave. The only downside for me were the limited caned beverages which were Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, or water. Update, I came back for the meatball sub and it's official this is a MUST DO in Wildwood! read more

Amazing food by a local family business. Cheesesteaks are great. Rolls are to die for. And the business owner is a very generous charitable person. I have seen multiple Facebook posts where people have asked where to take individuals with Special Needs or saying that they're coming down on a budget and the owner of Antney's has stepped up numerous times and commented that the original posters are welcome to come dine at his restaurant on him. It is actually the reason why I went there in the first place: I wanted to support him because he seemed like a good person. And then to have eaten the food and realized how delicious it is... It's the reason why I keep going back. read more

We had the pork n provolone on long roll! WOW this was AMAZING! the roll is freshly baked right on the premises to perfection! Right amount of crispy freshly made sandwich knocked it right out of the park! Can't walk to try another sandwich! read more

Food was great. The cutlets were perfect -- crispy and not overdone. Everything came out quick and hot. Definitely worth stopping by.

Food was excellent reasonable prices. They actually make their own bread on site. Good friendly service not much vibe not much ambience.

Lots of well known places for cheesesteaks and such on the island. Everyone has their favorites...(Patronized Russo's for years until they priced themselves into oblivion). But we tried Antoneys, and this place is far more than a notch above. Their home-baked rolls alone clinch it...but the quality of their meats are phenomenal. Prices are reasonable, (actually...considering this is a shore town...VERY reasonable). Try the "Loaded Pig...delicious. read more

Wow! Just had the "loaded pig". Roast pork, Roasted peppers, long hots and sharp prov on a seeded roll. It was awesome, highly recommend. I also, met the owner (or manager). Nice guy, came out from behind the counter to give me my sandwich, like i was sitting in his living room. read more

We only had 2 sandwiches but both were excellent. Regular cheesesteak was one of the best I've had on the island, how can you go wrong with sliced filet mignon. Sausage meatball parm was great too. Give it a try. read more

The BEST chicken cutled and cheesesteaks on the island. Fresh homemade and truly outstanding. The Roast pork and roast beef are the truth.

Consistency is key and that's whatcha get at Antney's Grub. Friendly counter girls greet you with a smile as you enter. The decor brings an ode to Philly sports. If you crave south Philly classics like cheesesteaks, chicken cutlet, roast pork/beef sandwiches but are in Wildwoods, look no further than this spot. Every time I've been here the owner is on location putting his heart into serving some of the best food down the shore. If you want a true Philly style cheese steak, I highly recommend you go to Antney's Grub! Their South Philly steaks are so good! They are generous with both meat and wiz (or should I say "wit wiz" perhaps). The owners know how to do it because they are from South Philly! Also, the bread is fresh and soft. If cheesesteaks aren't your thing, try a burger! They make them as smash burgers on sesame buns. Not greasy at all and delicious!! The prices are good and the staff is friendly. They opened at the end of the 2021 season and I hope to see them for years to come! read more

Best cheesesteak Ive had in a very long time. Must try. Few locations in ww. Quick service we dined in.

Came here from great reviews I read online. Ordered cheesesteak and mozarella sticks. Mozarella sticks were good and crispy. Cheesesteak was very good. Meat tasted like real meat and cheese melted throughout, bread was very fresh. As much as I was enjoying it I had to throw it away as a long hair was wrapped inside the sandwich.
