BEWARE: Olympic Limousine canceled our limousine due to weather (understandable given the winter storm) but KEPT ALL OF MY MONEY!!! This is apparently their policy. I could understand if I was the one to cancel but they canceled and I'm out almost $800 with absolutely no services rendered. That's a lot of money to a guy like me! This is a terrible business policy and I can only imagine which other anti-customer policies they have. I'd rather be stranded on a desert island with my proctologist than ever consider doing business with them again. At least he's polite when he violates me. I have been using this company since moving here. I have a fairly brutal travel schedule, flying from SeaTac early one morning and returning the next. Drivers are punctual, professional and really nice. I'm glad I use them for their skills because 2 weeks ago there was a major accident on the 5 freeway (tons of chicken feathers spilled) and Jon knew when to exit and take me to SeaTac another way which was only about 20 minutes longer. I would have missed my plane otherwise. I live 60 miles south of SeaTac and the cost is well worth it but it is reasonable considering the superb service. read more

We rented a 10 person limo to take us from Olympia down to Sleep Country Amphitheater for the Van Halen concert. First, none of the windows rolled down- none even cracked open. No sun roof- nothing. Which to me is weird. Second, the doors were locked from outside. We had absolutely no way of getting out of the vehicle in case of an emergency. My dad confronted him- the limo driver/owner of the company was rude and disrespectful trying to justify locking us into the vehicle. He eventually left it unlocked as we probably would have walked if he hadn't. We paid a lot of money for this limo. I wish there was a disclaimer stating there were absolutely no windows or fresh air. On top of this we were charged $300 for damages. This company gets a 5 star rating from 4 reviews- make sure to read the 11 "unrecommended" reviews. They are pretty spot on about the service. In response to the owner of the company who has replied below: You locked the doors before we left the parking lot, before we started drinking. You knew we had two passengers that were claustrophobic and instead of being helpful, you were the complete opposite. He attempted to open the door when we were at a complete stop and he was suffering from a panic attack due to claustrophobia. At this point he found the doors were locked which put both of the claustrophobic passengers into further distress. Is it or is it not against the law to lock passengers into a vehicle with absolutely no escape in case of an accident? My friends and I have hired this limo to drive us to an event. When the driver arrived he told us that no one was to open the door besides him, no bodily fluids (gross), and no widows. O.k Fine, It was like 30 degrees, we didn't want windows, I'll let someone else open the door for me, and none of us were light weights when it came to booze none of us would be trowing up any time soon... We asked to make one quick stop for another person and then we were off. Once we arrived at the event the driver told us not to go to far because he wanted to know who got the carpet dirty. I just kind of stood there because when he picked us up we were standing outside, where there's dirt... He then got really upset and told us he was going to have to charge us a cleaning fee so he could go vacuum the carpets during our event. I told him I would not pay a fee, since it is dirt from our shoes and nothing more than normal. He then slammed the door and snapped at me to tell him when the event was over. I said 11.00 pm.He then walked off without another word. When the event ended the driver was no where to be seen, and was 15 minutes late from the end of the event. In the winter, we were pretty cold. When we called to find out where he was. He explained he parked on the side of the building and we'd have to come to him because he wasn't pulling up front (Seriously?! He dropped us off up front!) So we crossed half the parking lot get into the limo for the ride home, on ice, in heels. We were all tired, cold, and buzzed so we mostly just sat there and talked about how much fun we had just had. Once the limo driver dropped my friends off he then asked me to step out of the limo so he could get me to sign for damages to the limo. He said that the dirt was excessive, and he had to clean it. I pointed out that there was no permanent damage, and it was dirt form our shoes, that we shouldn't be charged. The driver who happens to be the owner, then decided it was perfectly acceptable to leave me stranded in an empty parking lot. He refused to take me home. We as a group paid over $500 for this limo service who was now refusing to take me home... Unacceptable! I had to hire a cab to finish taking me home! This is a bad practice, and I wish. You'll have several models to choose from. Ours have always been very recent or even new models, spotless, comfortable, stocked with water and newspapers. The drivers are exceptionally professional and skilled, checking traffic apps to avoid snarls and backups %while giving the smoothest ride imaginable. We've truly appreciated being picked up at home and the airport on time, every single time. Just text your driver when you deplane and your car will be waiting for you. What a relief after a long flight. These folks do a fantastic job behind the wheel and as well as while interacting with customers. I found Olympic via Yelp, and since there don't seem to be any others operating in the Lacey area that go to SeaTac, decided to give them a try, notwithstanding the negative review that precedes this one. We were going on a month long trip, and it was actually cheaper to use Olympic than park at the airport or any of the covered parking areas nearby. They were great. They showed up a few minutes early, loaded our luggage, provided us with water and a newspaper for the ride to the airport. On return they arrived just as our luggage was coming off the carousel, and again the driver was terrific. All we had to do was bring it out to the curb and he took it from there. I will definitely use them again, and I can only conclude that the situation in the earlier review was an anomaly. Definitely worth 5 stars! read more

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUISINESS. USE AAA CAPITAL LIMOSINE INSTEAD. I give Jon and his Limo "service" a one star rating because there is no zero available. I must say that although the rest of the staff were great, I had the unfortunate displeasure of doing buisness with THE OWNER "Jon" at Olympic Limousine. I booked their services for both my wedding and a honeymoon airport round trip transportation. ALL SERVICES PAID IN FULL. The ONLY negative aspects surrounding our marriage and honeymoon were a direct result of our interactions with Jon and Jon's inability to fulfill his commitment. Worse yet, he inappropriately attempted to unethically extract additional money from us when we were in a disadvantaged position. For our wedding night, I hired Olympic Limousine, primarily because they had the only WHITE limo in Olympia. Their prices were in fact higher than their competitors. We sat outside after the reception was completed for over an hour waiting for a limo to pick up my new bride and I. A BLACK limo arrived. When I confronted Jon on these issues and some of the "additional charges" he added, his confrontational, arrogant and unapologetic attitude were unprofessional, and anything but service or customer oriented. His most egregious action, though, was attempting to extract additional money from us, then refusing to provide pick-up service at the Seatac airport after my wife and I returned from our honey moon. We had already prepaid for a round trip fare to and from SeaTac. We had handed our updated itinerary to his driver before leaving Olympia on Sept. 21st. There had been a one hour change by the airlines on our return flight. The fight numbers and new times for arrival to LAX and SeaTac on Oct.1 were clearly delineated on the print out that we had handed the driver. He wrote in a ledger and handed back the itinerary. On our return, we had been traveling for 20 hours. I called "Jon" when our plane landed. He stated that he had already sent a car and we would now incur additional charges if we wanted a car sent to pick us up. Our original plane was changed by Alaska Airlines. Jon, as is standard operating procedure, had not checkedo our updated flight times or flight numbers. As stated earlier, this printed out airline info was passed to our driver on departure. I reiterated this information to him. He refused to send a car without additional charges. Considering his incompetent handling of our wedding and his current demands, I became upset at Jon's attempt to extract additional money. When I challengled his attempt to extract more money from us, and refused to pay additional money, he stated that he was not providing any service and hung up leaving us stranded at the airport. I called him back but he refused to pickup my call, forcing me to obtain an alternate method to get home. I hired a limo at the airport. They provided prompt, courteous, door to door service to my home in Olympia. I called Jon again indicating that, due to his abandonment of my wife and I at the airport, I had been forced to secure alternate transportation. I indicated that I had every intention of initiating legal proceedings. He snidely replied "that would be fine". I will never utilize, nor recommend this company's "services" to anyone. If you, unwisely, choose to utilize this company, I would STRONGLY recommend nailing down every penny that "Jon" will be charging with a guarantee of no additional charges. There are hidden "wait times" and "courtesy" services that we were charged for in addition to the original agreed upon charges for our wedding, and then we sat waiting for over an hour after the reception. It seems that maximizing profit at the expense of the needs of their clients is what "Jon" considersa good business model. There are many superior alternatives available for luxury transportation. This company almost ruined our daughter's wedding. Please do not use Olympic Limousine; we would not want this to happen to you. As mother of the bride I want you to have the wedding or event without the very, very poor service of this company. We hired 2 limousines for over $1,000 to shuttle our guests from a park wedding to the reception site 8 miles away. The drivers were late; left our guests stranded at pick up sites, refused to deliver guests to the reception site - they said the driveway was too steep (Limousines frequently are used at this reception site). They made many 70+ year old people walk up a hill to the reception site - SHAME ON THEM. The 2 drivers, Jon and another woman, refused to let the wedding party take water and/or Champagne in the Limousines when it had been discussed before contracting with the company. It was a Wedding!!! Both drivers were rude to the owner of the reception site, the father of bride, brother of the bride, bridesmaids and too many others. These drivers know nothing about customer service. When the father of the bride approached Jon, he was on a personal call and refused to end the call. And this was during the contracted time period. When the bride and groom arrived at the wedding site, the limousine driver refused to move the limo so they could get to their own wedding reception. When our daughter spoke to the owner of the company he made excuses for everything. We are disgusted with the company, the owner and its employees. We have heard that Alderbrook Resort and Spa uses this company, we will let them know our experience and recommend they change to another more service oriented, reputable company. HORRIBLE customer service!!! At our important event, the driver (I think her name was Jenn) made us wait outside in the very windy weather while she took care of the paperwork. We asked if we could sit in the limo since all 7 of us girls had our hair done. She said no and the doors remained locked. She was very controlling, not accommodating, and when she missed the turn to our event, there was no apology. Then she was not at the designated location on time and said she was leaving since we were 9 minutes later than we first thought. 9 MINUTES!!! Really? I preferred a service close to Lacey and Olympic fit that perfectly. Perfectly also is a good description of the service we received. Our flight was early and so was our driver. I am disabled and needed assistance getting luggage off of the conveyor and out to the car and that was accomplished ever so efficiently and with a smile. The Escalade was very clean and very comfortable. The ride home was safe. Then, above and beyond, my luggage (and my husband's) was taken into our home, again with a smile. INFURIATING!! This is the first review I have ever written about a company and want to warn others.I have used this service several times in the past and considered myself a good customer. I needed to cancel a reservation due to a family emergency, and called to cancel. I was charged for the trip to the airport $97.50, which I would agree with, as it was past the deadline (although no mention of this when I called to cancel). However, I WAS CHARGED FOR A GRATUITY ($19.50) and AIRPORT ACCESS FEE ($3.50) and A FUEL SURCHARGE ($12.00). FOR NO SERVICE!! TOTAL RIPOFF. read more

Do NOT use Olympic Limousine! They will scam you for the $150 cleaning fee several days after you use their service. We used Olympic for a 40th B-day party that lasted from 4:30 to 8:15. I know, we're lame, but we have kids. We thought we had a nice time until they charged me $150 cleaning fee for a spilled drink. $150 for a spilled drink! Could of been water. They inspect the car back at their office and not in your presence to confirm the spill. They sent me pictures of a spill on black carpet. They could not confirm or prove the spill even happened in our car. If we were at fault I could of cleaned the spill myself at our house for FREE. The owner was extremely rude and told me "its frustrating dealing with customers". I assure you, if we did spill water I would not have a problem "owning up" to our mistake. Having said that, a $150 to clean a small spill is a ripoff. My advice is if you do use Olympic, make them inspect the car after your service in your presence, and bring a $5 bottle of carpet cleaner and a rag to save $145. To be fair, the driver was nice and the car was nice. Except when she was late picking us up after dinner. Not sure why that happened. There was a huge parking lot for her to park in and wait for us. She was late AFTER I called her 15 minutes in advance. Next time I will choose another limo service that appreciates their customers. read more

I write such a long review in hopes of warning others before considering Olympic Limousine Service. I rarely review companies online. However, I felt it necessary after my experience with Olympic Limousine Service. I can usually overlook the minor details, I know people are human and mistakes will be made, but... I was part of a wedding party that hired Olympic Limo Service to shuttle guests and the wedding party between locations. We used them in the June, 2012. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service received. Two limousines were hired to shuttle the wedding party to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. They were then to shuttle guests from an off-site parking location to the reception. It meant a lot to the bride that the wedding party be at the reception first to greet guests as they arrived. I was the best man for my brother's wedding. I, together with the rest of the grooms men were to meet the limo outside our hotel at exactly 1:50 PM. We were to be taken to the location of the ceremony early for pictures that were to start promptly at 2:00 PM. When the limo arrived to pick us up (at approx. 1:55) we were greeted by John. John seemed nice, attentive, and very professional. We arrived at the location, albeit a little past 2:00 - which was okay because the bride's maids were not there yet (their limo was late too). When John opened the limo door and we exited, I discussed the afternoon's itinerary with him in great detail. I informed him that the ceremony would be completed at 4:30, and we would be returning to the pick-up location from sending off the bride and groom at 4:50, we went over this MULTIPLE times. The entire wedding party was at the pick-up location at exactly 4:50 - no limo service was there to greet us. I informed guests that drove themselves to the ceremony (and offered us rides) that we did not need a ride, because the limo will be picking us up shortly. All the guests had left to go to the reception, including the bride's maids - apparently they were smarter than we were because they didn't want to wait for 25 minutes! And why would the cars leave when they were hired for our exclusive use? Especially when they had their own reserved parking spots! After waiting for 20 minutes, we called John around 5:00 to inquire where he was. He informed us that "he saw everyone leave so he went to go find us" - we assumed he meant "leave", as in to send off the newly married couple.. Never mind that I informed him when dropping us off that that the entire wedding party, guests included, would walk across the park to send the bride and groom off and then return to the pick-up/drop off location. Granted John did show up shortly after calling him, we still had to wait more than 25 minutes... alone, in our tuxedos, in the parking lot. As the last car was leaving the parking lot (containing guests that were supposed to be in the other limo) we were handed a celebratory bottle of champagne to enjoy in the car on the way to the reception. When John finally showed, he informed us that opening the bottle in the car "wasn't prearranged"; therefore we couldn't enjoy the champagne. I offered to pay him the difference; he declined and simply said sorry. He excused making his own decisions about what we needed as miscommunication. I do not buy this excuse because I was the one that went over the itinerary with him, and it was perfectly clear what was to transpire through the afternoon. He could have at least allowed us to enjoy the champagne as a consolation for leaving us stranded in the parking lot. To us and the rest of the bridal party it was imperative that we be at the reception first to greet all the guests as they arrived. After all, this is what the bride had envisioned when she planned the amazing wedding. We were one of the last groups to arrive. In fact, almost all the guests had already been shuttled by other means. Upon departure from the limo, there was approx. 30 minutes left with the contract to shuttle other guests, but both drivers refused to make the ten minute round-trip as it was "too close to 6:00" - in my opinion this is just laziness and inexcusable. While I could have overlooked the shaky car (loose or bent wheel?) or the late arrival, I can not over look the fact that John and the other driver made their own agenda. Especially after going over the details with him myself, and knowing how explicit they were. It is doubtful that I will ever need a car service in that area again, but if I do, I refuse to hire them. I will probably be more punctual walking! If you are in need of a car service, go elsewhere or buy a bus ticket! read more

Worse limo ever! I wanted my Australian family who were visiting to experience a limo ride ( they had never been on one and will never go on one again!)and see the Christmas lights!He parked a block away from house and never had an umbrella. He Treated us like criminals before we even got in limo. He Demanded to go through our bags and told us we couldn't take our cooler .He had us stand in rain and winter wind while he went through everything . He Counted our party three times . Two 70 year olds, a 42 year old, two eighteens and two nine year old all SOBER ! Standing in the rain for 20 minutes while he counted and went through everything ! My daughter tried to talk to him to see what the problem was and why he , the driver/owner was being a jerk. She never raised her voice and was polite! He said he had had enough and he was done. He said that was it she wasn't going. He asked if she had any property in the limo .She said she needed her purse and her medicine and wanted to get it . He told her to get away from the limo. He locked the doors , we heard him running while my daughter was screaming at him and jumped in the car and sped away! We were screaming! Locked us in car and took off without my daughter , my granddaughter and niece whose mother was left behind became hysterical. We all were screaming and beating on the window. He finally rolled down the window and said he had to get to a safe place to stop. After about a mile and a half he pulled over and finally unlocked the doors. We all got out and he told us he couldn't turn the limo around. I Told him he had better not charge my credit card which he had already done! His is last words were have a merry Christmas ! We ended up walking back on a dark country ride in pouring rain and wind. The girls almost got hit because we were all wearing dark clothes . Do not use ! Well, if I could have found these reviews when I reserved Olympic Limousine I would never of hired them. Let me see I reserved this company for my daughter's wedding back in August I was instructed to send 150.00 dollars to reserve the date. So I did I gave them my debit card number and they took that about out of my account. Then in September I called them and said that I would like to pay the balance of $273.00 in full . So in September they took the balance out of my account. I didn't think about them until about 2 weeks prior to the wedding. I called to make sure they were still on for the wedding party transportation. They said they would do their best to make it to the venue in the time period I requested 10pm. The evening of my daughter's beautiful wedding everything went off without a problem until they arrived. First I asked to see inside (since I was the one that rented the Limo I figured I should check it out, just like a rental car) and they said NO because I wasn't a part of the party that would be riding in the Limo. Then we asked if our granddaughters could look inside and we were again told NO. The wedding party was intoxicated there was no question about that, but there were 2 people that were sober. They got into the Limo after a few minutes of figuring out who was going and who wasn't. Then we all got in our cars and left. The next morning I looked into my bank account and found another $150.00 and 360.00 amount pending from the Olympic Limousine service. Then about 2 hours later I found another $50.00 and a 268.00 amount taken out of my account. I couldn't believe that they would do that without talking to me about any other charges. As of Sunday morning I was being charged $1251.00 which was what was on my bank account to be withdrawn from the company. My husband and I agreed to 423.00 for a 2 hour service I sent an email to the owner and was informed by him that there were damages to his limo and sent pictures of something I'm not sure what it was but he said it was his bar in the Limo. Then there was another 2 hours additional time that his limo driver said he waited for the bridal party outside the bar. Well come to find out the bridal party walked to their hotel about 3 blocks away. This was between 12-12:30 am. If the driver was stupid enough to hang out and wait for them till 2:00am then I shouldn't be charged additional time. He could have gone into the bar to see if they needed the limo any longer. He had informed the bridal party when he dropped them off that they had the limo until midnight. The wedding party understood that and figured he had gone because when they came out they could not see the Limo. There were 3 different groups of people that looked for the limo. I would say that my experience with this limo service was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Let me say this I paid several hundred dollars for a 10-15 minute ride in a LIMO, it was a very expensive ride around the block. I have learned my lesson. Don't think that I will ever hire a Limo service again. I have used other Limo services before and I loved them and it was a wonderful experience, but this one no so much. I wish we could have read these reviews prior to using this limo service. They are HORRIBLE!!!! They should NOT being working in the customer service industry. They need to be working under ground in a rock cave, never having to deal with other human beings. They were very illusive with the cost, fees and charges, minimum length, etc... They charged us for two hours over the time we had the limo reserved (only had it booked from 10pm-12am (they said there was a minimum of 2 hours to reserve the limo), but said they waited for us until 2am and were going to charge us for this time, when we did not ask them to wait, nor did we talk about him waiting for us!) We only had the limo until 12midnight, why would we think it would be sitting waiting for us? Oh they also charged us for marks that we do not know if we even made (pretty sure we didn't, we were only in the limo for maybe 10-15 min., even if we did make scuff marks with our shoes from getting in and out of the limo, isn't that normal wear, and we would have taken our shoes off had we know he was going to be so picky!) We never went through the limo looking for damages with the driver prior to getting in. If we had read these reviews, we would have made sure we inspected the limo prior and after use. Actually, if we had read these reviews we never would have used this limo service! They want to charge us for over $600 for a 10-15 min limo ride. oh also there was only 6 of us and only two of us were intoxicated. WOW... what a joke of a company!!!
