I'm planning a last minute trip to the East Coast. I emailed the Travel House last night with a flexible two week date range, my parameters (I wanted to go to Boston, NYC and have to go to NJ for a wedding) and my budget. Bob got back to me first thing this morning and said he'd work on it. True to his word this afternoon I received an email from him with the most affordable combination of flights for my trip. He indicated he's familiar with the area and he would be happy to advise us on lodging. I'm excited and cannot wait to hear what he comes up with for the hotel & a tour of NYC. I am quite proud to be Bob's 2nd 5 star review on yelp!!! (One 5 star is good, but two is better!!!) :D I was doing some research for my stressed sis for a complicated trip she will be taking this fall with her two babies and hubby. They are traveling internationally and have a multi-destinational trip; clearly they will be needing the help of a good travel agent! Thanks to yelp, I found Bob. He was helpful, quick to reply, and very very nice. Not to mention he had better prices than everyone else I called, which says a lot considering I researched quite a few other agents, including a bunch in Seattle. My sister is working with Bob now, and says she is very very pleased with his help. She told me he works around her schedule, even working into the evenings, to make sure they get the job done.
