My favorite of the night was the smoked tomato soup and the Posset. The smoked tomato soup was incredibly rich, savory and packed full of flavor. I had no clue tomato soup could be this delicious! It came with a crostini loaded with delicious Italian meats. Then my other favorite was the Posset, which was basically a fancy chocolate pudding. It was rich, chocolaty, and the texture was smooth.
