Stopped into Corner Coffee on our most recent journey to find and support local businesses that we hadn't been to before! Street parking available outside, which we didn't struggle to find a spot! The space is quaint and casual, littered with remote workers, friends catching up, and solo sippers during our visit! Seating for small and medium sized groups, and it appeared there were larger meeting rooms in the back of the space. The baristas were very busy slinging espresso shots but were friendly and didn't take shortcuts on our drinks during the busy Saturday morning rush, which is always appreciated. I enjoyed that they had inventive and unique seasonal drinks available! I ended up with the Bourbon Salted Caramel Latte, which was absolutely delicious! The black salt sprinkled on top was perfection! The Andes mint on the side was a lovely finishing touch! The perfect way to start my below zero weekend in Minneapolis! read more

This is a great new find for me- The tables are plentiful with lots of outlets for working. They have a playroom in the back for children- best part is it is tucked away so you aren't disturbed while working. They have a large table in another private room for group meetings My americano was delicious. I do wish they had a gluten free food option though. read more

Nice indoor space, love all the plants in the window. I was debating between the Nordic Latte and the Maple Bourbon Caramel Latte. The barista suggested if I was getting iced to go with the maple bourbon and if I was going for a hot drink to go with the Nordic latte. So I went with the iced Maple Bourbon Caramel Latte-- loved it and recommend! The wait time was a little long, but nothing too crazy. read more

I know Corner coffee has a few locations around the Twin Cities. I've been to one other location in uptown. They all kind of have the same vibe. Very chill and quiet. I got an iced sweet potato latte, my mom got the spiced orange matcha and my little cousin got a hot chocolate. The drinks were overall really good. I really like the matcha. I will have to come back and the sweet potato latte warm next time. This location is nested in neighborhood in north mpls. Not hard to find at all. They have a ton of seating inside, which is nice. The staff were nice. When we were leaving, looked like they were starting to get a bit busier. read more

Coffee is overpriced and takes forever. Went there on a Saturday and waited over 20 minutes for a latte. Closed on Sunday's because it's an Assembly of God church apparently. read more

Convenient location for the neighborhood but my first visit here, the vibe felt off. Maybe even odd. Weird music playing, I definitely did not feel energy I associate with coffee. No menu board, only menu cards at the ordering/cash register around the corner. I ordered the drip coffee to go. Being a coffee lover, I like my coffee black. This coffee... hmmm... tasted like very weak coffee mixed with very strong hot tea. I haven't experienced a roast like this before but it certainly did not please my palette. When I got home, I added sweet cream to knock down the tea flavor enough to drink it. Sort of a let down and there probably won't be a 'next time' for me. read more

Cute spot with lots of tables. Great place to stop while walking in this area and could be a good place to work from since it is pretty quiet. The matcha latte was a little watery but affordable. Ice latte was better. Staff was definitely not happy we came in 15 min before closing, so we left quickly after getting our drinks. read more

If you like a savory nutty beverage like me, this is your place. Excited to find such a cute spot in my new neighborhood! They have a generous rewards program as well! Very easy online ordering through their website. If you choose pickup there are two options, curbside or regular. If you choose regular, there is a table right inside the front door they will place your drinks on. Just grab and run! There is a large outdoor bench area if you'd prefer to stick around outside, and the lake just down the road! I ordered the Bourbon Caramel Latte with almond milk. Very impressed by the flavors! Super well balanced and not super sweet. The Nordic Latte was spiced as you would expect, but not as impressive as the bourbon. Both were delicious and went down quickly. I will certainly be back as this is the closest coffee shop to my home! The only thing I will say is that the pricing is a little steep for the area, but if you get into their rewards I feel it will be more affordable. Street parking. read more

I love this coffee shop. I usually try whatever is on their specialty menu and today was the bourbon caramel latte and let me tell you!!! The 12 oz was perfect. It was sweet, I could still taste coffee which I love, and I appreciate coffee shops that serve their coffee in actual mugs when you drink them there. I've had their drip, afogato (they also sell ice cream) and their bakery items. I recommend the savory scone. This is a good place to get some work done - outlets are aplenty if you sit by the wall. They showcase new art every month it seems and usually have fresh flowers or live plants on their tables. Parking is on the street and fairly easy to find. I'm a fan. read more

The perfect Saturday spot! We were in the area picking up Thirsty Whale doighnutd, and knew we needed the perfect cup of coffee to go with them. Corner Coffee's website made ordering online a breeze. Their menu is interactive and easily customizable. You also get an email & text confirming your order was received and when it's ready. Their level of communication is great! I got the Nordic Latte - which is their vanilla flavored latte with a little bit of cinnamon and cardamon to add the perfect nuttiness. This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops. I wasn't sure what to get and the barista asked me questions and recommended a DELICIOUS beverage for me. The plants all look amazing and the other decor fits perfectly with the vibe of the cafe. Parking is fairly easy to find which is very helpful. There isn't a ton of space though, so planning to study or do work here doesn't seem like a viable option depending on the time of day. read more

I stop into this place most weeks during my son's therapy appointments next door. The atmosphere is relaxed. The music is nice. The coffee is a little more pricey than some other cafes, but it's worth it for some of their signature drinks. I especially recommend the Nordic Latte and the Blue Mocha. This place is a great addition to our neighborhood. Free kids play area and meeting rooms are the best! Their prices are pretty steep, which is the only reason they don't get a full 5 stars - I wish they more accurately corresponded to the typical income of the neighborhood. Their cinnamon rolls are very good, as is the Evening in Missoula tea. They also offer compostable hay straws. Glad they're here! I'm a regular weekly customer when it's warm enough to walk. read more

It's a weird combo of coffee and church but my opinion has nothing to do with the church part of it as I know nothing about it. My review is simply on the coffee side. I'm a huge coffee lover. I've always been a big fan of Starbucks or Caribou or Dunn Bros, however...Corner coffee is by far the best coffee I've ever had. I don't know if it's the brand of coffee or what but my iced lattes are AMAZING! You can't find better coffee in the twin cities. The price of the coffee is a bit high but I'm okay with paying extra for delicious coffee. For example, I believe that the largest size at Corner Coffee (for my iced lattes) is the same as a grande size at Starbucks. There are 2 reasons for 4 stars as opposed to 5... 1. They also serve ice cream (which I was excited to learn) but it's Kemps brand. I can get that at the grocery store. I was told that they had BomBon gelato but the sign was turned around when I was there so I assumed they were out (idk). It would be nice if they had Izzy's or all BomBon or Bridgemans ice cream (just something of higher quality than Kemps). 2. The service isn't bad but the 2 times I've been in, it wasn't anything to rave about. They took my order and gave me my coffee...not a hello or thanks or anything but they weren't rude or anything. There's friendlier service at the larger chain coffee shops. All in all, if you love coffee then you have to try this place out! read more

I had heard of corner coffee in uptown, but didn't know there was a Camden location. My five stars are because of two simple things - the coffee was good and the team working there was even better. I was greeted by one of the owners who made good conversation and had good recommendations. I was there with a younger girl that I mentor and his interest and care for her stage of life was respectable. He asked about her future plans after high school and her career plans. It was kind of him to show care for neighborhood customers. I don't remember what the drink I got was called. It was seasonal, though. the barista thought he may have made it differently, so he brought another free drink to go. I'll come back to grab coffee or to have a meeting. I personally wouldn't unpack and work from here all day though. read more

This place is just what we needed in the neighborhood. Their owners and staff are friendly & open people who are truly invested in the community they've brought their business to. To illustrate: I decided to work there the past two days. During my time I heard them ask every customer what they did for a living, what living in the community was like, etc. It was through conversations like these that they learned about my work, which requires a constant internet connection. During a call with my boss, the internet shorted out! It came back up in no time - not a big deal - but one of the owners went and bought a nice new modem and installed it later that same day, so it wouldn't happen again. It was a generous gesture, and it helped me do my job better while enjoying their coffee. And by the way, the coffee is very, very good. Reasonably priced, too. read more

I love this because it's just a short walk from my house. Plenty of seating, yet it has an intimate feel. The only thing that makes me feel uneasy is that this coffee shop is the funding mechanism for a fairly conservative church. I am not comfortable spending money to support an organization that has a stance against gay people. If not for that, I would make this place my home away from home. read more

We live in the Bay Area CA and are used to exceptional coffee from places like Blue Bottle or Mazarine. Stopped in to Corner Coffee expecting a mediocre coffee shop and was very surprised that the coffee was totally on par with what we're used to. Didn't even need to use sugar to cover up a subpar coffee. Will definitely return when we're in the area and highly recommend for a good cup of coffee in the Twin Cities. read more

As coffee snobs relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, we were highly skeptical of this new northside coffee joint. But since we had a 5 hour dive ahead of us bad coffee is better than no coffee. We we very pleasantly surprised. Latte was excellent and needed no sugar. On par with Blue Bottle, a Bay Area cult following. Nice work! read more

I'm a big fan of local neighborhood coffee shops and this one does not disappoint. Friendly baristas and excellent coffees. They serve the drinks in actual cups, but also have paper cups to go if you are in a hurry. There is also ice cream here. read more
