I recently reviewed them and rated 2 stars for excessive wait time, however just as I finished the service manager came out and apologized to me explaining my paperwork had been misplaced and they were getting my vehicle in now. I didn't get what I paid for. I spent $4,000 on a new 'used' engine that they told me had 70,000 miles. Turns out the people they bought it from don't have proof of the 70,000 miles. It could be 200,000 miles and I'd never know. I spoke to the manager and he said nothing could be done so I'm taking them to court. Terrible company! read more

Already impressed. Never had my old vehicle service say "we will check to see of any recalls on your car". BOOM! These guys did and found something. Plus they came back and said they will fix. Price is same as old car service place. Friendly people I do say. Lot looks clean and well organized. I am liking their online quick appointment setup. I was disappointed, although not surprised, that the salesman immediately got on the internet, went to kbb.com to get a wholesale value for my car without even looking at the car. As you can imagine I was a bit disappointed that they didn't seem to be overly anxious to make a deal on the car. The salesman did check the inventory at the several other stores they own, and told me there was nothing in my price range. He also went into another office and came back in a couple of minutes to tell me there was nothing available in my price range. So, when I got home I checked the KBB value of their car, a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with 183,000 miles, and imagine my surprise that retail value from a dealer is routinely $11,846 versus their asking price of $19,888, and a trade-in value of $6,788. Apparently, they feel that a profit of over $12,000 is necessary to stay in business. The salesman told me that the previous owner of this Dodge Ram was a little old lady that they had to go pick up and drive her and the truck back to make the deal. I guess what I expected, since I used to sell new and used cars in Boise, was an attempt on their part to try to work a deal. Given their attitude about my car I assume that the little old lady that owned the truck got less than $7,000 for her truck I looked at. My dealership would have tried to work something out, eating some of that negative equity in my vehicle, especially for a repeat customer. I know that this dealership worked very hard to make a deal on the MDX that they sold me in 2017. If you don't mind outrageous markups and profit margins, then I guess they are about the same as any other dealer, but not worth the effort to drive more than a few blocks to look at their inventory. They are basically a rubber stamp of just about every dealer I've ever tried to do business with. I was also unimpressed with the inventory they had on the lot. Real, actual decent companies will honor the appointments they set, even if it's slightly inconvenient. Trash companies, like Lincoln & Mazda of Olympia? Well, they just don't. If "My techs go home at 5" is a true statement, then you don't make an appointment for 4:30. And when the customer gets there at 4:15, you make it happen. No apology offered, nothing. Terrible service. My car (2004 RX8) had a problem starting, took it in they did a full test and said nothing was wrong. They suggested a $400 fuel injection cleaning service and said that my brakes were painted to look new but they really needed replacing which was false. I refused, turned out my battery had A CRACK in it and was leaking battery fluid. I confronted them about this and their defense was "We checked the battery and didn't see anything". I had to physical show them and they still were stuffy about it. I believe because I'm female they took advantage of my assumed no-knowledge of cars (which is very false) and tried to sell me repairs that were completely unnecessary and unrelated to my problem. read more

Called Service today and they wanted $1200 for a service on my Mazda 6. Half of that was $640 to flush the transmission and radiator and refill. Seriously, $640? Not happening with this guy. I will take it down to Pete Lee's in Olympia where I get my Audi worked on, at least he is not full of crap.When I was trying to talk about my options with the guy, he just kept saying to call them back when I decide what I want to do and I am ready. Last dollar you get from me guys. Glad Mazda makes reliable cars and I do not need the dealership after buying one. read more

I purchased a used car from there a month and a half ago. We have had NOTHING but trouble with this vehicular. Most recently, we have spent so much money having to put an entire new fuel pump in the car. The mechanic used his dial pressure and said that any professional overview of the car should have shown that the pressure it was at was not even close to normal. We are beyond frustrated. read more

Dear Unsuspecting Consumer! Don't go to this dealership. It deserves a zero rating. This is not the people that you want servicing your car. I have been a loyal Mazda owner since 1983 when I bought my first 626! I purchased my new Mazda Miata 2008 in Florida. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership as it stands to reason that they know the car. It has been well cared for and has less than 40,000 miles on it. It is garage kept and loved. Something happened in December that needed attention and at this same time I discovered that the trunk was wet! I had recently moved to the area and called this dealership. No one mentioned that there is a charge to "look" at the car. I have had shops say if you fix it here this diagnostic charge is part of the repair but never added on top of the repair. I even researched on you tube and found what the problem was with the trunk. Arrived and was told that the starter was an issue and would cost $140 to look and the trunk was another issue for another $140 to look. The tow truck had already left. My choices were slim. When I started to cancel the request to look at the trunk, Dylan Dzuck assured me that if it was as simple as a plugged drain, he would not charge the $140. HA! He lied. When I arrived to pick us the car, Dylan told me that it was not his decision to make and I would have to pay the full charge including the $140 he promised would not be charged. I had to accept that I was lied to and move on. NOW! We have made it through winter and it is time to enjoy the Miata. I just experienced the first rains since the car was repaired; and YEP you guessed it. The trunk is holding water. When I called the dealership that experiences the same weather patterns that I do, I was told -- well, it's been six months. Another $140 to "look" and then the cost of the repair. I had to remind Jackie (office worker) that it had not been six months, just over three but who's counting. The car was not fixed! She hung up! Once I finally got the service manager, Russell Durdonna on the phone, he also offered to "look" again for $140 and then repair. I explained that it was never fixed and he told me that without looking, he couldn't know that and I should have called sooner. He was asked how he thought anyone would know if he had fixed the trunk. He suggested testing it. Since the car had been garage kept through the snow we experience, I suppose he wanted me to fill it with the hose. I was mad and he finally suggested -- NO -- insisted that I take my car somewhere else. No problem, Russell! And I hope the Unsuspecting Consumer reads reviews and takes to heart what I among others have written about this establishment. Service dept often careless. Bought new tires at the dealership only to have the front wheels nearly fall off because the front lug nuts weren't tightened down. Next time I brought my vehicle in for annual service and brake inspection, they totally missed the fact that inside brake pads were nearly gone and had to bring the vehicle back 2 months later for brake pads. They wanted to charge me over 900 dollars! Went to the local auto parts store, bought the brake pads myself for 60 dollars and 1 hour later I had them replaced by myself. The sales department is excellent, but avoid their service dept! read more
