If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took me over 4 hours at the dealership to buy a 2025 Ioniq 5, and after arriving home I noticed swirl marks all over the car. The detailing which happened as part of PDI managed to put swirls (fine lines) throughout the clear coat on a brand new vehicle, and either didn't notice, or didn't care. I texted a photo to the salesman, West, and got 0 response. After a day or two the car started making a piercing alarm noise shortly after being started, which at first I thought was coming from the vehicle itself. It turns out that Titus-Will installed some vehicle tracking device on my car, and it was the source of the blaring siren. West had no explanation for whether customers were just expected to live with this or whether every single customer must make a return trip to the dealership to get it removed. Hyundai does not own and is not financing this vehicle, so they installed a tracking device with remote disabling capability, and never disclosed it. The tracking device was added to a wiring harness in the fuse box, and installed with vampire taps, permanently damaging two wires on a brand new vehicle. The vehicle also seems to have a shimmy/wobble at highway speeds, so it will need to be taken in for an alignment and/or wheel balance. Just fabulous. I would never ever go back to Titus-Will for any reason.

Unraveled stitching of steering column

It was good until it was not. I was promised a vehicle that was identical to one I was about to purchase because it had just been sold, only difference was a different color. The one I was going to purchase came with floor mats, the one I ended up with did not have them, however I assumed they would be in the trunk just like the other ones were so I did not notice until the next morning. Secondly a scratch on the vehicle was not disclosed until after the signing of paperwork. Third when I noticed and showed the unraveled stitching on the steering column Mr. Washington the salesman laughed, played it off and told me just to cut it. These were all very unfortunate and unfavorable experiences I had with this dealership and the salesman. Again this is late afternoon we did not get to even look at the car we were getting because they had to transport it in from a different dealership and so by the time it got there we were beginning to sign paperwork. Shame on me for assuming a brand new vehicle would be flawless. My final complaint is the response by Mr Washington (salesman) after voices my displeasure over what was missing , what was wrong with the car, and the delay of trying to even set up an appointment to take car of the scratch. He tried to make me feel guilty by saying he would have to pay for the floor mats and even tried to get me to pay half the cost or to just order them from weather tech because they would be cheaper, he also mentioned the holiday and said to get back with him next week after he gets back from holiday , which is still 3 days from now and he wanted an appointment set up for 3 days after. Even if you plan to buy a vehicle from this dealership or Mr Washington please read this entire review and see if it's worth it to you or not.

We bought a new Santa Cruz at this dealership a couple of weeks ago. It has significant leather defects noted on the "We Owe". I assumed this would be fixed but Hyundai is refusing to address it. This possibility was not mentioned when we purchased it or we would not have purchased the car. I regret this purchase and will not return to this dealership or buy another Hyundai. Thankfully we did not buy the new Hyundai electric we were planning to yet so we are regretting one purchase not two.

Our new truck. They went above and beyond and to top it off, quickest auto sale ever made.

Kodi was my mechanic and he was quick, friendly and professional. The cost was very similar, maybe less than what Toyota would have charged me and Mike's is only a 6 minute drive round trip from my home. I'll strongly recommend them to anyone.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about prices and parts, he was fantastic, he told me they would…read moredo a FULL diagnostic on my vehicle and it would cost me $175. I agreed and I had my vehicle sent in the next morning, It took them a few days to get a look at it, and they called me back up to let me know what they found. They claimed the vehicle had an issue with its Cat, and they couldn't finish the diagnostic until it was repaired. We started talking about pricing. They wanted 2x the Cats price for the cat, and double the price for labor. (the cat from the dealership would've costed $300 and $600 if you needed both) They wanted $5000 to do the job. $1200 for the parts and the rest labor. I questioned what exactly they were going to do to my car that would require over 15hours to do if they're only replacing the Cat, The guy dead a** told me they had to remove my entire engine and drain all its fluids just to replace it. (if that sounded funny to you too you have a braincell.) I declined the work, Told them I'm not comfortable paying $5k for a $1,800 job and I cant justify the engine drainage or removal for a Dry System, and that I'd be having my car removed from there lot and sent somewhere else. The guy working the Desk then told me that it would cost me $380 before it can be removed. $380? a $175 quote price (for a Full diagnostic they hadn't even completed) now jacked up to $380? asked them to explain and they said it took them over an hour to diagnose it and that's the labor fee for going over. I told them I was Quoted $175. the paperwork says $175 this was the agreed price and if there was a problem with the quote or agreed price they should have contacted me first and got my approval. I do no recommend you take your car here. They've already shown Super shady business practices and I'm So glad I went to a different mechanic who spotted the problem and Repaired it at a much more Fair Market Value.

Their complimentary multi point inspection with pictures (free with paid oil change) gave me insight into the health and status of fluids, ball joints, suspension, and general condition of the car. This level of transparency is amazing, because I've definitely been to OTHER shops that would have told me all of the fluids need to be replaced without any proof. I highly recommend Olympia Autoworks for your service needs!

They assured me that they would provide this info before doing any work and that the assessment would not cost me anything. Instead, over a week after bringing in the car, they completed the work without telling what work would be done, without notifying me how much anything would cost, and it cost hundreds of dollars. No notice or breakdown of parts and labor as promised. The techs end their shifts around 3 and the person who answered the phones and called to let me know the car was ready could not tell me what work was done, why it was done, nothing. If you opt to work with this garage, get everything in writing up front and in person and do not leave your car with them if you can help it.
