    Been a long time customer of this dealership. Recently bought two vehicles from them. A 2020 Ford Mustang Mach1 and a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. They made the process super easy. Our salesman Kaleo Gonzalez was amazing. I highly recommend him. For myself, I will be loyal to a dealership when you treat me with respect and dignity. Don't undersell me, don't lie. Be upfront and let's make a deal work for both of us. This dealership has continued to live up to their word and definitely would recommend them to others to buy their cars from.

    Had such a great experience! Contacted them online and got texted right away (my preferred contact). They got me in touch with Camillia and she was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. They got my vehicle moved to a closer dealership and helped me get to a price I wanted. I also had the pleasure to meet Tyler Griffin to help me with the financial portion and he was just as amazing and allowed me to ask any questions i had. They were transparent about everything and kept me in the loop. A little over a month later update: So I am still happy with my experience with the sales and finance people. BUT i have had a horrible time with the service department. a week after buying the vehicle, the check engine light turned on. my husband is a mechanic, so i wasn't super worried as he found out the issue quickly and the light turned on as a fail safe. i contacted the dealership and they told me to come in whenever i could. I dealt with Tyler in the service department who was super nice and great! While we were talking about the issue, another guy (I think the manager Jason?) interrupted and said they would have to find out the issue themselves which was completely fine. After Tyler used his scanner telling him that the thermostat was the issue, then i was told i would need to make an appointment for it to be fixed. They couldn't get me in for four weeks. Jason came over and asked if I had brought a warranty with the car and told me that what I had purchased would cover fixing the thermostat. He talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and kept repeating every he was saying to me. Let's just say I had a better conversation with Tyler then Jason. So my husband and I went back four weeks later, and Jason was there. We told him we were there for the appointment and he asked if we had a warranty to cover the fix and I said I had this specific warranty and he acted like he had never heard of it and told us he needed to go out to the car and that we could wait as he would also need to contact the warranty to see if they would cover it. Jason was not very nice to us and had an attitude with us. So in the meantime, my husband talked to the other guy in there, Cody, about something else (a replacement key) and he was super great. We went into the waiting room and after about 20 ish minutes, Cody was the one to come out to tell us that the warranty wasn't going to cover the fix. Even though I had been told a month before that it would be. So we decided that my husband would just fix it himself. I'm very grateful for Cody and Tyler and they're spectacular service! We went back a few days later to get my replacement key and talked with Tyler and that visit was great.

    Very happy and very glad. Purchased my dream car without being pushed or hassled. I made 2 appoints at two different dealerships. Michael Flanigan hustled for me, and didn't pressure. I never made the 2nd appointment. I was nervous... my fist big alone purchase "no man" horror stories about women being taken advantage of. Nothing like that here. I had to have a few minor repairs done and had to leave the Jeep. John Kearns stepped in and helped when Michael wasn't available. He was amazing. I truly feel like they went out of their way to help and accommodate me. Loaner car, picking up after hours, just being good guys. I felt like I walked out with a deal, good vibes are important and leaving with those warm fuzzies was important to me. They also have put put golf in the lobby and a football to toss around. Also thanks to Mark, the loan lady with USAA was a little pissy with you. I appreciated your total professionalism and good attitude. They did a great job. I love my Jeep!!!

    I had the best experience ever working with Olympia jeep! Steve was a great salesman and very trustworthy, him as well as the finance guys. They did everything they could to make sure I was able to leave with my dream Jeep. Bri in finance stayed late to help me and make sure all of the paperwork was a quick and easy process. I'm so happy with how everything was handled and how much they helped. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical problems. In fact, the check engine light came on during my drive home from the dealership. Since then, I have had to complete extensive repairs totaling approximately $10,000. After inspecting the vehicle, my mechanic indicated that the nature of these issues strongly suggests they were present prior to the sale and would have been difficult to overlook. Since the purchase, I have made multiple attempts to contact a manager to discuss these concerns. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable -- either in a meeting, on a call, or assisting another customer -- and unfortunately, my calls were never returned. This lack of follow-up has been very frustrating, especially given the seriousness of the situation. At the time of purchase, I relied on the expectation that the vehicle had been properly inspected and that any known material issues would have been disclosed. Based on what has occurred, that expectation was not met.

Troy was friendly, organized, and made sure everything was clearly set up for the install. When we came back to pick it up, he took the time to walk us through the work that was done and showed us exactly where they secured the accessories and optional wiring harness. I really appreciated him taking those extra couple minutes so we knew exactly what we were looking at. The install itself looks perfect, just like it came straight from the factory. No shortcuts, clean work, and everything tucked away exactly how it should be. We're honestly so elated with this vehicle, and every interaction we've had with Capitol City Honda, from the purchase to the service department, has been great. No nonsense, fair, friendly, and informative. The process both times was straight forward and as quick as can be. I appreciated the low interest rates and financing through Honda instead of my loan having to go through an unknown credit union or bank somewhere. What I really appreciate is that the finance person didn't use high pressure tactics to sell us extended warranties and was still kind after we said no. They also took care of transferring personalized plates to my new vehicle which I appreciated. The price to get vehicles fixed here are reallllly high, which seems to the be the case at any dealership but overall, I really like Honda and trust them to take care of me and my vehicles. They have great customer service and that is why I keep coming back.

While the car looks great, the overall ownership experience has been disappointing. Within the first 10000 miles, the vehicle has been in the shop three times for the same issue, a camshaft bank 2 failure. The first visit resulted in no diagnosis because the error could not be replicated. The second visit led to replacing the engine wiring harness. Now, on the third visit, the car has been in the shop for three weeks with no clear update or resolution. The larger issue is the service experience at Mullinax Ford. Scheduling basic maintenance or repairs requires a three to four week wait for an appointment. When an appointment is finally secured, it is often rescheduled due to staff availability, typically with the same explanation that the assigned mechanic is out for personal reasons. This pattern continues to delay repairs and creates unnecessary frustration. Communication is limited, and there is little sense that the situation is being managed with urgency or accountability. Despite paying for extended service and maintenance, the value is lost if the service cannot be delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, the vehicle shows lower quality fit and materials than expected, and the service support does not meet standard expectations. I regret not staying with Toyota, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

When we arrived, our test drive car was not waiting for us in front of the showroom. We had to walk 3-5 minutes to the back of the lot. I did ask, "Is this an episode of "Buried in the Backyard?" He didn't laugh. We have 48 cubit feet of storage in our Pathfinder. So we kept asking about cargo space. Vinny kept asking. "What do you need to haul around?" Like it was it was any of his business! We asked for cargo room measurements ( for cubic feet), they gave height and width (square feet). Dummies! We looked at the car and then Vinny drove the car in reverse half-way to front of the Showroom building We were NOT invited into the Showroom. So we "let ourselves in" We drove the vehicle and came back. My trade-in had a bad gear shifter. They deducted $4500 from my $5K trade-in value and offered us $500 ... Then Vinny was rude and disrespectful to my wife. We are a middle-class power couple. So Vinny took my "deets" and was going to process the money side of the deal. My Wife checked Vinny and offered her "deets" (we make $XXX ,000 + together) They came back with paltry offer. They asked no questions about past maintenance ( i rebuild the transmission last Summer for $9000 and it was $1300 to fix the shifter this summer ). A real waste of time. Stay away from Rainier Dodge and Stay Away from Vinny. He doesn't know how to treat customers.

    We took our daughter In-Laws 2012 Hyundai Sonata in because it was in Limp mode. It had done it…read morepreviously 2 weeks before. After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted.
