I tried this place twice between July and September. Any pride in ownership here? With how grimey the place is kept I would have to say heck no! Ceiling is falling apart, dirty floor, sparse decorations and the staff are just there to get paid- no friendly customer service but not rude either. Only kudos I can give was they were open on 4th of July. 2nd time we tried, I called ahead and still had to stand there and wait 30 extra minutes for my order as I don't even think it was started when we called. My favorite pizza is the California pizza but you have to make sure they have eggplant because they will make it without it and not say anything like I won't notice... other than that it's really a good pizza place especially compared to what's around. read more

The guys at Olympia Pizza are so nice. This Christmas I wanted to surprise my uncle who lives in Pascoag with a pizza and gift card.I live in California and with the pandemic I wanted to give him something that was close to home. We came up with an idea to deliver my Uncle a pizza with a gift card in it on Christmas Eve and they were totally game. My Uncle was out walking the dog when the delivery was made and the young man even called me to make sure he could leave the pizza and card. We used to like going to Olympia the pizza was really good, but just ordered tonight and the phone service was terrible. Ordered two pizzas well done they said it would be done in 15 and 20 minutes delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When my food arrived the pizza was soggy the marinara was watery. The rest of the food was just as in adequate. It was just really a let down. We will not be ordering from them again in the near future. Considering it cost us $70 with the tip. read more

Just ordered Delivery last night. I'm so disheartened that I actually had to write a review. I get that you only had two people working on a Monday. I do . .I understand completely.. I would have been even OK with it when I called and was told its gonna be at least an hour or so.. But I was told 30-40 minutes. Only after I called an hour and 10 minutes later did I learn there was only 2 of you working AND I was told the delivery driver was out making a delivery but that we were next?? What I do not appreciate is the 1hr and 40 minutes later delivery of cold food.. I almost said the first time.. "Is my food just sitting there" but I thought ..No they wouldn't do that.. Seriously? You left my food out for over an hour and delivered it cold.. come on? In what world does that even make any sense?? read more

Decent Pizza...but here's a gripe I have a lot with other places. Sausage CRUMBLES on pizza. These little overseasoned mouse turds are blasphemous on pizza, used to be the only ones with no shame to put these on a pie were cheap frozen pizza companies. Restaurants...Sausage on a pizza is SLICED PIECES. Period. Same to that shredded crap that they put on pizza when you order 'hamburger'...I don't know if Olympia does this, but shame on all the places that do. The worst pizza when I was a kid would smoke about 80% of the restaurants out there. Stop cutting corners and make a decent pie. Raise the bar. read more

I NEVER write reviews and I am a VERY easy-going person... with that said, my girlfriend and I ordered a large cheese pizza, a side of fries and a turkey club sandwich with fries. They came about 40 minutes later with just the pizza and fries. The delivery driver was clueless and said for us to give them a call. We spoke to who I believe was the manager and they said they would deliver it free of charge... 45 minutes later we call back and talk to some kid who says they don't have time to make the sandwich... so we ask to speak to the manager and we hear him say in the background we don't have enough time to make the sandwich, you'll have to call back another night... I guess there has been an ownership change recently and they've hiked up there prices by a generous amount. I called for delivery and actually called back to double check the price...42.75 for 2 large calzones and a garden salad? Seems pretty high. Well it was correct! After placing order, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I got there 20 mins later and order had not been started yet. Was told we are really busy and there are only two of us working. Someone came in while I was waiting and had a number after the number I was given, and their order was ready. I asked why their order was ready and mine wasnt even started yet, and never received an answer. the guy (i think manager) just turned around and started to make my order. When I finally received my order and got home, one of the grinders I had ordered was made with cheese, and I was very specific that it couldnt have cheese as the person who ordered the grinder is allergic to cheese. I called them back and explained, and they told me to come back in 40 mins, and they would make a correct one, but to be sure to bring the incorrect one back. I went back in 40 mins, and again they had not started to make the grinder. I gave them the incorrect one, they put it on the oven (where completed orders go) and then tried to charge me for the new grinder they had made. I ended up leaving and going to another place down the road. The place is also kind of dirty. I wonder if they sold the grinder I brought back to some unsuspecting customer??? read more
