I love this place. I grew up in Glocester and it's always been a go to for pizza and fries for me. I love the pizza and the fries and the staff is really friendly and kind to me whenever I go. Do not order from this place EVER! Always something missing every time I order. When you call they're rude or they just ignore your call. I've asked for the owner to call me multiple times, never got a call. Food is mediocre at best, place is run by kids, no customer service or care. Avoid at all costs. The only reason they're still in business is because there's no where else to get delivery in Chepachet. Save your money and drive to pick up anywhere else. read more

Writing an updated review since I last reviewed in 2016. It's really hit or miss. I usually love their food when the order is made right. I have food allergies and it's really sad how many times I've expressed this yet my food still ends up covered in cheese (which I can't eat) after specifically asking for no cheese. Their chicken quesadilla is awesome, as are their Buffalo wings and spaghetti with meatballs. It's a cozy atmosphere dining in and the staff are usually nice. We stopped ordering regularly because it's frustrating when our orders are made wrong. But when made right, the food is great! read more

I don't typically like to leave bad reviews, especially for a local small shop but here we go. I want to start off saying that we used to really enjoy ordering from Aegean, the food was always tasty and hot. I'm not sure what has happened over the past year or so, but the food quality has significantly decreased, at least in our experience. We liked the chicken cutlet subs in the past but can't even order them now because they have been soggy and cold. Thought we would give them another try tonight but we were again disappointed. Ordered onion rings which must have been cooked first because they were no where even warm. Also ordered a Blt on a wrap that was supposed to be grilled but was completely cold. My husband ordered the pizza and apparently this was last to be cooked so he got a warm dinner. I just can't recommend this place anymore which is unfortunate and disappointing. This was not based on just one experience, but multiple recent experiences. This place has a bad rap on the fb town page and I felt bad that they were getting negative reviews but I have to concede that my town mates have just been calling it like it is. I hope the owners pay attention to the feedback here and on other social media sites and bring this place back to what it once was. But for now, we won't be returning any time soon. read more

They are one of the only pizza places in town and we've ordered from them many times over the past 5 years. We try to support local businesses so have given them a lot of slack despite slow and sometimes bad service. Tonight we waited 2 hours for our dinner order before calling to ask if they'd forgotten us. The girl working the phone said they canceled our order after calling us and being told we didn't order anything. No one tried calling us. She offered no solution and basically just said we were out of luck. Safe to say we won't be ordering from them again. This was just one screw up too many. read more

A few nights ago I came in to get a pizza I was craving the entire week. As soon as you walk in, the floors are DISGUSTING. There's a tiny pizza case sitting on a table that looks like my great grandmother's decaying body (god knows how many grimy people touched that pizza). The ambiance of this place (I wouldn't even call it a restaurant if I were you) sent shivers down my spine. I went to the bathroom and they gave me a key and it was absolutely HORRID. The bathrooms look like they haven't been washed since World War I. There were stains in the sink, in the toilet, and of course, on the floor. I went out to complain to this blonde woman named Molly and she called me a the n word (I'm Indian, so she must've confused me for being black...). I asked for her name to complain to the manager, and when I complained, the manager didn't do anything - it was quite concerning. They only hire high schoolers with a 1.0 gpa and no future, which makes a lot of sense now. The workers here have so much attitude and the manager doesn't do anything about it. I've only ordered take out from this place, and the most recent order I placed, this little old man (I couldn't tell if he was a teen or an old man. He was 5'0 by the way) delivered my pizza. He rang our doorbell obnoxiously and my 14 year old daughter answered the door. I thought everything was fine, but then my daughter told me that he was flirting with her and tried to touch her inappropriately. Long story short, I never got my pizza when I went into the place and i will NEVER order from here again. Save your money, there are better, nicer staffed places than this. read more

I really don't get the harsh reviews of this place. It's a small town pizza/grinder shop that has been consistent for me. The servers do wear gloves lol contrary to other reports. The food is def middle of the road, but better than several other nearby options imo. Their Grilled Chicken Greek Salad is quite delish! I find their pizza to be good and options abound. It is def better than George's and is comparable to Serios. I've ordered from them close to a dozen times and have yet to have a bad experience either dining in or taking out. If you're eating in the area, I def recommend for that good ol fashion greasy American cuisine! read more

I just picked up a cheese pizza for takeout, paid cash and left the change as a tip(approx $.50)... She threw the change in the tip box and said as I was walking out the door, "Thanks for the $.50". quite sarcastically. I asked her name and to speak to the owner, in which she replied "she's in Canada, good luck". No apology for the rude comment what so ever. Going by the other reviews I've seen, this dump should be out of business in the near future. I love this little place and they deliver to Glocester which is amazing! They seriously are a hidden gem. They have great apps but their secret weapon is their quesadillas- they are AMAZING. Funny enough I've never had their pizza so sadly this doesn't reflect this but I've never gotten a bad meal from their. Whether it's a chicken Caesar wrap, or a steak and cheese sandwich- it's always consistently good & their prices are pretty good as well. read more

We were looking for quick dinner in the area and stumbled upon Aegean Pizza. They had the usual menu prices for a pizza place, but my Italian grinder had about 1/3 of the meat you usually get. It was mostly all lettuce in the over-toasted, crumbling and still somehow simultaneously soggy bread. Stopped by for lunch. Second time here! I ordered the Teriyaki Steak Wrap and side of onion rings. The staff and owners are super friendly. My wrap was drenched in terriayki sauce but i didn't mind it. It came out delicious. Onion Rings are a little smaller and not as crispy as others but it was still as good. Parking is a little tricky with it being on the side of the restaurant. It was clean and didnt wait more than 15 mins for my food to come out. read more

Honestly... had this place 2 times, and the experience I had was not very welcoming. Whether that is customer service or meal itself , chicken wrap was great tasting but smaller than expected, sweet potato fries were great at first .. second time ordering I can hear ppl laughing in background, when I got my food my food was cold long wait time delivery for a 4 minute drive. Okay so I live literally 2 minutes from the place and I don't complain often but this situation threw me over the edge. I ordered a large buffalo chicken ranch pizza (the guy on the phone said to me we're almost out of pizza--almost like he didn't want me to order the food). Once we get the food delivered, it was the completely wrong pizza and when we tried calling to get it resolved they kept hanging up on us or letting it ring to voicemail. Finally someone picked up and didn't say a word and all you could hear is "this stupid customer keeps calling and I'm just gonna let them sit in the phone until they get the message" so my boyfriend decided to drive over there to talk to someone instead and the same guy got tough with him and was looking to fight him. We received a credit because they didn't have any pizza left and we will be calling to talk to the manager about this individual, but needless to say this place ALWAYS messes up on our order and always has an attitude. It's unfortunate because they are the jonly place that's delivers in town, they need to get their act together and hire competent workers. Received the order over an hour later and when the driver showed up she yells out 'DID YOU ORDER A PIZZA?!' .... why else would I be standing here with my door wide open at 830 at night? I ordered a single Large cheese pizza for delivery well over an hour before they closed. The girl on the phone had an attitude from the start and then told me it was going to be a 45 - and hour long wait which was completely understandable. However we waited longer than that and decided to call and see where our food was. The response from the same girl as the first time was that their deli driver forgot our pizza and they had yet to even send it out after an hour. So we waited for an additional half hour for our pizza to get here before calling again. Again the girl picked up the phone and was noticeably upset with us for calling. We asked if there was any way we could get a discount considering our wait time and the fact that our pizza was undoubtedly cold. She was very rude about this and said no, and it was our fault that they only have two drivers, and i shouldn't had ordered. The driver showed up and was prob the only kind person working there, he came as quickly to our door as he could and he even offered to cover our pizza. To which we declined because it was not his fault what so ever. I will not order again and they should quite frankly they should go out of business or hire new staff. read more

I have ordered 3 times from here, and every time there has been an issue. First they forget something from the order, they were called and we were told they will send it right out. Took them 35 minutes to come back and it was the wrong item again. Another time I ordered a burger and fried pickles. The bun on the burger was soggy and the fried pickles didn't even seem fried and got an upset stomach. This time I ordered and was told 45 minutes for delivery. Here I am an hour and 45 minutes and 3 calls later to keep being told "the driver left a few minutes ago" each time. Mind you, I live less than 10 minutes away.
