If only there were a 10-star rating option!…read more We have relied on Ben for two separate bathroom and kitchen plumbing projects. He clearly states what he intends to do, then does exactly that: shows up when he says he will (texting us in advance that he is on the way), evaluates the issues, shares his recommendation and quote, then does the agreed-upon work with surgical precision. His high level of skill and quality results speak for themselves. He provided efficient work at an exceptional value for the cost. Ben installed our two new toilets and repaired related plumbing, replaced a leaking kitchen disposal, repaired under-sink kitchen plumbing to accommodate a new reverse osmosis hot and cold water on-demand system, and diagnosed a few other fixes along the way. We added a simple in-line descaling unit to help reduce the hard water sediment, and noticed results almost immediately. He knew our faulty kitchen faucet head was covered under warranty and called to get a replacement on its way to us. He installed a new water main easy access shut-off valve so we don't have to reach waaay down behind the water heater for an old school dial knob. So helpful! Ben is super clean, organized, professional and personable. He wears booties when entering the home, lays his tools neatly out on his work mat, has a tub to collect anything he removes, and leaves the place far better than he finds it. He also reached out several times to follow up after the appointments, to see that the new installations were working as expected and that we were happy. Ben at SoDak is the only person we will call for plumbing help. Truly felt like my big brother was taking care of me and our home care needs.

All in all, Loyal is the ONLY plumbing company I will hire to do the plumbing work on our property. Our new kitchen plumbing project is now fully functional. I strongly recommend them and Mark is truly an ambassador for his company. Friendly, polite, courteous, professional and fair with the pricing. Thank you... again Loyal Plumbing. JW & Liz

I hired Loyal Plumbing for a sewer camera inspection during my real estate inspection window on a…read more$170,000 home purchase. Their invoice promised a "detailed assessment of sewer conditions to identify blockages, damage, or potential issues." Their technician showed up, inspected less than 10% of the sewer line, filmed nothing, and handed me a sales estimate without telling me the inspection wasn't finished. I bought the house based on that inspection. After closing, the sewer backed up completely. A second plumber scoped the full line and found collapsed pipe, missing pipe bottoms, and root damage throughout all pre-existing conditions a complete inspection would have caught. When I confronted owner Mark Falcon, he admitted in a recorded call that roughly 30% of their inspections don't cover the full line and that they "messed up" treating my inspection like a regular service call rather than a real estate inspection. In text messages he wrote "We do recommend replacement" while refusing to put any resolution offer in writing. An independent contractor confirmed that a flow test does not detect pipe defects and that a full camera inspection to the city main is the industry standard. If you're buying a home and need a sewer inspection, demand video documentation of the full line. If they can't provide that, they didn't finish the job.

I Showed him the potential areas of the problem, and he went to town working very hard and cleaned up every potential or suspected area within an hour or so. It was explained to me when I first called about additional charges for being after hours it was worth every cent for the extra charge. Travis was awesome, a hard worker, super genuine, big smile very knowledgeable. Anyone could tell right away, this was a super good dude. I could not be happier with the outcome. This was the epitome of what great customer service needs to be everywhere.

Extremely poor communication from this company…read more I called on a Friday evening (8:00PM) for a plugged drain line and left a message with their answering service (live person) and was told to wait for a phone call. After waiting for 3 hours I did not receive a return phone call. On Saturday shortly before (11AM) I called to follow up on the Friday evening request and was told I would receive a call from a plumber. I did receive a call approximately 15 minutes later and was told someone would be at our site at around 7:00PM. I waited for several hours (5-9PM) at my office and did not receive a call or any notification that the company would not be coming. I certainly understand that on a weekend the staff may be very busy but it only takes 1 minute to place a courtesy phone call to a customer to let them know your schedule has changed and/or that you aren't able to make it to a site. I was counting on you all and regrettably you didn't deliver.
