Loyal's installation Technicians, Drew Joachim and Dana, wer outstanding. When they hit the customary hiccups, they team attacked the issue and successfully worked through them. All in all, Loyal is the ONLY plumbing company I will hire to do the plumbing work on our property. Our new kitchen plumbing project is now fully functional. I strongly recommend them and Mark is truly an ambassador for his company. Friendly, polite, courteous, professional and fair with the pricing. Thank you... again Loyal Plumbing. JW & Liz read more

I called Loyal on a Friday morning simply to ask for a quote on fixing an outside leaking faucet. It wasn't an emergency, and I never scheduled an appointment. The following Tuesday, I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way to my house -- completely out of the blue. Loyal scheduled the appointment without ever contacting me or getting my approval. Then, two days later, I receive a $100 bill for "dispatch and arrival of technician"... for an appointment I never scheduled, a faucet that had already been fixed by someone else, and a tech I only spoke to on the phone. How does that make any sense? To make matters worse, no one will answer the phone so I can ask why I was charged or tell them I won't be paying for a service I never agreed to. The lack of communication and the unauthorized scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. read more

worst plumbing experience i have ever had. overpriced and rude techs. Go with literally any other plumbing company before this one.

I waited five days for a call. Was at home. Fell asleep. My call was canceled, even when I called them with over 1.5hrs left within my wait window. Ridiculous. read more

We have two bathrooms in our house, and every time we use the shower in the upstairs bathroom, there is no cold water. So, we contacted this company to inspect the issue. After their inspection, they told us that the problem was due to a faulty water heater and that we needed to replace it. Although we had serious doubts--if the water heater was the issue, why did the downstairs shower still have cold water while the upstairs shower only had hot water?--we trusted their professional judgment and spent a total of $4,700 to replace the water heater and other components. Yes, you heard that right--we paid $4,700 just to get cold water in our upstairs shower. If this had solved the problem, I wouldn't have complained. However, after the replacement, nothing changed--the upstairs shower still had no cold water. They sent technician to inspect the issue again, and this time, they told us that we needed to remove part of the wall to replace additional components. Wait... wasn't it their initial misdiagnosis that led us to replace the water heater, only for the problem to persist? Now they expect us to spend more money on additional repairs? Not only that, but we discovered that the pressure relief tank they installed was a damaged product with dents. Additionally, during the repairs, they broke our disconnection box and then asked us to pay an extra $280 to replace it ourselves. This company seems to be finding ways to charge more and more without delivering trustworthy service. We are extremely disappointed. We had originally planned to use their services to repair our air conditioning system and had even signed up for their annual membership. However, after this experience, we no longer trust them. We strongly do not recommend using their services! read more

Loyal Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me - Rapid City, South Dakota

These guys have been awesome to work with. I've had them replace hot water heater, come out to diagnose water pressure issues, and most recently install a garage heater. Everyone from the folks answering the phones to the technicians have been top notch. Love doing business with these guys. read more

I called in for service on a busted face plate. My water wouldn't turn off. They charged me 209 w a discount for 35-40 mins that they were in my house. The apprentice turned off my pilot, and when I called to ask them to come back out to fix it the tech Zack just argued with me. I asked for resolution and they said I'd get a call back and nothing. Thank GOD I know how to lite a pilot but if I didn't my kids would have been out of hot water. Rude service and over priced. The "stress free" guarantee is a lie and false advertisement. They added more stress to my life yesterday than what I needed. That's for sure. I will never use this company again and I will make sure everyone knows and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

DO NOT USE THEM GET ANYBODY ELSE I paid them $2600 for an easy ground floor electric water heater change. MY BAD in agreeing to this amount, but because I had used them before and thought they would treat me fairly i did. I also needed someone right at the time and did not have anybody else lined up. I told the technician that I wanted a pan underneath the water heater. He told me that would be an additional $316. I told him that was highway robbery. He said that was what his book said to charge for the pan. I can get one at Lowes for $22. So that makes the book they use a guide for highway robbers and that makes them Highway Robbers. I will never use them company again and suggest no one else does. Ron R read more

They came to fix a leak in my shower and fix my toilet so you didn't have to hold the handle down anymore. The tech did not replace the access panel for my shower, I had to leave work and come home because he was trying to charge me almost$4,000 to fix it. When i went through his work, the cost went down to $500. When i got home from work and tried to flush the toilet, it was worse than before he got here. Hopefully the leak fix holds. read more

We discovered what appeared to be a slow leak in our hot water heater, fortunately before something worse happened when least expected. Loyal Plumbing (Jeremy & his partner) responded to our call quickly, arriving the next morning. They assessed the situation & gave an estimate for what we felt was a fair price. They made sure the job was done right. Very professional & nice fellows. We're satisfied, will use Loyal for our future needs, & would recommend this company to our family & friends. read more

Woke up one morning to an "interesting looking" ceiling... needless to say we had to tear into it and find out what was going on. We called a couple other places and didn't even get a call back. Thank goodness the phone was answered by Loyal Plumbing! The young man who came out did an exceptional job, was very friendly and took care of it! The cost was also very affordable and he even took care of another (small) issue we had in the basement. Loyal Plumbing is a great company and we will definitely call them if we ever have an issue again! read more

We had a shower drain problem on a Saturday. No one in Hot Springs was available at all. Chose Loyal based on their reviews. Grant was here much faster than expected. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Mostly, very HONEST. He fixed the problem & the invoice was more than fair (emergency callout & 50 mile trip charge each way). Very pleased. Requested estimates for 3 more major projects. We are now a LOYAL customer. Thanks again. read more

I spent 20 minutes on a clogged toilet, wasn't working. Called Loyal Plumbing and Jeremy showed up in 10 minutes, on a Sunday no less! He spent 15 minutes with his six foot snake and boom, cleared. He wasn't out to get the lady of the house. Professional, curtious and great at what he was doing. Made stressful moments go away quickly. Thank you Loyal Plumbing for sending Jeremy! read more

I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. I Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD. First I would say, I would like to give a 4 1/2 star, but it won't let me. I take off a 1/2 a star only for the estimate given, and even then, this was a difficult and not of the ordinary. We had done a lot of the plumbing on our new build (which Mark said was done very well, thank you!!); Mark had to come in to a project that needed a few things hooked up and all the lines to our in-floor I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD. I am computer challenged! heat from 2 different places. He had to work with the propane company to move our lines, figure out what was needed for our situation, (which was NOT a normal situation), and install. He and his crew did an excellent job. We are now enjoying the benefits of all ours and their hard work and the low electric bills. I also will say that we were not the easiest to work with just because we had and were doing so much of the work ourselves and they were waiting on us to finish and organize our end. There was miscommunication from both us; but Mark handled it professionally and did all that he said he would do. I couldn't even get other plumbers to consider the job. Everyone, from Roger in the office, to all of his crew and Mark himself are top notch and above all have honesty and integrity. You just can't do better than Loyal Plumbing. read more
