worst plumbing experience i have ever had. overpriced and rude techs. Go with literally any other plumbing company before this one.

I called Loyal on a Friday morning simply to ask for a quote on fixing an outside leaking faucet. It wasn't an emergency, and I never scheduled an appointment. The following Tuesday, I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way to my house -- completely out of the blue. Loyal scheduled the appointment without ever contacting me or getting my approval. Then, two days later, I receive a $100 bill for "dispatch and arrival of technician"... for an appointment I never scheduled, a faucet that had already been fixed by someone else, and a tech I only spoke to on the phone. How does that make any sense? To make matters worse, no one will answer the phone so I can ask why I was charged or tell them I won't be paying for a service I never agreed to. The lack of communication and the unauthorized scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. read more

We have two bathrooms in our house, and every time we use the shower in the upstairs bathroom, there is no cold water. So, we contacted this company to inspect the issue. After their inspection, they told us that the problem was due to a faulty water heater and that we needed to replace it. Although we had serious doubts--if the water heater was the issue, why did the downstairs shower still have cold water while the upstairs shower only had hot water?--we trusted their professional judgment and spent a total of $4,700 to replace the water heater and other components. Yes, you heard that right--we paid $4,700 just to get cold water in our upstairs shower. If this had solved the problem, I wouldn't have complained. However, after the replacement, nothing changed--the upstairs shower still had no cold water. They sent technician to inspect the issue again, and this time, they told us that we needed to remove part of the wall to replace additional components. Wait... wasn't it their initial misdiagnosis that led us to replace the water heater, only for the problem to persist? Now they expect us to spend more money on additional repairs? Not only that, but we discovered that the pressure relief tank they installed was a damaged product with dents. Additionally, during the repairs, they broke our disconnection box and then asked us to pay an extra $280 to replace it ourselves. This company seems to be finding ways to charge more and more without delivering trustworthy service. We are extremely disappointed. We had originally planned to use their services to repair our air conditioning system and had even signed up for their annual membership. However, after this experience, we no longer trust them. I called in for service on a busted face plate. My water wouldn't turn off. They charged me 209 w a discount for 35-40 mins that they were in my house. The apprentice turned off my pilot, and when I called to ask them to come back out to fix it the tech Zack just argued with me. I asked for resolution and they said I'd get a call back and nothing. Thank GOD I know how to lite a pilot but if I didn't my kids would have been out of hot water. Rude service and over priced. The "stress free" guarantee is a lie and false advertisement. They added more stress to my life yesterday than what I needed. That's for sure. I will never use this company again and I will make sure everyone knows and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

They came to fix a leak in my shower and fix my toilet so you didn't have to hold the handle down anymore. The tech did not replace the access panel for my shower, I had to leave work and come home because he was trying to charge me almost$4,000 to fix it. When i went through his work, the cost went down to $500. When i got home from work and tried to flush the toilet, it was worse than before he got here. Hopefully the leak fix holds. read more

DO NOT USE THEM GET ANYBODY ELSE I paid them $2600 for an easy ground floor electric water heater change. MY BAD in agreeing to this amount, but because I had used them before and thought they would treat me fairly i did. I also needed someone right at the time and did not have anybody else lined up. I told the technician that I wanted a pan underneath the water heater. He told me that would be an additional $316. I told him that was highway robbery. He said that was what his book said to charge for the pan. I can get one at Lowes for $22. So that makes the book they use a guide for highway robbers and that makes them Highway Robbers. Josh and Russell put a new furnace in for me ! They were professional and did a great job ! they explained everything to me about the new furnace and even changed a humidity filter for me which they didn't have to do . they explained the thermostat and taught me which furnace filters I should use for best performance! I also use them to deliver salt for my softener . They only charge $10 fir a 50 lb. bag and they put it in the container for me! They are friendly and ready to help! Have used and recommended for years- then 2 weeks ago needed a bathroom faucet replaced - Simple right? Woke up one morning to an "interesting looking" ceiling... needless to say we had to tear into it and find out what was going on. We called a couple other places and didn't even get a call back. I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. I Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD. First I would say, I would like to give a 4 1/2 star, but it won't let me. I take off a 1/2 a star only for the estimate given, and even then, this was a difficult and not of the ordinary. We had done a lot of the plumbing on our new build (which Mark said was done very well, thank you!!); Mark had to come in to a project that needed a few things hooked up and all the lines to our in-floor I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD. I am computer challenged! heat from 2 different places. He had to work with the propane company to move our lines, figure out what was needed for our situation, (which was NOT a normal situation), and install. He and his crew did an excellent job. We are now enjoying the benefits of all ours and their hard work and the low electric bills. I also will say that we were not the easiest to work with just because we had and were doing so much of the work ourselves and they were waiting on us to finish and organize our end. There was miscommunication from both us; but Mark handled it professionally and did all that he said he would do. I couldn't even get other plumbers to consider the job. Everyone, from Roger in the office, to all of his crew and Mark himself are top notch and above all have honesty and integrity. You just can't do better than Loyal Plumbing. read more
