Looked at it and yes it had ice on it but was still putting out. He put the ladder up and I had to climb up there myself to defrost it. Worked for less than 4 hours. And this was during our first really bad cold spell. Called Action Mech he came in layed on the floor and said you have just one I can see right now a crack in my heat exchager. Furance was shot! Two techs didn't get that. Asked mulitiple times to talk to the ower, no luck. Even emailed and still no call. Never use them even if you call them to change a litter box because they can't do it.

The following Tuesday, I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way to my house -- completely out of the blue. Loyal scheduled the appointment without ever contacting me or getting my approval. Then, two days later, I receive a $100 bill for "dispatch and arrival of technician"... for an appointment I never scheduled, a faucet that had already been fixed by someone else, and a tech I only spoke to on the phone. How does that make any sense? To make matters worse, no one will answer the phone so I can ask why I was charged or tell them I won't be paying for a service I never agreed to. The lack of communication and the unauthorized scheduling is absolutely ridiculous.
