Honestly food was bomb. Everyone we encountered was kind and our order came out quick. Portions are large! I got a small size and still could not finish. Yummy sauces to pick from. My spouse had the OG one and it was a little dry. Definitely need the sauce. However my burrito with the enchilada sauce was so damn good! My only complaint is the place smelled strong of fried food and it clung to our clothes and hair after leaving. Still would not stop me from going back.

My wife and I have been on the hunt for a burrito that tastes like home (Nor Cal). Today we found it when we stopped in for lunch. The decor and vibe is through the roof. The food came out and the burritos were stuffed. My wife got the El Torito with chicken and I got the Ol' Skool with steak. The flavors are on point and we can't wait to bring the kids. If you haven't checked them out don't wait any longer!!!!

Ol' Skool burritos makes this 38 year old woman want to take up skateboarding in Southern California. The vibe is cool with vintage tattoo graffiti walls. There is a pay phone if you want to bring the kids and prove to them pay phones were a thing and not a conspiracy. The owner has a cool pinup girl style and welcoming attitude. Her employees are helpful and willing to throw in recommendations. We have never been disappointed with our food. The ingredients are fresh and crisp. Make sure you go early because they have a tendency to run out of chicken if you're into birds. The biggie sized burritos are as big as a Golden Retriever's face and are the perfect size for sharing with a Golden Retriever or spouse. The Pee-wee is for a normal adult appetite. Drinks are sold by the bottle and sometimes they don't have the most vast selection because they've been selling their burritos all day. You snooze you lose. Syracuse, this is a gem!

Biggie Gaucho Steak Burrito with Shot Caller Sauce

Conveniently located in a plaza with other food places and Walmart, you'll find Ol' Skool. They make amazing burritos and loaded fries. The number one seller is the Ol'Skool for the burrito but my favorite is the Gaucho. You can choose between chicken or steak and peewee or biggie size. You also get to choose one sauce. My favorite is the Shot Caller! Warning though, the Shot Caller is super spicy so if you can't handle spice, I'd choose one of the other ones. What I normally order is the Gaucho Burrito, Biggie size, with Guac and Cheese, and the Shot Caller sauce. The burrito is packed and full of flavor! Because I get the biggie size, I always have leftovers and get to eat it for dinner or for the next day. I highly suggest coming here for lunch or dinner. Also, pay attention to their hours of when they are open. They do close in the middle of the day and open back up for early dinner. If you the have the means to do so, don't forget to tip! Cash is the preferred tipping method here :)

Burrito special of the day. Steak, fries, onions, tomatoes and guacamole. W/ hottest sauce they have.

We had the opportunity to grab some dinner here last week. Service was great and very welcoming. Their menu items have plenty to choose from and should fulfill your appetite, if you are in the mood for a California style Burrito or tacos. We visited around 4:45pm on a Saturday. They were already out of their fried tacos, which was unfortunate. My wife tried the street tacos instead. The tacos were typical and what you expect, but the chicken lacked seasoning and flavor. I had the burrito special of the day, which was a steak burrito with fries, onions, tomatoes and guacamole. It was really large and filling. Overall, the opportunity to support local is an important factor for us and this is a shop that is definitely local and hard working. We will stop by again in the future to try other items.

My taste buds lament my stomach is not larger. The location is a bit hard to find but worth the effort.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!

I felt bad for our waitress. I felt like she was the only one there working & it did get pretty busy. But I think she might have been the only one cleaning tables, greeting customers, taking orders, & cashing everyone out. So my review was based only on our experience there at the time we went. We asked initially if we could split the bill before we ordered & she said "yes but it would be split at the end of the meal" so we were like great, we all ordered. It took like 30 minutes to get any kind of water refill, which they finally ended up just bringing us a pitcher of water, which was more ideal especially for our large group. The salsa didn't have much flavor at all, mostly just a tomato-watery taste. No one at our table really ended up eating the chips & salsa. I ordered cheese enchiladas with green sauce. It took a while for everyone to receive their food. My cousin was actually done with his meal before I received my meal. It took an additional 10 minutes for the waitress to bring me & my boyfriend silverware after we received our food. She was busy greeting other tables & taking their orders, which is great. But when you have customers waiting for silverware to eat their food & now their food is just getting cold it seems like that should have been a higher priority & all she had to do was drop it off. It was truly a mess. My boyfriend ordered the Sopes with asada. He didn't love these. Said they just tasted like oily bread with toppings. Everyone was not super satisfied with our service & the food. We waited forever for our check & then finally went & asked. They don't bring the bill to your table, you pay up front. When we went to pay up front & tried to split the bill, she then said she could not split the bill. Such a pain with a large group like that & trying to venmo the correct amounts. I would not recommend this place.
