    Taco Flight

The salsa bar here is where it's at. Their pineapple salsa is a top notch salsa. Would come again just for that. There aren't a ton of sides with the salsa bar but the salsas themselves and the tacos do the job. Loved the el Pastor and the chicken tacos. Horchata is quite sweet.

Walked in and the place was very clean with an attractive menu. I like that they have photos of all the items cooked. The counter lady was very friendly and kind. Food was cooked fresh and quick. I also like the salsa bar for all toppings we want to add to our tacos. I got the taco flight. Overall a great experience and fair prices.

Food was delicious. The salad bar was clean and very organized, and you can clearly see all the toppings to dress your tacos. The staff is very friendly and happy to explain the food and the different options. The place is very nice and clean. It feels cozy and has a beautiful aesthetic.

    Nachos and one street taco.

Food: We ordered Nachos and a Street Taco. We went Tuesday around 11:30ish. It was packed. The food was good nothing outstanding. I think if we go here again, I will look at the menu so I can make better choices. I would have enjoyed my street taco if it had more on it and served with rice and beans. Service: Self-service. You seat yourself and we sat we another couple. The food is brought to your table, they give you a number to display. It looks like a family owned business. They were very kind. Ambiance: Interesting. Very interesting. The bathroom is out a door down a big cinder block wall. On the way it has windows to what appears to be a small out door seating. Not sure though. Restaurant is clean, plates are beautiful. This place is interesting, like I've said before. Check it out and post your thoughts.

Always a go to spot when I'm in Ogden. The new location is cozy but not as busy as the first location. Same quality of food as original location. You should check them out

    Sirloin, barbacoa, shrimp taco

Stopped to check out these tacos while at the Harvest Festival. It was nice to be able to sit down. Its cute inside, service was good, all tacos were good, shrimp was probably my favorite

Terrific. The pastor negro is truly special, and those street dogs are high quality with perfectly grilled buns. We will definitely be back.

Xalisco Tequila Bar is a total hidden gem located right off historic 25th Street!…read moreWhile the food menu is on the smaller side, don't let that discourage you for a second--everything is packed full of incredible, authentic Mexican flavor. But let's be honest: you're really there for the tequila, and it is flowing! The drink menu is so diverse, creative, and plain fun that we had a blast just reading through all the options. The service was fast, friendly, and super knowledgeable, guiding us through the selection. Running into a great friend while we were there made an already awesome night even better. Whether you stop in for a quick drink and an appetizer or settle in for the evening, you will not be disappointed. I'd easily recommend going back multiple times!

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

Amazingly it does not take long to get your food considering how busy they are. I ordered the carne Asada plate and my wife ordered the chilie Relleno plate. We also ordered the chips and salsa. The chips are baked fresh, and come out piping hot. We thought the salsa had a good flavor and just enough spice for my wife since she cannot take the heat they do have a mini salsa bar that you can try other salsa that have more spice to them The best dish of the night was the chili Relleno plate There was plenty of cheese inside, which was super stringy, and the flavor of the outside breading was really good. I thought the carne Asada was pretty good, but I would not order it again probably. The beans and rice are about the best around. I don't know what they do to the refried beans, but they have a well balanced flavor, the perfect amount of spice, and really flavorful. We definitely will come again and try other items on the menu. There is plenty of seating, but it looks like most people get orders to go.

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
