This is a nice brewery that is also a distillery. They have a nice scenic patio area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. The bartender Ian was very knowledgeable on all the beers and gave us alot of insight about breweries in general. If beer is not your drink of choice they have a great selection of other spirits. Be sure to grab you some beers or a bottle of the spirits they make to take home with you.

I absolutely loved this place! We were driving through from our trip back from Texas. I have known about Ology for a while as I've had a few of their brews from my favorite spot in Miami. What I didn't know is that they have two locations. We ended up at the Power Mill spot and it was great! The outside is beautiful! The deck, the lighting and the trees gave beer garden the best ambience. It was just me and my wife sitting together enjoying some nice cold ones but I can see how this can also be a fun spot with a large group of friends. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were spot on with their recommendations. Also, you can order food from a local spot and have it delivered there, which we did. And I would like to add, the burritos bowls that we ordered did not come with any plastic ware, but the beerista had our back. She had some extras that she gladly shared with us. Awesome beer! Awesome crew! Awesome place! Can't wait to visit again!

I'll say it again, Ology is brewing the most exciting beers in Tallahassee right now. The Power Mill location, Ology's second taproom, is a desperately needed addition to the East TLH beer scene. It's located in an industrial area off of the Fern Trail with plenty of parking. There is both outdoor and indoor art gallery seating. It's open 7 days a week- almost too good to be true. Ology's bartenders are experts in their craft and they are happy to talk with you about it. Even with just eight taps, far less than their 6th Ave location, they manage to keep their tap list interesting. There's almost always a new-to-me brew on their list that I'll want to ask about! Simply put, I'm a huge fan and I can't wait to see what Ology comes up with next. I'm hoping their Food Lab food truck makes regular appearances at Power Mill. The Fried Bavarian Pretzel with "Good Idea" Altbier Cheese is truly what dreams are made of. The extra square footage in this location will enable Ology to brew more beer and that's good news for us all.

Irrefutable Logic

Ology has the best beer in Tallahassee, hands down. In addition the amazing beer, the employees are some of the nicest people you'll ever come across.

We thought we should leave the long high top tables for larger parties. We chose to sit at a smaller table for four along the window wall. The chairs seem too short for the tables along the window. The restaurant is sleek and modern. Eye-catching decor that is visually appealing. We watched servers and management walked by our table several times in a five minute period and not a single person greeted us. We finally flagged down what appeared to be a manager, and asked if we could be served. They abruptly left the table, more minutes past, and eventually a server came to the table, dropped menus, and left. We waited another five minutes and finally flagged the server down to take our order. I've never experienced this, but the server requested a credit card immediately to start a tab. We said we were paying cash and only planning to order a sandwich and an iced tea. She stated that was the policy so if you are arriving with no credit card in hand, it is possible, you can't be served. Cash is not king here. My dining companion really wanted to try the Italian beef sandwich so we ordered one entree to split. He ordered an unsweet iced tea and I drank water. The food arrived promptly and the bowl presentation was acceptable. The sandwich is served on top of smashed potatoes that are probably baked. There was a gravy at the bottom of the bowl, which was I think was the au jus meant to dip the sandwich. The bread was not fresh. The sandwich was hot and tasty. The meal was enough for two people, but the server didn't bring a plate for the shared portion. We flagged another server and requested and received a plate. The total was $25. My dining companion had visited the restaurant for breakfast several weeks earlier. He noted the food was good and the service was efficient. I hope our visit today was not the norm because we felt totally ignored. We decided if we chose to return in the future we would have to sit at the bar to be able to be served on a timely basis, if at all.

There are firepits and a rotation of food trucks to make every visit unique. Plus, it's dog friendly!! I personally am a huge fan of wheat beers, and their Satsuma Wheat holds the crown. This brewery also has many seasonal beers, so there can be something different every time you go. I went on my birthday and they offered to pour me a free beer, which was very nice of them. I also ordered online 2 cases to-go for superbowl, and that was such a simple and easy process .

I have tried Lake Tribe beers before at the Tally Beer Fest and enjoyed them, so I was excited to try a wider array of their selection. I truly enjoyed their gluten-free seltzer, pineapple brew, and a piña colada version as well. They do not have their own food on site, so make sure to check out which food truck will be there before arriving. Seating is limited, but you can bring your own foldoutout chair and there are picnic tables available outside with some high tops inside. I can see how this space would be refreshing during cooler months and will circle back in fall for sure. As the heat begins encroaching upon Tallahassee, make sure to dress appropriately and wear or bring bug spray, as the area is a bit woodsy near the back of the warehouse where the brewery is housed. The service there is polite and they do their best to make sure there isn't a ton of foam on each pour.

This is in a small space that's sit amongst apartments near the college. Parking is street parking,…read moreif you can find it. It has very limited seating both inside and out. They had 12 beers on tap the night I visited and I tried a flight of four. I really didn't care for their beer. The four in the flight that I tried: I thought that one was good, one was marginal, and two were just nasty (sorry, but I couldn't get past the first sip on those two). Overall, not a fan of the beers I tried (but I did try only four), didn't like the atmosphere, or the location. That said, perhaps it's a nice respite for those who live in that area or go to school there.

It is 100% super confusing tonfind because the actual address is listed as the apartment community in which the space is in on the bottom level but the entrance is actually on All Saints, not St. Francis. When using GPS, you will get twisted around because of this AND that is side street of Boulevard has MLK on the street signs. It is located between Michael and MLK on All Saints. Once you figure that out, you're money. The space is small but super cozy and the beertender, Zach, is badass and willing to accommodate all the guests as much as possible. He also beertends at Lake Tribe, where we saw him last night and he recognized us. Good memory or maybe we are just that memorable!
