No refund, no remaking or anything, only telling me to order later next time, but they will keep my food hot until 3:15-3:30 when my son can pick it up. I let her know if I hadn't immediately been placed on hold when I called, this could have been rectified pretty easily. No help. The food had not be dry, overcooked, or un-edible or I will be going to corporate. This will be the last time this large family orders from here. By the way my son picks up our orders on his way home from work, since we live another 45 minutes outside of town. So my food will be over 2 hours old by the time I receive it.
