The young lady who took my order and the one who put it together did not seem to want to be working or that they valued my business. Now onto the food itself the flavors were fine. They were all there. The guacamole tasted good, but I did not like how it was just heaped on top of the chips which were also tasty in their own right. But I tossed several because they were so soggy based on how the guacamole was presented. The sign also did not indicate that the tacos came with sour cream. I did not want to ask her to prepare it again so I just ate around it. I didn't get to try the Elote but I wish it was served off the cob, or at least given that option. Can't speak to the ambience since it's literally in the mall food court.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Tallahassee! The food is consistently excellent, and the…read moreprices are some of the lowest I've seen anywhere. My favorite dish is the quesabirria tacos--they're only $15 here, while many other restaurants charge $25 or more, and these are by far the best I've had. My husband loves the chimichangas and quesadillas, and the carnitas dinner plate is also absolutely amazing. We first discovered this restaurant about two months ago with some friends, and we've already been back at least five more times since then. The food is always delicious, the portions are great, and the service is friendly and attentive. This place has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, and we highly recommend it!

Consequently, he began following them on social media, and well, January came and went with them posting an ad in Spanish, which of course, my companion had me call over since I speak Spanish and he does not. They were selling kings' cakes for the Epiphany (for those who speak Spanish those cakes are called rosca de reyes). They had two sizes: medium and large. The medium was massive and we had food for days. I will say though it was something I wasn't unaccustomed to because I usually have the one that is colorful, looking like cake from Mardi Gras. You can revoke my Mexican card here seriously. This is not to say that this one wasn't colorful, it just wasn't the sparkling green and purple rainbow I've known my entire life. Anyhow, it was legitimately delicious and that box was huge. Admittedly, their portions overall are huge. Weeks later we went to First Fridays and I tried their chicken fajita burrito and I regret eating it all in one bite because food coma. This is definitely one of those places that the portions to price are shocking because they're feeding a family for decent prices. Not to mention, too, that the owners, Leslie and Javier, are super nice and friendly. Will definitely keep ordering from them when the occasion arises!
