Maybe. I really liked this place for many many years. It's an ethically run shop as far as I can tell. I've been given help on minor and midline issues without grudge and gratis for years. Remember I'd paid for many other routine and special items for years and years. This garage is a for profit business. It all changed when I asked if a routine 6 month check didn't show a replacement air filter. Truth be told I asked this twice between 2 6 + month checks. My question was an insult! Questioning if the air filter needed changed, not listed on my bill, was tantamount to insulting a generation of flag waving patriots. The owner quietly cussed me out in front of staff and customer. I thought modern consumers were supposed to ask these rather harmless questions. Now I'm afraid to call about regular maintenance. Should I be subordinate to Master Mechanic? If I asked about tire pressure or antifreeze brand will he, with bulging eyes, throw me out of the shop? To be band forever. (Side thought... ever experienced a volatile uncontrolled father who'll hit you?) read more

My car was acting up and not locking properly. It would just unlock itself. I brought it in and they did a reset and replaced the battery in my key fob. They couldn't find anything truly wrong so they didn't charge me. I can't recommend them enough. read more

LOOK NO FURTHER!! This place gets 5 stars, because they deserve it. Just regular people who do not make you cringe because you know how "car shops" are. I would have to say that this is the best Auto Shop to which I have been! Honestly, it is kind of weird how honest and nice they are. LOL. I was referred to by a friend because I am from Chicago. So here are the HIGH POINTS... Honest... yep, I said it! MIRACLE in car fix it places. Respect. Just normal guys that did not treat me like a moron because I am a girl. Its like an older brother fixing your car... Here is the takeaway... Ollie's has plenty of business without my review, but they EARNED my business. I knew I needed new tires, as well... and other work. They did not try to bury me with all of it. The Owner (I think it was the owner), just gave me a breakdown and gave me a long timeline and priority list to fix absolute necessities on my car. I already knew about them, (well because I am awesome and love cars), so he wasn't feeding me a lot of BS. I am working with the timeline and the budget... Ollie's Garage has always been our go to for quick repairs and has always been reliable. This week our teen son commented that his brakes seemed to be making noise. My husband checked it out and the brakes were very much in need of brakes. Concerned about my son driving the car in this condition, we called Ollie's. Unfortunately, they were booking out two weeks. After asking my husband a few questions, the guy recommended we bring in the car that day and they would try to work it in. Not only did they work it in, they finished the brakes by 3:30. Brought my wife's 2016 Nissan Murano in for a new battery and oil change. The last time I was at the dealership the service department said the car needed brakes and a new battery cable. Ollies confirmed as I had suspected that nothing was wrong with either. The car only has 19,000 miles on it. First time at Ollies, my neighbor referred me. As most of the reviews say they are honest, transparent and very friendly. Being 1. a person who knows less than nothing about vehicles and 2. a young woman, I always felt like I needed to bring someone with me in order to be sure that i'm not being yanked around at an auto garage. Definitely one of the best repair locations I have encountered. I was impressed with the high level of integrity and honesty they exhibited. My son and I had done some repairs to correct a cylinder misfire error and spent 2 weekends under the hood trying to correct and clear the misfire diagnosis completely. After multiple attempts and hundreds in self repairs, Tyler diagnosed the issue and fixed it - A bent wire on a newly installed ignition coil. They could have easily charged me for unneeded parts and labor - I was frustrated and need help. They were extremely kind and acknowledged the efforts my son and I had made in actually finding the initial problem (bad cylinder coil). They did all the work for no charge with only a handshake and a request to come back when we needed service. This was our first visit and we will go nowhere else but Ollie's from this point forward. read more

My 1st time using Ollie's and I will never go to another shop. They got me in last minute and spent hours on the phone with GM to try and figure out what one of the issues was. He advised that the part is under warranty and that I should take it to a dealership so that I could have it fixed for free. He also offered to follow up with me to ensure that I am able to obtain the warranty fix and provided a local dealership to go to. They fixed a couple of the other issues and for a cost that was beyond reasonable. If you want outstanding service at reasonable prices I highly suggest calling Ollie's! read more

I'm still working on trusting Ollies, and not because of anything they have or haven't done, but just because mechanics are tough to trust, especially being a woman without a lot of auto mechanic knowledge. My last experience there was top-notch and my trust is growing! Everything, from the initial phone call, through the final pick up, was EASY and as promised. No surprises, no difficulties. In this day and age, that is a blessing. Both the woman who took my initial call and the mechanic that I worked with (sorry, forgot his name) were friendly, personable and again, easy to work with. My car was fixed on time, and as promised. The job was reasonably priced and no pressure for anything additional. I have taken my other car here before for some minor work and although I had a small issue with squeaky brakes after they were installed, Dave took every step he could to try and rectify the problem. He was patient and understanding. I still have squeaky brakes in the winter time, but there appears to be no harm done and its not an issue in my mind. I will be returning here for further work - great job by everyone at Ollies. You are trustworthy, and the way you run your business is much appreciated! read more

Can't echo the other peoples experences, took my van in for maintence a week later the part they worked on broke and I was stuck on the side of the road waitng for a tow that cost $300. Did not back the repair or the part which was over trorqued which caused the damage. Should have gone to the dealer would have been charged more but it would have been done right the first time. read more

Really good, honest, trustworthy mechanics! When I first moved here quite a few years ago I went to Ollies Garage because my neighbor referred them to me. I am a woman and don't really know much about cars. My car had a leak. The mechanic at Ollies said it was the radiator and noticed that the radiator was fairly new. He could have fixed it for me but instead he told me to take it back to where it was fixed originally and that they should fix it for free. Ollies Garage filled up my radiator for free and sent me on my way. Since then I have always used Ollies Garage It's hard to find someone you trust, and I trust Dave. He always takes time to explain things to me and has very reasonable prices. My car is 16 years old and thanks to Ollies Garage it's still running smooth! read more

I have read rave reviews of Ollies and really wanted them to be my new mechanic. But the 2 times I have used them there were issues. The first time I had a brake job on my pickup. They had the truck the entire day which was fine. When O picked it up the truck wasn't there. I was told is was out being test driven. Took the truck straight home. In the morning I left for work, I could hear a grinding noise. Had yo get to work. Called them up and returned it the next morning. Turns out the brake sheila was bent and rubbing on the rotor. They fixed it right away but I questioned what the "test drive was for." Today took my wife's car in for a brake job and oil change. When I dropped it off he asked if I wanted synthetic oil. I said no. He asked when I needed it I told him end of day. Got a call about 12 telling me the car was done. when to pick it up at 4:15. he told me he forgot the oil change and it was being done. These are not major issues, but I really start to wonder. If they can't hear a grinding noise and forget to complete the job. Just not sure about a 3rd chance. btw he took the additional charge for the oil off. I would have paid for it. It's just I was asked in the morning which oil. I understand the manufacture recommends it but why ask. read more
