I saw this cafe / flower shop on Instagram and decided to come by on a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived, it was quite busy, with most seats filled up. Luckily, a group was just leaving, so we sat at some bar seats near the window. Unfortunately they were out of their featured seasonal drink and all their pastries (apparently someone had come in the morning and purchased nearly everything). I ended up getting the cherry blossom matcha latte, while my partner got a yuzu refresher. Both tasted great, with subtle yet sweet flavours. I didn't buy any flowers, so I can't really speak to the pricing or service there, but they certainly add to the aesthetic of the cafe.

I made a reservation over the phone weeks in advance knowing they have limited seats at the cafe. I was really disappointed to find that we were seated at the bar space, which wasn't very comfortable and hard to converse between a party of 3. It was also a fairly high traffic space with people walking behind us often. We were prepared to order brunch but due to our sitting/comfort, we decided to order drinks only. Their brunch menu is limited with only 3-4 items to pick from; ranging from $18-25 for specialty toasts. My hojicha sesame drink was pretty good, but wish it was stronger in the hojicha flavour. My friend disliked her lavender latte. I do have to say their drinks and the shop is super cute. I really wanted to like this place and do wish to come back and give it another try.

Olivia's Garden is a small flower and coffee shop located at the corner of Harbord and Crawford. The storefront is charming and quaint where you are immediately surrounded by florals and the smell of coffee when you enter the shop. The coffee bar sits in the middle of the shop where you are able to walk by while admiring the many plants that they have for sale at the shop. Near the back of the shop you will find a make your own bouquet section where they have dried as well as fresh flowers available. They also are available for events as well if you need any kind of florals. Seating wise, there are a few tables at the front and a beautiful patio out front with 4-5 tables spread throughout. I stopped by Olivia's Garden on a Thursday around noon. I had been eye-ing their toasts on IG and had ever intention of getting a toast. Upon entering the store I was drawn to the many plants that they had (a lot of pileas that day!). The dried/fresh floral selection was also eyecatching and beautiful as well. Staff were friendly and offered to assist me if I had any questions. Staff at the coffee bar were also extremely helpful and patient as I made my decision about what to order. In regards to food, I opted for a prosciutto with smoked honey toast and a cherry blossom matcha beverage. I opted to sit out on the patio as it was a nice day. The cherry blossom matcha was not too sweet and was deliciously made. The matcha flavour was present with a slight taste of cherry blossom. The toast took a bit longer to arrive but I can understand why. When staff placed my plate down in front of me the bright colours and beautiful arrangement of the prosciutto was a feast for the eyes (and Instagram :P). The salad the toast came with was light and fresh. The toast itself was delicious. The spread on the toast was smoky while the cherry tomatoes added a brightness to the dish. Overall, the toast was filling and I was satisfied. Overall, cute flower and coffee shop where there is a nice selection of plants and flowers to purchase. Food and coffee wise, their offerings were unique and delicious. I was even able to get coffee beans from a coffee roaster from Ireland - the barista and staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Do check out Olivia's Garden if you are around the area!

My girlfriend seen this spot on tiktok and really wanted to check it out so we dropped by before we head down to the marina. The storefront had a nice open patio. The interior decor had beautiful dainty aesthetics that is excites every girl to post on their Instagram. The front of the store is lined up with beautiful plants for sale. I find them very overpriced compared to the prices I'm used to seeing at the Valleyview Gardens in Markham, about a 70% markup. I'm assuming the markup is for the pots used. The back of the store is a beautiful flower shop. Customers are invited to curate their own bloom creations or get assistance from one of the florists to create one for you. I was hoping to pick up a smoothie for breakfast but I did not see any on the menu. My girlfriend said she seen smoothies available online which is our main reason for coming in. We asked for it but the female barista was unfriendly and I felt rushed to make a decision so we had the latte and tea instead. Light and refreshing. I probably wouldn't return as it didn't really satisfy me as much.

I decided to pay Olivia's Garden a visit because of their intriguing floral shop/cafe concept. Everything was super pretty and Instagrammable just as seen on social media. I was looking very forward to trying out their famous avocado toast with the flowers. Sadly they ran out of avocado toast and we had to resort to their croissants. We were here at 11am in the morning btw - so you would expect them to actually have the avocado toast but unfortunately that was not the case. To make things worse literally everyone else was able to enjoy lunch with their avocado toasts and flowers...like the people on either side of our table were enjoying their toasts while we side eyed them with food envy lol The croissant sandwich and tiramisu croissant were good. The elderberry latte was good as well. Wish they were more descriptive with their lattes though because I was under the impression that the cherry matcha latte would be pink, rather than the elderberry latte. Despite the confusion the pink elderberry latte I had was really good. Also it would be good to have an actual menu for brunch - maybe set up something on their website so that people can actually see the names of the items and what they are. The staff managing the flowers were really nice. One of the baristas gave me attitude after she told me that they ran out of avocado toast...she then slammed the machine in front of my face when I had to pay. I get that you're frustrated because you ran out of brunch for the customers but I found it unprofessional and rude to display that type of frustration right in front of someone who was literally going to pay for food... The flowers they had were pretty. They had both fresh and dried flowers. They don't have too much of each type as they're a small floral shop though. Peonies were a whopping $15 per stem - hopefully this will be priced lower as we get more in supply come June/July. They were also some miscellaneous vases, accessories, stuffed animals etc. as well. Apart from brunch and flowers, they also have a workshop for arrangements and offer private dining. Overall, lots to offer but execution could be better for brunch. I would stock up on brunch ingredients and I would put out an actual brunch menu.

As you enter Olivia's Garden, you're met by pleasing scents of lattes and florals. This hybrid bespoke flower shop and multi-roaster coffee bar is definitely a feast for all senses, and its whimsical vibe is so inviting that you might be tempted to move in. Stop in to make your own bouquet of beautiful blooms, or let the shop customize one for you. The café serves an array of sweet and savoury pastries, sandwiches, espresso-based beverages and loose leaf teas. For a floral-inspired beverage, try adding the butterfly pea syrup that's crafted in-house. It always smells incredible inside the store, and the baristas are some of the cheeriest in the city. With a coffee in one hand and a lush bouquet in the other, Olivia's Garden is guaranteed to perk up your spirits.

Olivia's Garden is a refreshing and tasteful addition to the Little Italy neighbourhood. By blending top-notch coffee and floral art together, the owner created a unique experience for customers to enjoy the aroma of espresso and beautiful floral arrangement at the same time. Its convenient street corner location offers a great spot for you to recharge with coffee, bakery, and flowers whether you're walking or pedalling through the neighbourhood.

My friend and I saw this place on IG a few times and decided to check it out this past Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was very underwhelming/disappointing. The inside is really cute, well decorated with enough seating (given the size of the entire place). I got the matcha latte and my friend got the lavender latte. I loved mine - it had a robust matcha flavour with a hint of floral. Then we went to the back to assemble a bouquet. I immediately noticed that a lot of the flowers were dropping or had bent stems. The bent stems were probably from people moving around the flowers over the course of the day. We got a quick run down of how everything worked (pickup the flowers you want and they will assemble the bouquet and wrap it), and prices for some of the flowers we were interested in. What I personally like was: - they had a small selection, which is fine since they're also a coffee place (and not primarily a flower shop). But their dried flowers to "fresh" flower ratio was a bit off. I also would have liked more options for filler flowers, or just green leafy pieces to make the bouquet look full. - like I said, alot of their flowers looked beaten up. And a bunch of them were close to dying - the flower had opened and it was starting to droop, or the bottom flowers on a vine were starting to fall off, etc. Given the price of the flowers, I expected them to be a bit more fresh. There are other places in the city that offer fresh flowers for the same price (or lower, like Euclid Farms), that will also assemble the bouquet for you. - I also didn't like that the prices were printed on the vases (maybe with a dry erase marker, or something that isn't permanent but is still visible). It's hard to keep all the prices in mind, but they do tell you a total at the end. It would just be nice to keep the total in mind as you're assembling, so you don't awkwardly try to take out flowers once you've picked them out. I ended up paying $62 for 5 "flowers", and as of today, everything is dying/drooping.

Heard that this shop was a unique experience on tik tok and definitely fulfilled my expectations!! They are super sweet and had a cute selection of flowers-don't expect a Million flowers, they have all the basics and cute bouquet accessories! I got a bunch of wild flowers for 18$ (the white bouquet) and my friend got a more intricate bouquet for 42$ (the blue and purple). Fair price considering the type of flowers!! I think this is the perfect place for a girls day out or a self-care day if you want to feel like a princess and get a tea cake as well!

Floral arrangements are what they pride themselves on but don't underestimate their foliage options! Prices are lower than other independent shops around, and it's conveniently at the heart of downtown Toronto. For such a tiny shop, they bring in many plant varieties that even Canadian Tire next door doesn't stock. The owner is also sweet and accommodating and would give you tips on plant care if you need it. Here are some plant goodies I've picked up in the past year: - Rubber Plant 3.5inch pot $10 - Hoya Pubicalyx 4inch $18 - Peperomia Hope 3.5inch $7 - 5inch white round ceramic pot made from Germany is less than $15 During the lockdown, they do pickups and payments in-store. Tip: I suggest following their Instagram page to get updates of their new stock and PM the owner through there to reserve your plant.

Always extremely helpful & understanding. I absolutely love Kyle's arrangements, as the flowers always last far beyond other suppliers I've tried. They're all the more special as he seems to design each bouquet in layers. On pickup you'll have an already bloomed set of beautiful flowers which last at roughly 6-7 days, the filler is accompanied by unbloomed buds which tend to blossom after 5-7 days of pickup. This bouquet appears to have a third layer of unbloomed lilies which I assume will blossom within a few days as well. Where a typical bouquet is thrown out after a week, Kyle's arrangements always last a minimum of two weeks! I will continue to be loyal to Growers Flowers. Without fail, an amazing experience time & time again.
