He did not have time on that day, but said he would get me scheduled on Saturday for the haircut shampoo and shave with the coupon. I confirmed that this was ok and postponed a meeting I had on Saturday to get in and get this done. I got a call towards the end of the week to confirm the appointment, confirmed it and showed up early on Saturday to be sure I did not waste anyone's time. So then my barber says that he doesn't have time to honor the coupon in it's entirety, but I could come back on a separate occasion for the shave. I told him no thanks and left. I am not a difficult person, but my time is valuable and it shouldn't be this complicated to get a haircut. If a business sells a coupon, then that should honor it. If a business agrees to something with a client then they should honor that. These guys may do great haircuts, but I don't have the time to make several trips to a business that doesn't seem to want my business. Anyway, once you go inside, it's easy enough to find Mankind Barbers in studio 16. The barbers are all friendly. If you drive there (I walked), it looked like there was plenty of parking in the lot. They accept credit cards and the price is good. I'd definitely recommend them.
