Great experience at Olive's apron today for my friends baby shower tea party. The place is adorable! Everything girly and cute! Just how you would expect a tea shop. For the tea we each got to select a tea from the menu and were treated to a wide selection of dessert, sandwiches and biscuits/scones. The pistachio blackberry cake was my favorite dessert. For the tea I tried several but I loved the passion fruit tea! Would love to come back and try even more teas and try some the delicious looking cookies from the bakery case! Highly recommend setting up a tea party here! It was so fun and such a unique thing to do right here in Lexington!

This shop is so cute!!!! The treat case is filled with amazing things but there's so much provided during the tea that if you get something from the case, you'll need to take it home. If you do not eat everything during the tea, they can provide you with take home containers. The hostess also checks on you quite frequently so there's plenty of opportunities to add things on or switch out your tea. If tea isn't something you are crazy about they provide other beverages as well.

Discovered this adorable place while in Lexington having brunch across the street at Rosemont Station. We were greeted right away from the nice worker. She told us all about the place, and that they change their menu weekly and to check them out on social media. Looks like a fun place to have tea parties, baby showers, etc. All of the baked goods looked so good! We got some Taylor sugar bars and they were divine!

I recently moved back to Lexington after a couple of years living out of state. I'm having a great time getting to know my hometown again and discovering new businesses. After searching for a coffee shop that served tea, I discovered Olive's Apron. To my delight, it's an actual tea shop/bakery! After visiting the website, I learned that they had seating inside and decided to take my laptop and work while I enjoyed my tea. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted when I walked in. As soon as you enter, there is a bakery case in front of you with a wonderful assortment of baked goods. Everything from cookies and brownies to scones, biscuits and coffee cake. It was hard to narrow down my order with so many options. I settled on a piece of coffee cake and a sausage & cheese biscuit. Then I proceeded to check out the tea menu. Again, there was an assortment of options to choose from. Herbal tea, black tea, decaf, you name it. I settled on a passion fruit tea that was absolutely delicious! Tea is offered by the cup or pot. I went with a mini pot, and there is also a full pot option. (The mini pot yielded about 3 cups of tea). Once I completed my order, I personally chose my tea cup from an assortment on display. I then found myself a seat and setup to work. (They have free WiFi!) I chose a seat at a small table which was perfect for working, but I did observe that there were other sitting areas with couches for a more relaxed atmosphere. The room I worked in was so cute! It was pink and so cozy. My order was delivered to my table shortly after I placed my order. The sausage biscuit was excellent as well as the coffee cake that I had boxed for later. I stayed a couple of hours and got a lot of work done. The stream of customers was steady, but never distracting. I never felt rushed or hurried to leave. I plan to add this business to my rotation for the days when I want to work outside my home office. I also want to go back for morning or afternoon tea. I love a good tea party! If you're a tea lover like me, I highly recommend a visit.

This is our second visit as they were having a Hocus Pocus themed high tea. There was certainly enough food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have some really good teas and it's as much tea as you wish. If there is one thing I would change it's to offer more savory options and less sweets. Also, the savory items were both cream cheese based. Perhaps something like a chicken salad or pimento cheese spread would be welcome. Not that anything we had was bad and they should get praise for creativity but more savory options would be nice. And once again TripAdvisor has no idea this business exists.

Adorable little tea house in Lexington! A great selection of pastries and you can order tea by the cup or the pot. They have 3 different rooms for you to choose your favorite spot to enjoy your tea time.

I would recommend Olive's Apron to anyone needing a cute and fun spot for a small even or to grab a treat with friends. I hosted a bachelorette tea party and it was a hit. We all got our own pots of tea and a giant spread of snacks and treats. The reservation process was easy and owner extremely accommodating when plans changed. I will definitely be back.

I booked an afternoon tea for two as a Mother's Day present for my mom. $25/person (normal price for tea) and prepayment was required for reservation. The decor was super cute and downright adorable. The tea was very good even if it was made with tea bags and not loose leaf. The tea tray was adequate but left something to be desired. Small things could've made the experience so much better. Like cutting the crusts off the sandwiches. It was very heavy on sweets with not enough savories. The utensils were wooden and while I like the compostability, they were difficult to eat with. Cloth napkins, real silverware and sugar cubes instead of sugar packets would've amped up the specialness of a tea.

Such a cute and charming place! Went out for a girls day with my mom and daughters, and this was such a treat! Our tea party room felt like we had stepped into Alice and Wonderland. The ladies were so helpful in helping us pick out our tea, there were so many to chose from! My favorite was the peppermint tea. They brought us lemons, honey and milk for our tea. The finger sandwiches were perfect and the cookies, cakes and scones were delicious! If you have girls you definitely need to experience this, my girls are grown but this made it feel like they were little again

Super cute spot with a large selection of tea and baked goods! It would be perfect for a mommy daughter date

In addition to coffee, there was an incredible array of teas available as well both for drinking and purchase. The interior space was incredible, large and expansive while maintaining cozy and inviting vibes. Seating options were plentiful, great for studying, hanging out with friends, or even just quickly sitting down to enjoy a cup and snack. The shop area was also quite nice with so many coffee and tea options from all over available fresh as well as various trinkets and jsut fun goodies available for purchase, all at quite honestly some fair prices. Was great for perusing through while sipping on a fantastic cup. The staff were all incredibly friendly, but one area that needed some improvement was just how slow everything was. Not sure where the choke was but the line just refused to move despite not even being that long, and it kept doing this. This was not only at the coffee counter too, even at the store counter at first there was just nobody behind it for quite some time as a line formed and we all just looked around for a worker. And then finally one meandered on up, and while e they were kind and friendly, the service was just oh so slow which was quite frustrating. Besides the slow service though I will say it is a fantastic little spot. Unassuming on the outside but once you walk through the doors such an incredible space full of coffee, tea, and so much fun. Would def recommend (just not if in a rush) and will likely return!
