Close to me so it's an easy pick. They have fish, steaks. They have home cooked meals nightly throughout the week.

The barbecue nachos are flour, tortilla chips and not corn. They were over fried and the chunks of barbecue were too big to fit on the chip. This was some of the worst barbecue I've had in a long time and maybe ever. There was zero Char on the ribs. They tasted almost like they had been steamed or something. They were wet but not sauce, just with what seems like steam. The dry rub seasoning was basically just wet goo. Regardless, the fact that half of them were probably around 48° makes it impossible to enjoy them. I still don't understand how this is possible. The atmosphere is fine, though it's a tiny restaurant. The service is uneventful. There were only two tables, including ours that had customer at it. Our server was sitting in the corner with her boyfriend the whole time hanging out with him and she would just get up occasionally and check on us. She had no personality. There's a 0% chance I would ever give this restaurant another chance. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. It's completely obvious that there is zero supervision or management this restaurant.

I do love me a good local Spot, and this is that for sure. This has a very hometown-local-dive kind…read moreof vibe, and that's not at all a bad thing. I feel like this is the place you'd run into someone you know every time, if you were from here or had integrated into the Savannah, TN community (which is nice). Service was friendly and prompt. The food was very mid-caliber for me. I had the pimento cheeseburger, jalapeño poppers, and the salad bar. The salad bar was...well, it's what you'd expect to find - basic "shredduce" with bare minimum topping options, though I was surprised to see some beets (tiny little suckers, though). It was edible and nothing looked as if it'd been neglected, so, solid middle. The jalapeño poppers, while RIPPING hot, were standard frozen meh. The burger didn't do much for me either - the pimento was bland, the patty was bland, but the bun was soft and the meat:bun ratio was good. Overall, fine food and ok value, but I don't think I'll try it again during my few months in the area. The question for a good burger in Savannah continues...

I had the cheeseburger with the usual trimmings and onion rings. My wife had the cheeseburger with homemade fries. Both burgers were delicious as well as the onion rings and fries. Our waitress was efficient and friendly and answered our questions as this was our first visit. We didn't have a salad but the salad bar looked great. Lots of choices and everything looked fresh. We look forward to trying the salad bar soon. We will definitely be back in the near future.
