great waitress!!! the worst catfish i have ever put in my mouth!!! why are they drenching the catfish in salt ??? horrible!! was they with a large party yesterday, 6 people had the catfish special, all 6 were not happy with the catfish way too salty was everyones option. yet they ate it , i can not understand why people eat food that is not cooked right over salted. 20 dollars for a dinner that's way over salted is not acceptable. put down the salt shaker after its cooked i will put my own salt on !!! read more

The food was amazing. Props to the kitchen for being the only reason this is two stars. Unfortunately , the waitresses ruin the experience. Our waitress never asked to refill our drinks, she got our order wrong twice. As well as never brought back any of the sauces we requested. Not to mention she was very rude. We asked the cashier to remove two items we never got. She only removed one. When we asked the waitress to help us get our money back, she went to the cashier and said something. The cashier laughed and they never mentioned helping us get our money back again. This place is a must try great even if you have to wait. We had a 30 minute wait before we were seated but we'll worth the wait. As soon as we were seated the food started coming and coming and coming. I'm not the biggest fan of fried foods but this place know how to do it right. The largest seafood platter is perfect for two. If you are in the Pickwick area and are craving seafood, this is the place. Food is really good. Just a warning though, if you're wanting the seafood platter, you better be hungry!! Everything on the platter is delicious and there's plenty of each item! The wait staff is extremely nice and very attentive, even when they're extremely busy. The atmosphere is also very relaxed. I wanted to like the food here. I had stopped in previously to grab a menu for future studying and planning. With this previous stop I already knew I liked the interior decor and all of the old photographs of life at Pickwick. The wood walls and decor is beautiful but that is where my admiration ends. I/we did not enjoy the food quality and what is really hard to deal with is the ticket price when you have to go pay for such a low quality dining experience. I won't pick apart the entire experience because it isn't worth all of that. There will always be someone that will dine here and have a 5 star experience and give their food 10 stars if they could. I just know that our experience was our first and very last one here and I will not be recommending our family to try it. To Each Their Own. Food was AMAZING! We drove all the way from Alabama on a mini day trip to Mississippi. Everything in Corinth was closed or closing and my fiancee found this place on Google. We will definitely go back. I was surprised the greens were so good although not spicy as the menu said it would be. I also loved their little butter and imitation crab meat mix. My family Celebrated my mom's 75th birthday at this restaurant. This was our first time dining here and we had a party of 25. I only had the fried chicken salad and it was good. My family members seemed to be pleased, as no specific complaints were voiced. I got to leave my appreciative shout out to Steven, our waitress. He was so amazing. He got every order correct and anything that was asked, we received so even if it's not 5 stars, his exceptional waitressing puts it pass 5stars and for this reason I would certainly eat here again. When they brought us our food, they brought the wrong instead of a chicken kebab and a chicken breast. They brought chicken breast and grilled shrimp. They said keep the food so I ate the shrimp and the person ordered the shrimp ate the chicken kebab. But then they said they were going to charge us for the shrimp kebab because we ate it but yet they told us to keep it. While we're saving the next table, just talking, the server comes up and wanted to know could he take a cars up to check out? He had an emergency to go to. The only emergency he had was he was ready to go home and try to get us out of there. While we were sitting there, continuously took things off the table to try to get us to leave. My wife and I arrived before 5 on 1/22/2022 after driving 35 miles for seafood. They were not that busy. We were seated and ordered the World's Largest Seafood Platter immediately. Tea, cornbread and slaw were put on the table right away. That was it. We sat there for the next half hour, asked about our order twice but it never came. We finally realized that 7 tables around us that were seated after us, ordered after us, had eaten their food and were now leaving. The final straw was when the people next to us who had only been there less than 10 minutes got The World's Largest Seafood Platter set on their table. We told our waiter, Shane, that we were leaving , too. His response was "I'll check with the kitchen, it should be coming right out." No!! I went by the cashier counter and told three girls there that we had waited half an hour for our food that never came and we were leaving. I said "This is a good restaurant-the service is terrible." One of them walked away, one had a blank stare and the third said "I'm sorry" then walked to the other end of the counter. It was a huge waste of almost 2 hours. We went to Sonic. read more

The decor is appropriate, but I don't eat decor. Service is very good, a smiling girl who took care of us. The food is mediocre. I do not like the way they serve the slaw in a tin cup and have aluminum pie plates on the table for the slaw and onions and cornbread. Slaw and cornbread were tasty. The fried dill pickles were a bit greasy. Grilled fish was okay. The noise level in this part of the restaurant is awful.
