Arrived at 9:38 left at 10:30 without food being served. Employees were polite but their reasoning for the delay is they had a "big party". With 8 employees in the kitchen someone could have thrown a few eggs on the grill and cooked them but they were busy getting lunch buffet ready while multiple tables were still waiting on breakfast. An absolutely disgusting thing witnessed was a gentleman vomit on the floor and in a Walmart bag. The gentleman left and employees left the vomit bag sit on the table with multiple rags the man used to clean himself with and a puddle of vomit sit on the floor for over 30min until an older lady got fed up and cleaned it up herself. Unacceptable for any business especially an establishment that serves food. read more

Rarely do I eat at the same restaurant twice in one day. This may be the first time actually. We stopped in for breakfast while in town for a baseball tournament and was amazed. First, it's sort of open seating so you may sit with local townsfolk but that's all part of the experience. I had eggs, tenderloin, and biscuit and gravy. My father had the same except for country ham instead of tenderloin. My son had a triple stack of pancakes and my wife had French toast. Simple food that was simply amazing. All hand made with a true southern sawmill gravy. Two great pieces of tenderloin and the country ham was enough for two. Large pancakes and great French toast as well. Incredibly friendly staff and the locals are so eager to chat and make new acquaintances. We went back for the seafood buffet the same night and was blown away again. If you can't make dinner here, at least make time for breakfast. I know next, we will. read more

The parking lot was packed when we pulled up and the local law enforcement officers were leaving! All a good sign as we entered for a quick breakfast before leaving town early on a Saturday morning. Customers greeted us as we looked around a bit lost, they cheerfully shouted grab any table! We did and the waitress soon came with coffee and menus!! We were told it would be a bit before our meal would get there since they were just getting done with a party of 75, so glad we waited. Huge disappointment.Checked reviews before going and expected more.Went to the Saturday breakfast buffet. We have never been to a breakfast buffet with no bacon. There were sausage links, sausage patties (overcooked and couldn't cut) fried chicken strips and bologna (which the waitress called ham).The only way you could get a coffee refill was to flag the waitress down because she was too busy complaining about having to work all the time.Those who ordered off the menu had to interrupt her complaining to go get their food which had been sitting ready and waiting.We will not be going back and wanted to prevent others from making our mistake. read more

First off, Customer Service is abysmal as far as greeting and seating...We walked in, and stood there...and stood there...3 women at the register didn't even acknowledge us...neither did the person sweeping the floor, who we eventually asked if we needed to seat ourselves...beyond that, it was average... Also, I'm 5'8' and while not tall, I am certainly not short, but the urinal in the restrooms was set almost too high for me to use... I was in the area for a meeting and our lunch was provided at Mollie Monday's. I had "grilled" chicken breast, mashed potatoes, fried okra, green beans, a roll and peach cobbler. All of it was great. I say it was 'grilled" but I suspect it was baked and then dipped in a thin flavoring. Nevertheless, it was tender and flavorful. Everything was really very good. If you are looking for a fancy New York City or LA chef experience with some fancy sauces, exotic ingredients or other stuff like that, don't eat here. You'll be dissappointed. If it's what you are looking for don't come here. But if you want some southern cooking done very well, give this place a try! it will fit the bill! read more

This is a really great place to eat. There is a good variety on the menu and the fish buffet on Friday was excellent. Everyone is nice and genuine friendly. The owner came around and spoke to everyone in the dining area. The decor is simple, with plastic cloth covered tables, plenty of seating area and stuffed wildlife on the walls. Tonight's special was a T-bone (2 sizes to choose from) and it was incredible with a perfect cross-hatch marks and charring. Tender. Juicy. The fish buffet was hot, inviting and well-stocked. The buffet had fish fillet and strips, fried chicken, Great Northern beans, mashed potatoes, green beans, peach cobbler, grilled/bbq chicken, fries and hush puppies. The only things I didn't like were the green beans (tin can taste and no seasoning) and the chicken (rather dry and bland). The next items we plan to try are the open-faced roast beef and a hamburger. The roast beef is sliced and trimmed in-house and is tender (per Mrs. Monday). This is located behind the Fred's and the parking area is a bit small, but there are spots in the back. Don't let the full lot deter you from dining because Mollie Monday's is like Doctor Who's TARDIS, it is vastly larger on the inside than it appears on the outside. read more

Don't recommend to anyone especially those who have a disability. Absolutely the worst. They were very rude. They refused a blind guy with a service animal service. After they asked the questions you are not allowed to ask. If there is a service animal you can't ask to see the papers that is a against the law. Don't be rude to your customers. Learn the laws on service animals. There are literally only 2 questions you are allowed to ask. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Only 1 person there was nice to the group I was in there with. He went above and beyond to help. The manager or owner not sure who she was though was the worst. Yelled at a customer. Told him she didn't care what the laws were it was her restaurant and if she wanted to ask for your driver's license to serve you she could. Demanded the service dogs papers. Threatened the disabled customer asking other things. And we had a big group with us. I have been in the restaurant business many years and would never treat a paying customer that way. Very good food always, but some of the staff is very rude. Have had several occasions where myself or my fiancé have been ignored longer than we should have. I've had an occasion where I've been treated very rude as well. The line on Sundays after church is ridiculous, and y'all would benefit from doing things differently to make it less of a wait, and less congested. I've had one very kind waitress though that I love who is just precious, but can't remember her name. The one that was rude kept talking about how much food I had, and mentioned this on several occasions...which was so heartless. ie. "That is a lot of food," "Are you going to need a box for all that food?"Little did she know I'm on the Keto diet where I don't eat very many , if any carbs.., so I really took offense to her saying such heartless comments . I left very hurt and upset. When I told her she was rude...She was very unprofessional asking me what my name was and where I worked, even tried to bring another customer into it. My word ... how silly. So I was upset, I thought you were rude, just let me pay and get out of there. !! OMG!! Where I'm from originally this kinda of thing just doesn't happen. Guess it's just because this is a small town. But on a positive note... the food is good!! I will not go back though because of how I was treated the last time I went. If you want to eat were the locals eat, this is the place. Chicken tenders are moist and come out hot. A great home cooked meal.

On the buffet was 2 kinds of fish, shrimp, spaghetti, freid chicken, hush puppies, mash potatoes and gravy, green beans and a lot more I can't remember. The dessert was peach cobbler and different kinds of cake. My wife had the 12oz prime rib dinner. Let me tell you that it was not 12oz. It was huge! More like 24oz.
