Forgot his name but the guy that made my sandwich was very friendly and helped me get the perfect amount of heat. My Ruben was ready pretty quick and it looked good. The Rye bread was toasted perfectly. Nice and crispy. It was the perfect amount of 1000 island spiced up. By the time I was finished the heat was just right. They have a very varied menu almost every sandwich is paired with a specific hot sauce. They also offer free hot sauce tasting. There is also a large selection of hot sauces available for sale. I'll be coming back.
