There is something so comforting about having someone come to your house when you are freaking out…read moreover a plumbing issue and the guy actually taking the time to listen to us vent. We were hesitant to call someone for a while now after reading literal horror stories about what other companies have done to peoples homes.. but not Rockstar Plumbing. Not only was our guy, DAVID GONZALES* super empathetic to our situation, he came within 2 hours and had our issues resolved THAT DAY!! He was professional, time sensitive, and attentive. He explained all of our plumbing issues in terms that we actually understand and even gave us quotes on all of the items we need to look at; he even pointed out an issue that may get worse with time and we didn't even notice it until he told us. David took the time to clean up everything before he left (we've had people leave dirt on our floors, dirty footprints, etc.) We will 1000% be using this company again when fixing our other bathroom and recommend anyone to utilize them. Whether it's a major fix or something you just need looked at and want the peace of mind knowing, these guys seriously make the effort to give you the best service.

Well darn! I should have read the reviews before calling Roadrunner Pluming back to my house to…read morefind the water leak that we have or should I say had cause my husband found it and fixed it. I will say their plumbers are very professional and I even enjoy their cute little bios that's they text you - very nice touch. That amounts to nothing really if you don't complete the job that is paid for. They did a water leak inspection and charged us $350 to tell us that the leak was likely on our water softer line somewhere. So we called Puragan who quickly came out next day and took a look. They also charged me $0 dollars. It wasn't their lines but they found a line that Roadrunner did not and bam! Guess what we found? Wet ground and eventually the leak. It was on the complete opposite side of the pool. No where near where they said the leak was likely at. We won't be needing a plumber now cause we can fix it with a few parts and some of our own labor. I want to be fair with this review. I do have a very large ranch style house with a pool. It's old and complicated but we love it and are doing our best to bring it back to its former beauty. I'm also not looking for the cheapest option. We just want to hire contractors that give us the quality work that we pay for. Not only that, if you do a good job we will highly recommend your company to others and you will have a repeat customer for as long as we live in SA. We are no contractors but grew up poor in Alaska making us very capable and handy to complete "do it yourself projects" but we are also smart enough to know what things require a professional. When I hire someone, that's all I ask.

Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.
