Per water meter had 6G/Hr water usage 24Hrs/day with no signs of a leak anywhere inside or outside…read moremy house. Other plumbers wanted to start putting in valves to TRY finding the leak or just repipe the whole house!! Cody came out and quickly determined the leak was not in the house(under the slab which was great news). Shortly after he located it out in the yard near the water meter. Was a copper pipe to PVC connection that had failed. He stayed and dug through all the tree roots to fix it. The leak detection and repair was worth the cost ~$1200 vs what other plumbers could have cost with potentially not even fixing the leak(repipe inside house $10k!). Work was done back in Jan 2026. A few weeks ago nextdoor neighbor had similar issue and I suggested ALD, who I saw come out and address their problem. So I figured I should describe these experiences so others may have a similar experience.
