We were aware that the employees keep a larger dog behind the counter, but no guidance or warnings were given about keeping small dogs away from that area. While our little white chihuahua was sniffing near the counter area, the larger dog pounced and caused bleeding on our dog's ear, likely from contact with its claw. When we informed the employees, there was no apology, and only afterward did they mention that they are unsure how their dog reacts around small dogs and that they sometimes keep her away. We asked for a napkin to help with the bleeding and were not assisted, though they did provide the code for the nearest restroom so we could clean her ear ourselves. With clearer communication upfront about their dog and guidance for customers with small pets, this situation may have been avoided.

I went in to ask how to use my new pan because it was sticking a bit. Of course they knew exactly how to solve my problem. I needed to learn how to use my new pan. You have to heat the pan (dry) first, before you add your fat, then add your food (eggs for me). It worked perfectly. The pans have worked every time since. It's always a new learning experience with new technology. Classic nonstick pans taught us never to heat an empty pan. Now it's the reverse. ILeoni has the most knowledgeable staff around. We all know too well how rare good customer service is today. I shop there as often as possible. I want a family owned small business to be able to thrive and be here for decades to come. I had no idea there was a tie-dye only place!! Amazing clothing from t- shirts, sweaters, pants, dresses- all things tie-dye. Some of it was around $40+ for shirts, but there was a discounted section too. Different materials of fabric (I chose some softer ones since I was going to be wearing it most of the day). The gentleman who runs it was very helpful and friendly. Definitely knowledgeable in the craft as he talked about fabric material, pre-shrunk techniques, and me seeing all the cool designs, color patterns, prints alongside the colors (there was a really cool skull tie-dye shirt I was tempted to buy). I wore it all day Monday at work and shopping after- all were in awe of the beauty of it. Then found myself later wearing it cause it was nice and comfortable. Very colorful, and most importantly- comfortable. I let those who asked know- Cali Kind Clothing. . The prices on everything had faded. Finally I heard a radio sound coming from the office and I went in and asked the guy if he could help us. He came out, plugged the fountains into the electric socket and went back into his office, lol. So this time we looked at the fountains that were working. A few under the roof still had legible price tags but I couldn't understand why 2 fountains of the same size varied in price so much. Unfortunately the gentleman working there didn't speak much English. I ended up buying a small fountain and I got my sister a pretty turquoise bird bath which I got a good price for since the glaze was peeling. My fountain makes more of a clopping sound when water goes through that's why I put stones. Maybe that's why some of the same fountains were more expensive, the cut outs are a little different as these seem hand made and they make different waterfall sounds. It was hard to tell when they were all on at the place. But I'm happy with my little fountain.

As soon as I walked in one gentleman greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I was merely shopping And he showed me their guard dog. Lol a cute little six month old sheep herding dog. As I walked along the exterior, they had a number of glasses as well as cute, quaint things perhaps a gentleman or bachelor might like. Random things for whiskey, lovers, as well as smoking cigars and even modern style wallets for gentlemen. They are also a number of leather handbags and hats towards the end caps. As I walked around another gentleman seem to get off of his lunch and came back inside and started playing on the grand piano that was in the foyer. The way he played, was so beautiful. It sounded as if the CD/music changed overhead until I looked at the piano and realized it was live! Things in this particular shop were a bit expensive or high-end, but they were also namebrand items. They also had some less expensive things such as 20 and $30 wallets as well as some random lavender or incense. You could buy kind of like a small stocking stuffer or little sidenote present , overall I really liked the old feel of this particular building but since I wasn't searching for anything in particular for a gentleman or within the eyeglass department, I never bought anything but I love their display. Nick gave us a tour of the vault and said there are future plans to add to this location. He said it was a family business and they were happy to be here in Petaluma.
