We started with some basic knowledge of the mushrooms we could expect to find, including both edible and non-edible examples. They went over some basic safety instructions as well. Then we were off to see what we could find. After a couple of hours of gathering, we all met back up and they went through each participant's basket of mushrooms and ID'd everything in them.
