I ordered a four cheese bagel and added sprouts, avocado and Mayo and mustard. When I got home the bagel only had cheese and avocado and an ungodly amount of Mayo and mustard. So we go back. We were immediately met with a hostile and defensive attitude instead of just wanting to make it right. They claimed the menu has changed and did not want to own up to the mistake. I pointed at the menu where it clearly says cheese with lettuce and tomato and they girl talked over me and started to yell at me. There was no reason for this at all. If your menus in store says lettuce and tomato and I checked two different websites (uber eats and yelp) say lettuce and tomato then it should come with lettuce and tomato. Or if the menu really has changed (which I highly doubt since they also forgot the sprouts that I paid for) then you should let the customer know ahead of time. All in all horrible attitude and I truly think a manager needs to stop by and have a talk with them. Oh, and I got my new sandwich and they still forgot the sprouts that I paid for. The food is always good and the coffee delicious. I just wish the opening staff was a little more friendly. I like to come here to get breakfast after working the night shift and when I walk in I'm usually just greeted with blank stares instead of a 'hello' or 'good morning'. With 2-3 people behind the counter you would think that at least one of them would have the decency to acknowledge the customer instead of staring at you until you tell them what you want to order. read more

I've been to this location twice. I would say their food is just ok. Nothing to write home about. The restaurant is clean and it is a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they get the food to you quickly. Also you get 10% off if you like them on Facebook. They have lots of bagels to choose from and different sandwich combinations. Some look fun-such as the turkey guacamole, the cowboy, the reuben, to name a few. I just wanted a really simple sandwich. An everything bagel toasted (not sure if they really "toasted" it? It was warm) with just turkey and cheese. I also had lays chips and an iced tea. It tasted ok but it was just standard bland turkey meat and the main gripe was how little meat and cheese was on the sandwich. I wouldn't even really call it a sandwich. Sad because I love to support local businesses but they need to give back too! read more

Popular spot for breakfast and lunch with a nice assortment of bagel sandwiches for any time of the day. If you're really hungry, try the meat combo breakfast sandwich (or split it with a friend if you're not). The French toast bagel is awesome and their cinnamon rolls are the perfect shareable. Service is pretty fast and on this Sunday they had a busy crew of 8 working behind the counter. Don't want the carbs from a full bagel? Order yours scooped and they'll scoop a trough out of each side of the bagel. Normally I'd give this place 4 stars but today only 3. My toasted cranberry walnut bagel with maple walnut cream cheese was tasty but I was really looking forward to the flavor of the maple and it only came with a very thin coating of cream cheese, more like what you'd expect of mayo on a sandwich. #1: if you advertise a lox and cream cheese sandwich, please put a reasonable amount of cream cheese on there. not the thinnest layer possible. #2: no cutting the sandwich in half?? #3: why did the contents of my sandwich spill into the bag due to the bagel being poorly wrapped?? I've worked in food service. I get it. Not always fun. And I don't like writing bad reviews. Ever. But at least do the bare minimum. I've worked at two different bagel shops and yes, this one included, in the past. Nothing has improved since I left, and honestly maybe even a little worse. Not that great anymore. Have been here many times and most recent visit was disappointing. Out of most bagels at lunch. When my husband ordered chicken salad they said "we don't make that because only like one in 500 people order it." So then he chose egg salad- same answer. I hate to say it but, the bagel is not cooked the same .. No Corn Meal on the bottom of the bagel, it doesn't look like there boil or baked in a oven... It does not have the density of that the NEW YORK BAGEL SHOP had .... The portions that they put on the sandwiches are the size of what a school child would eat. Gone I guess are good times of Brooklyn Bomber ... the Cowboy Club they severe isn't even close the the MAMMOTH ones the NEW YORK BAGEL SHOP used to serve .... People back in the day would Save theirs last $10. 00 just to buy a Brooklyn Bomber or a Cowboy Club at the end of the night of drinking at Eskimo Joe's . At least the staff is kind and prompt. Not so sure about community. Will update once parking evaluated. Maybe since they are morning-oriented the parking won't be as horrific as otherwise. read more

this place has gone down hill so quickly after the switch in owners. tables are constantly disgusting & floor needs to be swept so desperately. they are out of options way earlier in the day. bagels are terribly dry & poorly made. there are no lids or straws for fountain drinks anywhere to be seen. also, the price increase is RIDICULOUS & there is no reason to charge as much as they do for what they serve. there is a reason it's empty when it used to be busy. read more

I think this is a really good breakfast place to eat at and it's very unique and offers a lot of different bagel options. I have been to other bagel places and they don't compare. The staff is really nice and they prepare there bagels well! I recommend getting the bagel sandwich or if you are a Nutella lover getting the plain bagel with Nutella cream cheese.!! read more

Used to eat at the one in Tulsa on Peoria all the time, so I was thrilled when I learned there was one in my new hometown. Best everything bagels always! I do have one huge complaint though. I ask every time for this condiment and even the staff "wish we had some too!" It's called Tabasco! Get a large bottle and put it out at the condiment table already! It's ok. Not great, nothing to super complain about. Weird toaster issues the few times we've been there. First time, the toasters were broken. Other times the bagels were overtoasted and a little burned. Always seems a bit chaotic behind the counter. Because they're the only bagel place in town, we'll keep coming back...probably. Usually love this place. Yummy food. But we're from out of town and we stop here specifically for their iced tea. It is currently 1pm and after paying for drinks, there is no more iced tea left. We asked an employee if they were going to make more and he replied that "it's too close to closing time." Even though they close at 3. So that is two hours until they close, but he refused to make more tea. I have worked in several restaurants and know that the price of tea is relatively cheap.
