Airy, clean and friendly. There's a TV near the front that plays videos from the couple's YouTube channel. They feature videos of clean living, camping and beyond. If this isn't the incarnation of Mayberry in the 21st Century... So heartwarming and wholesome! I ambled up to the counter and ordered a mocha, hoping the chocolate would mask the undoubtedly bitter espresso... Who expects to get a perfect pull of crema on their espresso in a small town?? Not I--past experience has me expecting very little from rural baristas. When Little T walked around the counter to hand deliver my coffee I was delighted and impressed. What a cute couple! I love supporting small local businesses for interactions like this. But when I walked outside and took a sip I damn near dropped my coffee! The delectable espresso was delightfully folded in with semisweet chocolate and encased in perfectly textured milk foam. Wow. Let me bookmark this cafe as a nexus of good taste! Kudos!

Located on the SE corner 7th and Main St. in downtown Stillwater, in a nicely remodeled brick building. Inside, the restaurant is smartly decorated in a modern décor mixed with a connection to the past. Between the tee shirts that are for sale, historical pictures and a few artifacts representing rural farm life hang on the walls. In a few areas of the walls, the original brick work is exposed, but masked with a coat of paint. The building's true age shows through the makeup. The chaotic conglomeration of bricks testify that masonry skills and craftsmanship were not required of the builder, when the original structure was erected. Building codes likely not in vogue either. A work of historical beauty. On street parking. And directly behind the restaurant, on the east side, is a parking lot. On a busy weekend parking could be a challenge. Somewhat of a tourist attraction. Souvenirs for the out of towners are prominently on display for purchase. A bar is available to help celebrate yesterday's team victory or numb the pain of defeat. Patio seating is available. Breakfast was perfect. My usual. The picture describes the food. The friendly attentive wait staff keeps your coffee cup full. What else can I say it's, "Granny's" Kitchen.

I told the server it was my first time, and she recommended a great meal and gave me a cinnamon roll. Warm and sticky. The meals are large; they said they make them large because it's a college town, and they want to give the kids leftovers. The restaurant is in the downtown area, with plenty of parking. Although the restaurant seems to be a chain, the staff and the food were excellent, so give it a shot. I would absolutely come back.

Easily among the top five breakfast places in Stillwater. Full stop…read more Waffles aren't the only thing on the menu, but they are absolutely the feature. Waffles made fresh at order, topped with a dizzying selection of fruits & sauces, or even just plain for all you vanilla types (like me). Make yours a breakfast platter if you wish, heaping some eggs and other proteins alongside your waffle, and when paired with their fresh coffee, you are the new Sheriff of Flavortown. The service can't be beat. Aside from the friendly suggestions for rookies (we're easy to spot), the food comes fast and fresh and your coffee cup never finds a bottom. Shoutout to Angel who steered the boy towards the Strawberry Cheese Cake waffle, all of which he destroyed in about three bites. I opted for a plain ol' waffle so I could take their syrups for a spin and that was a smart play. If you've had 'pancake syrup' and then stepped up to pure maple syrup, then you know there is no going back. Toss in their cinnamon-vanilla syrup (drool) or their silky-sweet 'Waffle Sauce' (it's almost like a thinner frosting) and you can divide a waffle into separate quadrants of different tastes. Pricing is pretty reasonable but the value outpaces the price point. Eat inside if you wish or, Oklahoma weather permitting, find a spot just out front. Just Wafflin' mixes Oklahoma nice with outstanding food with different twists to make a wonderful breakfast spot. If there were more stars to give, then I'd be using them all.
