Found this place while staying in Leavenworth. Very nice spot! The champagne flight was top notch…read more We also had the sparkling rose flight, also great! We had the caviar service which was presented beautifully and very good! The owner, Peter was great and we loved chatting with him! Would recommend this for a great start for a date night!

My wife and I come to Leavenworth every year, and consider ourselves pretty knowledgeable about…read moreeverything the town has to offer, yet somehow we have missed this charming little gem! Granted, it's only been here for a year and a half, but that goes to show that you can't take anything for granted in this charming little town! Ours, although brief, was a wonderful experience. Initially hesitant to enter, as we had a full squad of kids with us, including two babies in a double-stroller, and two pre-teens, but we were welcomed in anyway, and assured that minors were allowed. My wife and I were introduced to the (extensive) menu of champagnes available, selected one that catered to our individual tastes, and were both impressed with our selections: a dry white, and a rosé (whose names I have shamefully forgotten, but I don't think you can go wrong with any choice here). The ambiance within is gorgeous; our server - phenomenal, knowledgeable and welcoming; and the view of the Christmas lights on Front Street is pretty darn good. This would be an excellent place to get away from the crowd during the Christmas Tree lighting event, watching from just across the street, warm and toasty (and a little toasted!), and without being crushed by the crowds. Our previous favorite hidey-hole for watching the festivities (The Loft) may have a competitor in future years, especially since we can't bring the kids up there! Seating is limited though (or it would be, during peak busy season), so get their early to snag a spot! Our Leavenworth trip happened to coincide with one of the worst storms (& flooding) that the region has seen in a long time, so the entire town was sparsely populated with tourists, meaning we were the only ones at the House of Champagne at the time. Probably a good thing for us, with so many kids in tow; I wouldn't want to haul all of them in when it was busy and annoy the other patrons, but seeing Leavenworth that empty, two weeks before Christmas, can't be good for the local economy. As things bounce back, keep that in mind, and be sure to look out for stellar local places like this which, as I said before, can be easy to miss, even for us regulars. House of Champagne is exactly the kind of place you want to see thrive in a town like Leavenworth, so take my advice: don't miss it!

As you can see, my previous review wasn't the best experience..... But 10 years later I revisited…read moreand The Loft redeemed themselves! We were on the hunt for a late dinner and decided to come here for something more casual. We were able to seat ourselves and found a little booth. Shortly after the waitress was at our tables with menus and got drinks started - she was so nice! They have a pretty standard selection of drinks in comparison to the rest of the restaurants in town. I always love the Enchantments Hazy by Icicle. My husband and I decided to split a couple things and we started with the Beef Sliders and followed up with the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap. The beef sliders were so cute and they were cooked well - no complaints there. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap was also really good. The chicken was a little on the dry side if I'm being picky, but overall we enjoyed it. I'm glad that we decided to stop in for a better memory of The Loft. We'd definitely come back when we're in town again!

Very disappointing experience. We attempted to eat at The Loft Bar & Grill and were refused entry…read morebecause I had my trained service dog with me. I clearly explained that she is a service animal, not a pet, but we were still told that "pets aren't allowed" and were not permitted to enter. There is an important difference between a pet and a service animal. Being turned away after explaining that was both frustrating and embarrassing, and the interaction itself was rude and dismissive. We left and took our business elsewhere. Based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this establishment, particularly to anyone who relies on a service animal. Management should make sure its staff understands the rules regarding service animals and treats customers with disabilities respectfully.

Loved the service here!! The food is fantastic too. Got the fish and chips and a pizza to share…read morewith my friend. The tartar sauce is super yum. If you like extra sauce, ask for more tartar quickly. They ran out when we asked for more sauce and they gave us dill ranch which was also delicious but not as much as the tartar. The food was ok... salad wasnt worth it, pizza was better, but nothing Id order again. Maybe the pasta is where its at? Service was fast and for the most part very friendly. Im giving 3 stars because there was one waitress I encountered who was incredibly rude. She was annoyed that I wanted to sit by the window and that she would need to clean the table off (there were multiple dirty and clean tables throughout the establishment, so yes I could have sat somewhere else, but I wanted to people watch). Due to her attitude I chose a different spot in the middle of the room. She then brought our food out, with which she basically threw it on the table (didnt even have time to say thank you to her). Everyone else was super friendly and nice. Due to this one person, I cant recommend coming here... Leavenworth is a tourist town. Its already expensive. Why waste your time and money on subpar food and being treated poorly when there are a billion other places to go. Lastly... this was where I chose to go for dinner on my 40th Birthday with my husband. Glad I didnt have super high expectations to begin with :)
