Stopped in to make a return. It wasn't too busy, yay! I was actually looking for something pretty specific and couldn't find it right away, so decided to ask an associate for assistance. Rehn the store manager was SO friendly and nice. She let me know the specific jeans I was looking for are no longer being sold, but to check the clearance section. She also offered me other suggestions to try as an alternative. I couldn't tell you the last time I've received such wonderful customer service at a clothing store. Unfortunately, the clearance section did not have the jeans in my size, but I found some other goodies at a fantastic rate. The store was well organized . Staff were so friendly and personable. Only area that needed some attention was the fitting rooms. I was so happy to walk away with only spending $15 on two pairs of pants which normally would have costed me $60. I'll definitely be back to check out the clearance section. read more

This is not the most well-organized ON I've been to. I struggled to find kid clothing, both because it wasn't organized by size or in the right section. The clearance section items weren't labeled accordingly either. I love the perks of the Old Navy card and typically find what I need online for basics for our whole family with free shipping, great discounts, and rewards dollars easily racked up. in person at this store location, I needed to dig and have ample time to find anything for our family of five. read more

Be careful when buying clothes here! I bought a rayon shirt and washed it in cold water and line dried it. It shrunk lengthwise, and they wouldn't take it back even though it was defective. I think their clothes are cheap in quality and price. It doesn't matter how cheap it is ($35 is not that cheap) if you can't wear it and they won't stand by their products. read more

Disorganized, messy, and not much in stock for toddler boys. Guess you can only really shop online for that in Woodbury, MN. Plenty of Women's and mens clothes though, which is nice. Would like to see more little boys & toddler boys clothes please. read more

I order online for pants from Old Navy more than most places. This last time, I ordered 2 of the same pairs of jeans but different colors. One pair was extremely small. I took them back to an Old Navy store for a refund and decided to order them again. I called Customer Service because the price was much higher now and I felt I should not incur shipping charges because I ordered enough clothing for free shipping with the original order. The agent told me to place the order and she would adjust the price and remove the shipping which she did, however, during the call, she kept repeating that she was offering me a 1 time free shipping (very annoying and not necessary) and she told me to select Basic Shipping when I placed the order. I had asked her could she place the order for me and she said she could not, so that is why I placed the order. Anyway, now, this order will arrive 8 days later. My first order arrived 4 days later. Old Navy was completely wrong by shipping a much smaller size (tags stated they were an 8) but they were a 4 to 6 size. Old Navy should have been happy to correct this without trying to make me feel they were doing me a favor. Now, to use the slowest shipping method is like a slap in the face. Yes, I am angry. Since COVID, it's only been a couple of times that I've gotten out to go shopping, and it was such a relief to come to this Old Navy again. I heard they were doing drive up pick-up, so I ordered some things online, and decided to go in anyway. I was able to get help finding things in my size, and the fitting rooms were open, which was really nice. They're also very clearly cleaning the counter and the fitting rooms between people, so that's probably reassuring to others. This may be because there are fewer customers, but the clothing and items throughout the store are in much better order than I've seen at this spot in a long time. read more

I'm the first person to review this store? Really?? Huh. Anyway, I used to shop here quite a bit. They've got a good selection (some stores carry more items than others) and it always seemed to be clean and neat. The sales staff were pretty cool, too. As far as Old Navy goes, this location is just fine with me. It opens at 930am every day which suits me too; that early in the morning the staff is not in a hurry to be overly friendly and super "helpful". Actually, I was in there for an hour today and I was not approached once: refreshing! I only shop ON for my kids and occasionally for those paper-thin long-sleeved tops they are forever getting new versions of. I never even look at anything else, I'm too tall for their bottoms and there's no way I'm paying $12 for a tank top! The kids clearance selection isn't stellar, but its better than some. I think the regular kids' selection is pretty much the same as every ON. I do like the fact that this store isn't inside a mall and you can always park close (sooooo nice during the winter when you're carrying kids across the icy tundra). Also there's a Dick's next door so you can send the old man over when his sighing and foot-tapping becomes obnoxious. read more

Went to the old navy store to get some summer clothes for my daughter. As soon as I enter I get this weird dusty smell inside the store. Wonder what that is. Any way found some clothes. There were some good deals. Walked over to check out. There is just one checkout open and one customer being checked out. I went and stood at that aisle. Then the checkout lady asks me to walk to the middle aisle of the store near check out and stand there since line starts there. But the thing is there is no line. No other counters open either and no other customers waiting to check out. The customer being checked out also couldn't believe how rude the checkout lady was. I walked out without making my purchase. Never going back to this store again. read more

I cant figure out why they at ON have a girl folding shirts.. when there are 10-12 customers waiting to check out. We waited and waited and waited.. Only two registers were open on a busy night right before the holidays. One friendly clerk working the register would talk to his customers for 15 minutes.. while we wait and wait and stand in line forever..
