Very frustrating experience at Old Navy in Tualatin, Oregon. I went back to the store for a refund because the online price had dropped to 50% off after my original in-store purchase, which I had paid for in cash. The cashier seemed completely unfamiliar with how to process a cash refund and spent several minutes calling for help. When the manager finally came up, she acted inconvenienced and uninterested in assisting. Even with both of them trying to figure it out, the process took around 10 minutes. To make matters worse, | later realized they shorted me $10 on the refund $10 may not seem like a lot of money, but with today's economy and gas prices, every dollar helps. This has become my favorite location now that Lloyd Center closed. The store is well stocked, items organized by category, and the the dressing rooms are clean. Often I buy online, but if I need to exchange for a different size, this is where I go. Prices online are sometimes different, and by different I mean better because they offer different sales. The store always honors the online prices. This is true of all Old Navy brick & mortar stores. Here, they do it without hesitation and often the savings are quite large. Also, when ordering online, they give option for in store pick up to avoid the shipping cost. The majority of times, this is the store that has my desired item, in my size, in stock. So easy to make purchase online and request pick up here. The item is bagged and ready for me when I arrive. Parking lot right out front easy access on and off of I-5. read more

I was grossly overcharged. We spent over an hour trying on clothes, adding up prices with the store wide discount. After we reached the register I couldn't figure out why the price was so high. They hadn't put in any discounts and the counter girl just said their system was down. Then they hadn't put to itemize and individually go and check prices. We went to dinner while they said they did that. Got back to pay, it was double what I had added up. They convinced my husband to sign up for a credit card to get a significant discount... and then there was no discount. I'll be returning everything tomorrow. Sales people were rude, were not letting people know the discounts were broken and manager was less than helpful. Would not recommend. read more

Stopped by yesterday evening - heard they had some great clearance deals. 30% off of the clearance tag. I found a cute blazer, normal price $45, yet i got it for $10.49. Now that's a steal! My friend found 6-7 items for boys, men's and women's for $25. (Amazing) I do really like this location usually because of how clean and put together this store is compared to others in the Beaverton area. But, last night - it was not the usual. Things were everywhere, nothing properly hung nor sized. None, of their scanners worked aside from 1 which was the closest to the cash register out of 3 scanners. Returns from online that are either Tall / Plus size etc. used to have an additional discount because they were online returns. I asked an employee (she didn't have a name tag on - she was thicker, curly hair that was up, red plaid shirt with either greenish-blue eyes.) She may have been a manger because everyone else had name tags on. I asked her about a Jean jacket that was an online return that was in the clearance area with a clearance tag stating $42.99. I asked her if it would be an additional discount because its from online. She said if its online - its whatever the price states, that years ago they'd put a discount on top of it. My friend, told her but it has a clearance sticker on it and she said "well, then yeah it would be an additional discount." She seemed to contradict what she said at the beginning. Elisha rang me up at the registers and she was super sweet. Even, she couldn't believe the price for the blazer i got. They ask if you want a bag because its an additional charge. Do NOT place an online order for store pickup!! They ignore anyone in online order pickup area. I waited over 10minutes & had to ask the ONE cashier at counter if I misunderstood where to go (as I stood in front of the big blue pickup online orders here sign). She told me she must not have seen me standing there?? There were many other employees working-all folding and arranging clothes. I saw them...but apparently I was invisible. When someone finally did come to help they could not find my order & had to go search the back room-which took forever! All in all-it took 27 minutes to pick up my order. I could have picked out my items & paid in regular check-out several times over. read more

I go through Old Navy phases. Sometimes I don't come in for a year, sometimes 3x in a month. I recently purchased a lightweight crew neck sweatshirt for $15 and after washing the first one promptly bought two more. Today I picked up some cute well priced clothes for my nephew. Overall, I am a fan and understand that I get what I pay for. It's a good place to stock up on basics or buy clothes for quickly growing children. read more

This store is hit or miss for how fast you will get through the line. I will say though they do have some of the friendliest and most helpful sales staff out of all the locations I have been to. They also seem to have a better selection of regular clothing though their clearance section seems to lack for larger sizes - guess they must get snagged up because the location in Beaverton has a lot more large and up clearance but this one has all size tiny...just an FYI. This location does have a huge amount of accessories though and I have found some wicked cute earrings here for cheap! read more

A clothing store with no mirrors in the dressing rooms? Come on! It's hard to give a bad review to a clothing store (unless the service is terrible) but that's just bad business. I spent 30 minutes finding the sizes I needed, just to learn there were no freaking mirrors in the dressing rooms for me to even see what it looked like on! I usually don't go to this location because the selection is usually not that great compared to others for some reason, but I thought I'd give it a shot since I knew exactly what I needed. Wasn't a good day for Old Navy. Usually, it's either SUPER SUPER DEALS or just the regular 'ol sales which aren't very expensive or super cheap. Those were one of the days, the non-expensive yet not super cheap days. Oh well. It was clean inside and well-organized, like most Old Navys I've been to. Located in what seemed to be a rather quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely be back if I lived in the area. read more

I know we have Covid and all, but Old Navy's online return system is ridiculously horrible. I returned 6 items to my local store that I purchased on line - which is cool that I can do that - however, when I returned them, the not-too bright, young gal who did the transaction was not only unpleasant, she also bold faced lied to me. I understand that stores don't want to handle cash right now, so they couldn't give me cash back for the return even though I had paid with a debit card almost three weeks prior (which means they got their cash right away), but little chickee insisted that the money go back on my debit card and when I asked how long it would take to get back into my account she said and I quote, "usually in a couple of hours, 24 at the most. You'll get a confirmation email right away". Well, here I am three days later with no money. They've got the product and the money. When I called the online customer service they informed me that it could take up to 10 days to see the funds back in my account! I have purchased pant from Old Navy for years. (10 Years) but for the last 3 or so years there quality has gone way down hill. I always get the same pants, carpenter pants. The last 2 time they are coming to me with HOLES in them. They are not suppose to have holes. I know can buy pant with holes already in them, but these were not those. I have enclosed some pictures. Again I made the mistake of going into the Tualatin Old Navy. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The service is always slow and the store seems under staffed. To be honest this is one of the worse old navy's I have ever been to. The costumer service is a hit or miss... usually a miss and they either never take the discount off or they mark it on the wrong clothing pieces. I have been here several times and pick out items that are on sale but find out after I leave that they never took the discount off. So make sure they are taking the discount off!
