Didn't make it more than 6 minutes in the store... while the selection is in line with what I would normally be inclined towards buying, the interaction was off putting and flat out rude. Upon entering, my husband gave a warm greeting to the sole employee by saying "Hi! How are you?" To which she simply glared and continued her phone conversation. Ok, strike one. As we perused, her convo became increasingly more apparent that it was a personal call and not work related. She was booking and adding additional treatments to her HAIR APPOINTMENT!! No "give me a minute and I will assist you", "if you need any help with anything just let me know!", or even a "Hi! Welcome to Le D Bug!"... second strike. She just continued to look annoyed and oblivious to the customers wandering the store in general (we were the only ones present outside of herself). This was the last strike. It was uncomfortable so we ultimately left. She once again made no move to say "bye", "thank you", "eff you", literally NOTHING. They have a decent amount of nontoxic options, a mix of cute and cheesy clothing. Leans more towards girls than boys but that's merely based on my 5 mins inside. Your lack of CS, human decency, or even personable interaction cost you a nice hefty sale. I'll trek down to the Pearl next time... read more

A beautiful store! I don't know how I found out about this one--it didn't come up when I did a search for children's stores in Portland (maybe because it is in Tualatin) but I'm glad it somehow showed up on my socials (stop listening to me, Meta). This shop is located in Bridgeport Village Shopping Center, an open air mall in Tualatin, and though there's not parking right in front of it there's plenty of parking kind of around the corner. They have some truly lovely stuff here. There was one brand called Viverano that caught my eye almost as soon as we walked in and I'm not sure if I should be glad or not that my daughter has gotten close enough to aging out of their size range (their biggest size is 18-24) because their cardigans on display here were gorgeous. And adorable!! They carry children's clothes in a higher range of sizes than some kid's stores, I think. In addition to clothes there are some toys and kid-related things like plates, books, and so on. I found a great dress for my kiddo and I can't wait to see her in it; although it says it's a 2T, and she's in the 95th percentile or higher for height and weight, this is super big on her so I'll try it again when she's closer to two. They had some really cute spring dresses when we were here but I restrained myself. The staff here was really welcoming and friendly, and sweet with their little clients. I was really pleased with my experience here. In checking out their website, I see that they specifically mention that if you purchase online they are happy to run your purchases out to your car so that you don't have to find a spot and lug in your littles. That is so helpful and if I was living in Oregon right now that would be a big attraction to me. As it is, I will be following them on social media and keeping an eye on their sales. read more

A truly adorable store, with soft silky baby/toddler clothes and accessories. Always in-season and in-style. It is quite pricey (can't even walk through the door without dropping $100), but the products are so worth it and cuddling your child in them is something else! The team was very helpful and always asked about the baby and how he was doing. Service is helpful but laidback. read more

All clothes are beautiful and unique and also not as expensive as some boutiques. The employees and owners have been super friendly and helpful each time I've stepped foot inside the store. Unfriendly, over priced clothes not even made in America, came off "too good" for people, no suggestions or offers for help, didn't tell me during cash out process there was no return policy & only store credit would be given, I went back for a gift receipt in case the child's mom wanted to return something & they still didn't tell me about the return policy, when I wanted to return a $110 cardigan for a child to get my money back, refused to give me my money back after not telling me there was a no cash return policy, terrible customer service, women working in store wanted me to "watch my mouth" after I was being kind to everyone and just spent over $200 on kids clothes. If the women who were working yesterday are reading this how bout y'all cheer the fuck up in life & don't be such miserable bitches how bout that for watch my mouth. I have come in here multiple times and am always greeted with a smile. Not only am I greeted with a smile, but I feel like those working are genuinely interested in getting to know you. We have bought our FAVORITE sun hat here. It's indestructible and cute. Plus my baby girl will grow into for a few years. Another time, I came in looking for something for my daughter to wear to her grandfathers funeral. It was something really hard to muster up the courage to do. But going into the store and telling the associate what we were there for - she helped us find the perfect navy/periwinkle Muslin romper. The associate helped point us in the right direction but also gave us a bit of space to really go through the emotions of losing a loved one and needing to find something for our little girl. They are friendly, responsive, and always responding quickly to my insta direct messages. I was so looking forward to checking out this adorable boutique since slumberkins recommended them and i started following them on Instagram. I had several gifts in mind and needed a couple slumberkins. I went with a friend and walked the entire store slowly looking at every nook and cranny. Enjoying all the beautiful items but was so disappointed with the service. We were never acknowledged, not a smile, not a welcome, not a "do you have any questions"... nothing. It made me feel like they didn't think we belonged there. There was no one else in the store. We weren't acknowledged until I said to my friend "that I wouldn't be spending my money here" and as we walked out she said "thank you for coming in" I thought about this review a lot before posting it as my customer service standards are high from coming from a retail background and being a customer service trainer myself. It's an expensive kids boutique and locally owned which I support and went out of my way to go to. I will now order my gifts online directly from slumberkins and find another local kids boutique to get my nieces gifts at. It's really unfortunate. read more

Favorite children's boutique. It is My go to for shower gifts! Owners are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. They genuinely want to help you find the perfect item! Don't do it. Yes, the clothes are cute but you can find cute clothes at many other places. Two little girl dresses were bought for a friends granddaughter, we were assured we could return them if the size was not right. I went back less than two weeks later to return and a very indignant person told me their policy is no returns. There is a hand written note on the counter. I asked for the next size up, which they didn't have. I asked for something else in a size 5, nothing. Maybe a pair of shorts, but I went through everything they had - no 5s. I asked for my money back and was told, 'my mother and I own this store, there is a sign on the counter to protect us from people like you.' I did tell her I would be sure to write a review to warn people, she came back saying that would be wrong of me to do. I left and donated the dresses to charity. So not worth the effort, drive, aggravation, etc. Lesson learned. read more
