Cashiers are inexperienced and made mistakes on my credit card. When they returned the clothes to fix the mistake they did not tell me it would take 2 business days for the return to reach my card. They then weren't able to charge my card because the return was still in process. I was unable to buy my clothes due to this costly mistake made by the undertrained cashier. The manager was also untrained and didn't even apologize for the mistakes that were made and did nothing to correct the issues that the employees caused. read more

Most people Don't realize it but Old Navy does have plus size clothes. Most of their staples go up Into the plus sizes. Love that I can still wear my favorite tank tops and my fav hoodies even when I haven't been able to lose the holiday weight. Or baby weight. Etc. read more

Had a great experience here on Wednesday evening. Last time that we were in they had a promotion only in store and they order it for you from their hand devices. $4 destructed rockstar jeans !! Yes, I said $4 and they are awesome. When we went back in we had a great interaction with Jordan and she informed us that the sale was still running so we not only bought what we liked in store but she also assisted me with ordering another $4 pair of jeans from their web site. What I found what is a naked adult female manikin upfront for everybody to see next to other mannikins who were fully dressed you walk into a store and bam naked woman. Besides that when I'm looking for some thing usually the store has different sections not everything all over the place. It was really difficult to find any women's clothing because it was so discombobulated no rhyme or reason to anything, there was really no one to help Even though I saw staff members around they were lacking any type of helpful. The only people doing their job for the ones taking care of the dressing rooms with the mirrors that was it; They were helpful in doing their job unlike anybody else in that store. read more

Terrible customer service. I had purchased family members online clothes for Christmas, some of the shorts did not fit my dad, when he tried to exchange for something he did want they said no he could not. And he was embarrassed that they were going to put the money back on my card because he didn't want me to know he didn't like it.. And they make people feel bad. Very rude, short and snippy. Never shopping here again, online or in store. Customer service is everything, I rather spend more at Nordstrom. read more

Friendly staff, typical Old Navy... Check out their sale section, I got a bunch of shirts for like $2 that were staples and the rest of their items were pretty inexpensive. I left the store with about 4 or 5 things and paid less than $20. Almost left feeling guilty. read more

Old navy has great clothes that are affordable for the entire family. They even have a maternity section. Tons of changing rooms and a bathroom in the back. I've never had a problem with customer service. (It's pretty standard that any store is going to give you a refund the way you paid.) I never pay for anything full price. Their sales change every week, and if you want a month or so it will go on clearance. read more

Old Navy is usually my go to store bcs they have my sizes! But honestly I'd rather lose a little weight to be able to shop somewhere else now. I got a Christmas jacket that was too small so I tried to return it today, it had tags on it but no receipt. The jacket was $35, they gave me $15!!!!! And said the gift card needs to be mailed to me in a week, why not in the store.. "That's the policy" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Way to inconvenience customers! I don't care for the cash, I wanted to gift card to get something but to be mailed?? Now I have to sit around and wait. That is the stupidest policy I've ever heard of. Now I actually found the receipt my fiance purchased and actually paid $19. They Gave me $15. So they took my $4, for what???!!!!!!! Yes $4 is not a lot but its the principal. Nice selection of decently priced clothes. Not the most high quality stuff you can find, but the price is usually right. As far as this store goes, it seemed well ran and the staff did an average job. I gladly came here twice in one week as they were having a large store wide sale. read more
