A couple of weeks later, a manufacturing defect showed itself. Morgan, remembered my wife by name and went out of her way to find a like for like replacement. I don't know if the shoes were discontinued or what but they were not able to find a replacement; but E wound up with a different pair of shoes that likes equally as much. Stop in and see Morgan. We were in town and decided to stop by so I can buy a new pair of running shoes. There were 3 employees helping people but NO ONE said a word to us even just a short greeting stating that they would help me as soon as they have a chance. Isn't that a part of good customer service? Sadly, we walked around the store for 5 minutes and decided to leave. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service today. I will bring my business elsewhere. I did give them 2 stars because I have had good experience in the past. I do e courage the owners to train their employees to engage not just with the people they are helping but also potential customers. Because of lack of awareness, they lost this customer.
