I ASK this person for assistance and see politely replied that they didn't have anything. Every time I step into their store this seems to occur. A couple of weeks later, a manufacturing defect showed itself. Morgan, remembered my wife by name and went out of her way to find a like for like replacement. I understand that she has recently been promoted to store manager and her efforts to make things right exceeded anyone's normal expectations. I don't know if the shoes were discontinued or what but they were not able to find a replacement; but E wound up with a different pair of shoes that likes equally as much. Stop in and see Morgan. She has skills when it comes to working with people. Always pleasant, never pushy or rude and absolutely respectful. Not too common these days.

We looked around they had a plethora of things sport related, their snowboards, bindings, and boots were good deals. The next day we came in at 8:20, right when they opened.
