During the entire process, the store was clean, it was nice and quiet, and nothing was disorganized or messy of any sort. When I was checking out, I had the pleasure of being rung up by Melanie, who asked if I would like some plastic cellophane wrap for my tops, and some proper bags for other items. She was very kind, cordial, and to the point. She was also able to assist with my purchase, as well as help with another customer simultaneously until another cashier was able to help her. Multitasking to the max!~ Will certainly come here again when the time calls for such a visit. Thank you!

Be careful what you buy at Kohls.com. Employees have no idea how to process an on-line return. It will take a minimum of four employees, and A LOT OF TIME to get it resolved. Hopefully, this Redding store will be the next to close.
