I don't shop at Old Navy often, but when I do, it's the Triangle Town Poyner Anchor location only. The staff is always courteous and willing to assist with sizes or sales questions. I only shop Old Navy during major sales. This location is also good with inventory. Today I purchased an adorable pink Puffer vest for my daughter at 50% off. This is the perfect piece for her fall wardrobe as the weather changes here in the south. Old Navy can sometimes offer style and affordability on a good day. read more

If you can overlook the torn apart clothing displays, the gigantic piles of clothing behind the registers and literally NO help at the fitting rooms, then by all means, visit this store. I was fielding the fitting rooms and helped other customers find empty rooms - including an older lady who had been sitting for quite a while (according to her) find a room. The room doors are typically shut despite being empty - so many customers assume they are being used. Anyway, overlooking the mess, there are lots of good deals. Jeans were on sale, which is great - finding your size requires patience and literally like finding hens' teeth. I scored two pairs of jeans, three shirts and one pj shirt for $117. Pretty happy. Good store to find deals, just don't expect any help from any employees. And, be prepared to field fitting rooms on your own. read more

While I love the size of this Old Navy, it was a HOT MESS. Clothes everywhere, messy & unkept looking. I was looking for a particular shirt & while I looked all over, I couldn't find it. Thankfully, an employee saw I was struggling & she offered help. It was a white button down & they were crammed behind plaid shirts. If she hadn't have found it for me, I probably would have given up & left. Sizing threw me off big time. I normally wear a medium in their shirts, but it looked huge. I took the medium & small in the fitting room & the small fit. Odd! The fitting room area was just as messy as the floor. I felt bad because there were employees straightening all over the women's section. But with all the clothing they have, that was going to be a chore. Parking is plentiful. While the sales and prices are generally awesome, this store seems pretty cluttered and difficult to navigate. The checkout line seems to take forever as well. Maybe my impression is tainted because I'm usually only here when there is a huge sale event like back to school. I'm an in and out shopper, find what I came for, get it and get checked out. what should take 5-10 minutes ends up taking more than an hour - it's my time being wasted to save a few dollars. The store opens at 10 am but the dressing rooms don't open till 11 am. There was a line of people waiting to try stuff on. This store is always filthy and has piles of clothes all over the store. Before Covid or during... it hasn't changed the conditions in the store. read more

Old Navy has the image of a "cool" place to shop for reasonably priced clothing. I would say this is a fair assessment. Price points are generally geared to the budget conscious shopper. With those price points are current sale items and clearance racks. For Christmas gifts I purchased several shirts that (we hope) appeal to the folks in their 20's that were on the shopping list. Retail listed for $16.99 and were on sale for $5. Store departments are well arranged and the merchandise is neatly displayed. Check out area was busy with minimal waiting. read more

This place is a pigsty. I have been probably 3 times in the past several years because I can't even shop for items because stuff is all over the floor, etc. Decided to pop in on my way to Pier 1 the other day, and nothing has changed. And it was a Monday morning, with a handful of other people in the store. So clearly, the store hadn't been cleaned up the night before or that morning. I'll give my business to a store that takes pride it cleanliness/presentation. read more

I live right up the road from this Old Navy and am a frequent flyer here. I am always blown away from the customer service I receive here and was especially floored by the outstanding customer service I received from Paula the other day. She greeted me with smiling eyes the moment I came in and helped me find a few things quickly when I looked lost, ha! She also checked me out while assisting me with a large online return I had. She was patient and never made me feel like a inconvenience like I sometimes feel at other locations when I'm returning. Paula has great communication with her colleagues and knew when to ask for help with checking others out as my order was a bit time consuming. Paula was extremely kind and patient. I certainly recommend this location. It is filled with a great team of helpful employees who know the store and care for their shoppers shopping experience! read more

This old navy is the WORST, they are never clean, piles of clothes everywhere, boxes of merchandise visible and this is no matter the time of year. The store is just awful, it's a cluster f*&!, it can give you anxiety. It makes you not want to touch anything in there or even try to look around. If you want to shop at old navy go to the Crabtree location or just shop online. And the bathroom, oh my goodness, simply grotesque, no toilet paper, toilets full of whatever was left behind, piles of toilet paper and seat protectors all on the floor, feels like you'd catch an STD from just walking in. They need to shut down for at least week and do a full cleanse/deep clean/revamp. read more

Wouldn't price match their online prices which I understand but you can walk outside and place the online order to pick up in store at the online price in 2 hours? Makes no sense! I am a sucker for Old Navy. They have unbeatable sales! With my little one growing day by day I don't find the need to spend a fortune on something she can't wear next week. I always hit up the clearance section and see what I can come up with. On this particular day, clearance was an additional 50% off, so I made out. I got at least 10 pieces for her and a necklace and dress for myself for a whopping $40. That's why I love Old Navy. Surprisingly a lot of their items are made well enough. Once in awhile you'll get a bad garment but you get why you pay for. This Old Navy location is a hot sloppy mess. Piles of clothes everywhere and an understaffed floor. I was teetering between two and three stars because of this but I found some seriously cute clothes for my little one at a steal! I choose Old Navy for two necessary evils the clothes fit and it's cheap. I am a huge supporter of but US made, but sometimes I just can't afford it. So I buy the basics here. I can always find something for work or casual. I am a fan of the fact that you don't have to fight a crowd on their non big holiday sale days. I also like that you don't have to jump through hoops to be able to use their bathroom. Some minuses. It is ADD hell. Those stacks and stacks of clothes are too much and get too messy. I had to review Old Navy because I simply forget sometimes how much I enjoy the Old Navy experience. Ventured inside the Triangle Town Center location this week, not specifically looking for anything and I walked out with a dress, jeans, and three tops, despite my agreement with myself that I would not buy any clothes this winter because I DO NOT NEED ANY. I repeat, I DO NOT NEED ANY, but everything was so cute and such great deals! I walked out with 5 items and spent $80. You cannot do that anywhere! Staff is always friendly and without being stalkers and they must push something through the vents because it's just so damn cheerful in there and I take a glance sometimes in the mirrors stashed around the place and I'm smiling. Store return policy is a joke. I was in the store today and was unable to return some online purchases that I made. I was given some kind of receipt because of the denied return. It made me feel like a shoplifter even though they verified the purchase. The associate couldn't accommodate me. He advised that I call customer service and try to rectify it because it was an online order. I did contact customer service and was still told that their hands were tied. At NO point did anyone at the call center or customer service chat try to get someone else to help resolve the issue. I shop extensively with old navy (or I should say I used to). I have items that I can't exchange or return which is absolutely ridiculous. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere and return every single item Don't bother supporting a company that does not value the customers that keep the doors open. Three stars instead of four or five because of the cashiers today. I'm spending money in your store. Paint a smile on your face and lie to me; tell me you hope I have a great day and you're glad I found something I was looking for. Ninety-five percent of your words were about where you should get your hair done considering your style and texture and how much you are willing to spend. You were making eye contact and chit chat with a coworker, not with me. Good customer service skills and personality will get you farther than good hair, guy (whose first name starts with an R). Trust me. P.S.: Fitting room young lady was spectacular. Location is great with plenty of parking. There is always something on sale. I've never had a problem with the staff. They've always been pleasant and helpful. But the organization of the store is horrible. Clothes are everywhere! It's chaotic. Anymore, the thought of having to dig my way through piles of unorganized clothing to find what I need always deters me from stepping foot into the store. read more
