Been here multiple times and the store actually has a really good selection of clothes, and lots of nice pieces to choose from. Honestly, the place could be a bit more organized and cleaner. Sadie and the other staff are very kind and they did a great customer service! I appreciate them, I picked up Items that ordered online and also I tried couple items to their fitting room. The only thing they need to improve is the fitting room floor are dirty , there's food left over on the floor from people who used it. Clothing rack are pretty organized. read more

The cashier, whose cashier number is 2874881, was pushy!! Kept trying to get me to sign up for credit card. I said no about 5 times. Finally I said no in a parental tone. I told her I had an email with 20% off but while I was pulling it up, she harassed me about the card. I didn't care about saving an additional $10. If I say no once, that should be enough. I know they get something for every customer that signs up in the store etc but this is ridiculous & annoying. Then she had the nerve to say, "Oh well, your lost." Very rude and unprofessional. Just because I'm using a credit card, doesn't mean that I want another one. read more

Man, oh man. While I love the size of this Old Navy, it was a HOT MESS. Clothes everywhere, messy & unkept looking. Employees weren't friendly, nor did they speak. Fitting rooms had clothing still in them & racks were piled up with clothes in the fitting room area. Thankfully, I found the two dresses & shirt I needed & tried them on. When I went to check out, there were only two registers open & the associates were slow as everything. I waited for 5+ minutes. One girl got taken off & someone else got on another register & she motioned for me to come to her. I had two separate online returns to make, in addition to my purchase. She took a long time for all the transactions. I get that they just opened maybe 30 minutes ago, but this was crazy. Parking is tough, because they share a lot with other businesses, but with me being there pretty early after opening, I got a spot up front. I do love Old Navy's pricing & sales/promos. However, I don't want to go back to this location after this experience. read more

Old Navy is another one of those businesses where if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Old Navy has a knack for different layouts per store, though, so just because the Old Navy in your town has the women's section on the right, men's on the left and kids in the back doesn't mean this Old Navy does! My sister was shopping for school uniforms for her 11-year-old...we didn't find much but she did get a couple of items. The staff gave us a couple of peel-off coupons as soon as we walked in the door and she was able to use that to get a better deal. This location doesn't stand out among any other Old Navy I've been to, but it's okay as far as Old Navys go. You will fight for parking with Best Buy and Barnes & Noble customers. read more

I'm only giving this store a bad review because of the cashier -who like other reviews mention, cashier number 2874881 (her name starts with a G but I can't remember it) is beyond the rudest I've ever encountered. I shop here so often, and always seem to have to run into her. she's so bitter and always has a bad attitude. She seriously needs to be fired already. She doesn't greet or ever smile, she answers your questions as if you're annoying her. Like if you hate your job that much quit already. You'd be doing customers a favor. I really hope she leaves because she makes my experience shopping there so miserable. read more

Wow people really seem to have poor feelings towards this Old Navy! After my last visit I can see why. I went in on a Sunday evening which I know is right after the weekend rush, but man the store was a hot mess! Literally anything that had to be folded just wasn't. I imagine people are rude about finding their items and the staff just can't keep up, but they should probably throw some additional staff into the mix. The sizes available were also an issue, it felt like everything I was interested in had no XS or S left in sight. When I went over to the dressing room there was no staff manning it so I wasn't sure if I was just suppose to go into a room or not. Unlike others have states though I thought it was very clean and didn't have a bad experience in that regard. Overall if I need to go to an Old Navy I'm going to keep coming here since it is close to my house and parking is fairly easy compared to the rest of Crabtree Valley. read more

I do not agree with Donna B. at all- not every Old Navy store is the same. I was near Crabtree and just needed to grab a few tees and maybe a couple of pairs of shorts to lounge around in and didn't want to spend a ton of money. Sure, most of the clothes from ON only last a season and then fall apart, but that is sort of the thing I was looking for and always depend on ON to get me through with some of my lounge around clothes. I went into the Glenwood ON and OMG...CRICKETS! Not only was I one of maybe three people in the store, but the staff were also no where to be found, and the options were pretty limiting...as in, the racks were empty. I felt like I was in the Night of the Comet, or perhaps the place was just looted, but no storm or disaster was outside. There were no new options, no shorts, only a ton of kids' stuff, and some workout gear (still very limited). I left soon after walking in. No one greeted me, or acknowledged I was in the store. I soon went to the Triangle Town Center Old Navy and they were fully stocked, had everything I needed, and I felt like I was part of human life again. read more

Why do I not read the reviews prior to visiting a store?! Oh well.. .. This is by far the worst Old Navy I've ever been in! As everyone else stated, the disorganization is a very big problem. I can understand at the close of the day that things would be scuffled around- but I was in the store 20 minutes after opening. No employees were in sight with the exception of the cashiers upfront. When I was ready to check out I was hurried along, barked a credit card offer and thrown about my day. About 75% of my family's clothing comes from Old Navy but I will be sure to go to the Triangle location from here on! read more

I like Old Navy clothing but cannot stand this store! No matter when you go, it always looks like a tornado just blew through the place. Heaps of unfolded clothes, things hung up where they should not be, filthy dressing rooms ... Never more than one, maybe two, cashiers working at any given time no matter how long the line may be. The last time I was in this store, a rather large, and equally loud-mouthed, young woman began yelling at customers waiting in line, as if trying to round up cattle. It was quite entertaining. After witnessing that, I now only purchase my Old Navy items online. Come to find out there are much better prices when buying online anyway, and a better variety of sizes (i.e., Tall) which are not available in the store. So long Miss Cattle Call ... I'll be buying online from now on. But thanks for the laughs! read more

This is by far the worst shopping experience in Raleigh. The store is filthy and disorganized. Clothes aren't organized. Only 2 employees in the registers and are extremely slow. Employees very unhelpful and not friendly. After 30 minutes waiting to be checked-out, I left. Others did as well. read more

Don't waste your time to come to this old Navy. Not only is it difficult to find anything due to the mess, the customer service is very bad. I waited almost 20 minutes after asking for help and no one came. The manager scoffed at me for their own mistake at marking the prices and it was super unprofessional. If you go here, give yourself extra extra extra time to get through the the register. Ridiculous! One checkout person at a register and with only one customer, it took 15 minutes to get checked out. The reason was the clerk thought it was break time and she had all the time in the world to speak to the customer checking out in front of me. I get customer service. But, please whoever the manager is: train your people to understand Balance! Balance talking to customers with looking up, noticing there are three other customers waiting and politely cut the chatter and check out the customer. No one should expect to wait in line standing, all of us playing with our phones. Make the check out experience quick and efficient and I might come back. read more
