This outlet store is located at the Phoenix premium outlet mall in Chandler. The store was loaded with discounted items. I like Old Navy style so I found a couple of things on the clearance rack and made my way to the register and paid for my items. Today I went shopping here since I had a gift from Christmas to use. Got some workout leggings and a t-shirt after deciding what to buy and doing sone extensive looking around the store. Megan was my cashier today and she was AWESOME! She was very helpful and always smiling. I know from working retail years ago that customers are not always pleasant and knowing that, I always make sure I return the positivity and polite nature to them. Not only that, but they are doing is a common courtesy and I am always mindful of them. I like this location, as it is 5 minutes from my house if I need something in a pinch, plus they always have great sales. read more

It has been about 15 years since I stepped foot into an Old Navy. I used to religiously purchase denim and shirts from them but lost interest in their style as I aged. Recently stopped into this location as I was looking for some chino dress pants and was actually surprised with their stuff. Good selection of items that I would consider to be en vogue and would consider wearing. Some good sales prices and even the retail prices were not too bad. Its also an added bonus that their fitting rooms are open at the moment. read more

I like this outlet a lot: always find killer deals on workout gear, maxi and midi dresses, pencil and maxi skirts, and ballet flats, all of which are staples in my wardrobe. They also have good buys on baby and kids clothing, tee shirts, shorts, jeans, and more. The staff is what makes this a 4* review for me: everyone we have encountered is outgoing, helpful, and just downright pleasant, even during holiday rushes. Cris was incredibly helpful last week when we visited. Be sure to sign up for Old Navy rewards, and you get more Extra Bucks and specials if you use an Old Navy credit card. I actually don't care for this Old Navy. They don't have the greatest selection and it seems like they get a lot of cast off from the other Old Navy's. If they are having a jeans sale or flip flop sale I will go in there because it is so close to my house and jeans and flip flops are at every store. But anything else I will go to all other Old Navy's. read more

Primarily went to Old Navy to pick up some flip flops to wear around AZ as guests, since they are cheap and were conveniently carried here at ON. The flip flops were easy to find, had many sizes and colors and were 2 for $5. The only con about this outlet ON was that it was crowded, cluttered and messy in comparison to other locations. There was about only 2 cashiers at the time while in like with 6 other people. Cheap prices, but not fantastic and pretty disorganized store. read more

Old Navy Outlet - Needs to be organized lil bit - Men's Clothing Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Pros: - They are super close to the Ahwatukee Foothills and have a great location within the Phoenix Premium Outlets. - They accept all Old Navy coupons on top of their Outlet pricing and sales. - They have great prices on children's clothing. Cons: - You can be the only one in line and still have to wait because three cashiers are helping one person. - They have a lot of clothing, but it all looks the same from season to season. - It is WAY too bright in there. - You cannot find employees without going to the register. I like Old Navy because their sizing is better for my child. I even think a lot of the kids' clothing is cute. I just don't think this location is equipped to handle customers well yet. It is fairly new, so I will visit again in a few months to see if they have ironed out the kinks. For now, I would rather just visit the Ahwatukee location; their employees are helpful and their store is set up better. read more

WE WERE PROFILED/TARGETED SIMPLY BECAUSE WE ARE MEXICANS AT THIS OLD NAVY LOCATION!! Hurts to say that, but I feel that's the truth. Went in with my husband yesterday to purchase a few items that I needed for today. As we were walking around, my husband noticed that there was this Caucasian male following us THE ENTIRE TIME we were there! Which, at first I didn't think anything of it, but then I notice that we were the only ones he was buzzing around (we were the only Hispanics/color people in the store at the moment). The staff would walk past us, give us these nasty stares and never asked if we needed help; however, they proceeded to go ask the other customers (whom were all white), if they needed any assistance. Then I would go try on something in the fitting rooms and the same, strange, Caucasian male would go to the dressing room I was at after I would leave, just to look in it?! Finally when we were ready to pay, the same guy would come up behind us and pretend to "check-out" with their lead cashier. He NEVER payed, or left the store. He continued to "shop", that's when I realized... HE WAS THEIR SECURITY!! This was VERY upsetting to us. Especially because we have spent sooo much money at this location then and before. Like another customer wrote, "racism at its finest". In addition the their biased, rude customer service; they have THE WORST selection on merchandise! Very limited and over priced. Never again! This location has lost our business for good. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere! read more

You can get some pretty good deals at this Old Navy Outlet. We went here recently when they were having a clearance sale, where I got some tank tops for $1.49 each! They were also selling men's jeans for as cheap as $6, although more clearance jeans were in the $11-13 dollar range (Still a really good deal!). I generally don't have that much of a problem finding items in my size, and the sales associates and fitting room staff have always been very friendly. read more

I would like to see more staff walking around the floor asking customers if they need any help. The store was clean and tidy compared to other Old Navy stores.They had really great sales on button up and muscle shirts. Christmas Return Policy is not honored. Before Christmas the online store shows an extended return policy. There's a reason they have periodic financial trouble, just shop at a modern online retailer. Update: I called gap.com support right after leaving. They literally processed the return in 45 seconds with a pre-paid mailing label in my email before I got off the phone. While I cannot recommend the local store when it comes to returns/customer service, online returns are hassle free and compliant with their policy. Also note, just because you buy it online from gap.com doesn't mean you can return it in store. Only Gap branded items can be returned in a Gap store and Old Navy only in their store. Lesson learned...Just avoid brick and mortar. read more

I was here a few days ago and I had a good experience. I was able to find really cute baby clothes for my niece at a great price. They also had some great deals on sun dresses and on this particular day it was take an additional 40% off everything in the store. The men's section had a great selection of graphic tees and jeans. I was also asked if I was finding everything alright and the associates seemed like they were happy to help. At the register I was assisted right away and the cashier was very nice. Customer service was top notch. The only downfall was that the tables were a little bit messy from being over shopped but I know that it can be difficult to keep up on recovery at times so I will give them a break on that. Customer service is apparently non existent here. They open @10am Monday- Friday. I call at 10:15 to ask about a sale. No one answers...just keeps ringing & ringing. So I call again. Same thing! What a bunch of lazy individuals who can't pick up the damn phone! As for the store, its fairly picked out & they don't restock much it seems. Yet I go here because its the closest one to me. Today I went to Old Navy and purchased my a few items. And it was a good day HOWEVER...I ended up at old Navy outlet again and this was a different situation. I ran into a few of friends (with their kids) who were black and had service dogs and all of a sudden all these employees randomly kept saying can we move. The kids were trying on stuff and we were waiting. But there was other Caucasian customers in which they weren't asked to move. Their kids were running around the store just as much. Service is still horrible here. Always a long line of customers but only one person working registers.

Literally just walked out after spending $250 and not a word was said to us. I realize we walked in at 8:15 which is considered late, but I work until 8... It's the only time I had to shop. We were not greated, helped, thanked. Upon walking up to the register to check out at 9 exactly they shut off the lights and music... Not only rude but left us feeling extremely uncomfortable... Stopped in this morning to return 5 shirts, Lindsey was great, fast and courteous. Shopped for different style of shirts (for daughter), Deja checked us out, very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Only knock today was not enough shorts for daughter to choose from.
