The prices were really good since we seemed to be there during their half off sale. I will say that it was hard trying to find someone to help us as there were 3 nice employees behind the register, only one customer being rung up, and no employees on the floor. I ended up putting a few things back as I just didn't feel like dealing. The dressing rooms had a bunch of stuff left by customers so that didn't seem to be a priority either. For corporate, it was on 1-28-26 between about noon and 1pm. Would I go back, yes, the prices were right but just know it's really self service. read more

Went in to return some jeans that fit too big, The employee who returned them to was extremely rude. (White female, a little on the heavy side) After I gave her the jeans she said okay your total will be returned to your card. I asked is that all you need from me she replied with is that all?? Very rudely I said "yes is that all you need from me, you don't need me to swipe my card" she said no and then very rudely asked if I wanted my receipt. I drove out here to get some shirts website says closes at 9 pm . It took me 30 minutes to drive here , I try to open the door and the employee said we are closed for inventory . Love that all the staff are wearing masks and gloves to show they prioritize our safety while shopping in-store. The best thing is that they offer so many options to purchase, including contactless curbside pickup and buy online, pickup in-store! This visit and my first one last month were in-store shopping because it's been over a year! You know... since before Covid-19!! Most items were i stock and mostly in sizes that I needed for gifts. The cashier who handled my return and purchase was a kind, young gentleman. He was friendly and answered all my questions ending with "ma'am"! Sadly, that has become rare in my recent experiences out in public. Kudos to his mom for teaching him some manners and respect. Also, he knew his job well and handled my transaction smoothly and efficiently! I'll definitely return based on this visit. My previous visit was great, but the wait was long. Although they had two ladies working the counter at that time, I felt the manager could have hopped on a register (or had another employee) to help with the line that had formed behind me. The time of day and whether it is a weekday or weekend should be taken into consideration as a customer when shopping and also for the management when staffing. End rant. We grabbed a shirt between two 50% off signs but were told at the register it was full price. This is an outlet store so I'm not really sure why anything is full price to begin with. Just left the outlet old navy store and wanted to say thank you again for the great customer service. We were driving home from California to Nevada and my fit bit went off telling me to get some steps in so I asked my bf to stop at the old navy in the outlet. Thought I could grab our son some shorts and get the steps in. Everyone asked me at least once if I needed help. They also offered to order online if something wasn't in store. I finally found a dress I liked and 3 tops for my son When I went to check out there was pricing issues. The manager came up and helped us and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only complaint I would sadly I have is the bathroom needs a little more upkeep and something more cheerful done w dressing room. The prices were pretty good, so I bought a good amount of merchandise to last me the trip and beyond. The store was somewhat busy, but the checkout didn't take long. Put stopped here in hopes to find a baby blanket or something for my son on our way to Vegas. Well, they didn't have one (as we were expecting) but still found some amazing deals on stuff we didn't know we needed until we saw it. We were actually surprised at how many outlet exclusives they had in store. While we only stayed in the infant/child area, but that section was so big that we were able to spend a good deal of time there. Employees were very friendly and helpful. When they didn't have a shirt in the size we needed, the woman helping us at the time was incredibly helpful and ordered it for us to have it delivered in just a few days (for no extra charge and still at the outlet price!) Shopping at Old Navy was OK. They had some tempting sales, so we did buy some staff. But we usually buy a lot more. Getting answers to questions weren't easy. I stopped on a Monday afternoon and the outlet center and ON in general did not seem crowded. It was far more organized then what I was expecting from an outlet store. I browsed the store, found a few items I was interested in, tried them on and not once did I see an associate whereas at a regular ON store they are all over ready to assist you. When I got ready to make my purchases that's when I realized that even though they didn't appear to be busy the line indicated otherwise. And with only three cashiers and what appeared to be a slow moving line I left my purchases on the front table and hit the road. The deals were good but not that good. ON sends out enough coupons and offers to card members that this time suck was not worth it to me. And I have nothing against standing in line because I often do at the regular store but it's fast moving and every register is open which was not the case here. read more

Wow. Talk about crapy sales. Let's see where to begin. How about CHANGE you sales signs on stuff sold in store if you are not going to give it for a discount. 30% off sign normally means 30% off doesn't it? Or belt sign says 40% right by the belts means 40% off. Fire the night shift for not changing the signs.... of course blame it on them. Or on the manager running around the store a 2pm changing signs right in front of everyone because they have jacked up prices. Sell it for $20 or get you for $40 because they cant change signs. And on top of that place was dirty. Seemed like no one could go around and put clothing back or pick up the piles of clothing in the changing room. Well a sucker is born every minute and I was the sucker this time. Why o why did I stop here yet again? Well if you know me, I am always in search of a deal. Consequently, against my better judgement yet again... I stopped here to see what I could find. I do really like Old Navy stuff and they had a tee that I sooo wanted to get. However unless I would fit a girls size xs I was screwed... Ohhh wait I take that back they also had it in a mens 4XL... it was a great shot of the Star Wars Hoth battle seen in The Empire Strikes Back as the 3 AT-ATs are kicking ass and stomping on the rebels... sorry I am a stormtrooper if you didn't know that. Literally I have the full outfit and love stormtrooper stuff =D None the less nothing else caught my eye. They had a bunch of ugly or random clearance stuff and 3/4s of or more of what they had here was regular price. Ohhhhhh well... that is how it goes I suppose. So unless you are a tiny or a giant size don't expect to find any deals at this shop. The last several years that we have been going to Las Vegas, we are always stopping at this Old Navy location located at Tanger Outlet. We have continually found great bargains here especially in their Clearance sections. My wife always uses her Old Navy card so she can accumulate the points and use her cash rewards at Old Navy. They usually send her discounts in the mail and by e-mail as well. We have never bought anything at full price, and have saved at least 50% to 75% over regular prices. The store is pretty organized, and the staff is helpful. Even when the lines are really long, it goes by quickly so we end up waiting no longer than 15 minutes. Fortunately, we don't have this outlet location where we live. Otherwise, my wife would be here all the time. read more

Terrible. Do not go to this location. Worst experience I've ever had at Old Navy. I bought clothes from a different Old Navy in a much nicer area and needed to exchange one pair of jeans for a smaller size. I had my receipt and it was not even 1 week since my purchase. They refused to exchange my item because it had been washed/worn. What!? I told them how ridiculous that is. I immediately stopped shopping and left. Will not return. They do not honor returns or exchanges here unless it is brand new with tags on them. I will be calling corporate and file a complaint. How do they expect to stay in business especially out here in the Barstow location? read more

Went shopping to Old Navy. One of the sales associates Nicole was so helpful. Not only did she ring me up, but also placed an order for me for items which were not in stock at her store. She was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable of what was in stock at her store. Came in for a pair of flip flops and checked out with some gorgeous shirts Nicole showed me. And, the best part, Nicole informed me that at Old Navy, if an item is not in stock, their staff could order it and have it shipped to me, without incurring shipping fees. DID NOT KNOW THAT. If I can give them ZERO STARS I would !!!!!!!!!!! Worst employee experience . To start off let me just say they look and sound happy to work with you during the interview but once you actually start working they don't complete the training properly , so you're ruining around like a headless chicken. Also if your looking for old navy as a SECOND job don't do it because they say it's okay and later on , you're on the spot light, with the room full of management telling you "you can't work both jobs ."and they also told me that they're afraid that Im "going to release financial info" And be pressured to pick one . Just to let you know I was a stylist and i don't have access to any financial info .I was management in my past job and I now how to approach and employee when there is an issue and that's not SURROUNDING the employee with managers by the way it took 5 managers to tell me that . I felt very attacked and uncomfortable to go back to work . I called HR and they didn't seem to care about my work environment . I did mention to her what happened but it seems like they don't care about there employees because Michelle,from HR , told me the area and district manager where going to contact me and it's been a week . I was very polite and patient and it seem like it matter to them . I worked at old navy before in 2015 and this never happened to me. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I DID TO GET TREATED LIKE THIS BY OLD NAVY . And I just wanna share my experience because I don't want anybody going through what I went through read more

There was a uber long line and 1st cashier was helping a family of five and chatting with them while a good 6 different customers were waiting in line. The 2nd cashier... really needs to wear a bra. Or at least not a white shirt. Guess that's how you know you are leaving Vegas... Aside from that very distracting factor we did score some deals. The kid's jeans were $10. And since I'm short I can fit into them! So $10 jeans for an adult is pretty hard to beat. You could find some swimwear for $5, which is pretty good. To be located in ghost town Barstow, this is a great store. Customer service was great and my family and I managed to catch some great steals on summer clothes.
