Value: this is where to get the ultimate value for your basic shirt sweat pants and athletic Nike gear at a discount. I love this chain on the discount side. Here we are at another Nike store. I lost count. I think this is the tenth Nike store that we've been to on this trip. This Nike store has better pricing than at the other outlets. I'm a kicks person and love shoes. The sneakers here were ok. Nothing really caught my eye. I did get two shirts for $30. They had these cute Hello Kitty Nike shoes on display at the checkout. OMG!!! I had to get them. However, they were actually made for men and didn't have my size. Whose bright idea was that? Hello Kitty shoes for men? Show me one man that would rock Hello Kitty shoes. So they only had the big sizes. The smallest size they had was a 10 in mens. I take a size 6.5 in mens. No way was it going to fit. Nadine was sitting down waiting for me. I called her over. I had to show her the shoes. She tried the shoes on and it actually fit her. With socks on it was still a tad bit big, but it worked. She ended up buying the shoes. I was jealous, lol. read more

Shopping in Barstow, California... I really didn't intend to buy anything at the Nike Factory Outlet. I was sitting down and catching up on my email when my friend, Angel, called me to the cashier. I thought she needed help... Nope... She wanted to show me something... Hello Kitty x Nike collaboration... a pair of sky blue shoes! Wow! Hello Kitty's face was scattered over the tops and sides of the nylon fabric shoes. The back of the shoes showed her cute face! Ack! I needed a new pair of sneakers anyway... However, the smallest size available was men's 10. That's quite long... there's a lot of wiggle room. However, the shoe is a sock style where the shoelaces are more decorative. Somehow, my foot stays in place. I can feel some arch support! The cashier was so helpful. She said that I could get an extra 15 percent off if I sign up for the emails. Done! If there's a zero, I will mark this zero. Stoped by this morning on my way home from LV to get my daughter a pair of new white AF 1. They said they have the size in stock (7.5) for women so a guy went to the back and came out with the item. I briefly opened it to make sure the shoe is correct. I got home and when my daughter opened the box, we learned that the sole is dirty and I looks like it's been worn or a return item. I contacted Nike on-line and they want me to return it because that's the only option for me. They don't even want to offer and exchange. Knowing that this size is hard to find for this model, I refused. I told them that they should price the item accordingly and they couldn't do anything about it. Avoid this store at all cost. I have only paid one visit to this store location. The person that was handling the number of guests inside the store at one time was very nice. I noticed his NRC t-shirt and had to ask him if he was from Los Angeles or if he'd participated in an event with them and that was why he had the shirt or what. I was just being curious. We talked a lot about why he participates in the run clubs and the types of things that they do. It sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I just don't have that kind of time or freedom to be able to participate in the run clubs. Anyway, the associate was very friendly and made the time that we spent in the 100+ degree weather more tolerable. I found plenty of neat pairs of shoes for my kiddo and a sweater for myself. It took a lot of doing for me to buy a sweater when it was so hot out. Ugh. The associates at the store were all very nice and helpful. This store is AWESOME...!!!! Wasn't looking for anything in particular just looking for sales...all the associates here are super nice... especially one guy, Ian I believe was his name. You might think that's unprofessional but this guy helped my family look for all the goodies!!! My husband got these Jordans that he is in love with. I've stopped by at this store a couple times in the past while driving from Vegas to SoCal. I like that this store is way less busy than any of the Nike Outlet locations in Las Vegas. You might be able to score some decent deals in the clearance rack. *Thumbs down* This outlet is no where in size and selection compared to the other nearby Nike outlets -- referring to the one at Primm, and the ones in Vegas (especially the one on Grand Central Pwky). The prices seem a bit higher to me, probably because this store is catered towards the hundreds of tourists from China that roll through by the bus load (mainly for Coach). A lot of the price tags are translated in Chinese, and of course Mr. China himself, Kobe Bryant, has his gear splashed everywhere. read more

I just wanted to leave a review because it's not often that people in retail go out of their way to help customers. I live in LA and I was on my way back from Vegas when I stopped at this location and purchased a hoodie. Once I got home, I tried the hoodie on and it was too big. I called every Nike store around me and none of them had a smaller size. So, I contacted the Barstow location to see if they could help. I spoke with Lauren and she said she would see what she could do, but her manager was not there and she would talk to him the next day. Previous experiences led me to believe that I wouldn't hear back, but Lauren proved me wrong. She called and left me a message and gave me options for a solution without having to drive to Barstow. She connected me with Eric and he helped me finish my transactions. I now, have the perfect hoodie and I love it. Thank you guys for going above and beyond! We need more people in retail and customer service like you!! read more

Not a big fan of outlet malls...mostly because I don't think their prices are truly "discounted". I just think it's where they send overstock and try to sell for same price as regular stores or for a nominal discount. With that said, I did get some shoes for my son (kids shoes are so cute when they're pint sized). They were on markdown so $20 for Nike Frees are a steal. I would go back for kids stuff but the adult clothing and shoes were pricy for "outlet" prices. Their service is pretty poor, no one is out on the sales floor to help you, and at the register, they are just trying to get you in and out so not very talkative or friendly. Stopped by this store on my way back from Vegas to check what new styles came out. I am a big fan of Nike shoes with the air cushions, such as the Air Max and Zoom lines and I was not disappointed. There is a large variety of Air Max and Zoom products, more than I've seen at other factory outlets. What makes it even better is that they had size 11.5, which I rarely see available at other locations or DSWs. In addition to the great selection, the staff were friendly and helpful, despite how crowded the store was on a Thursday. A few of the staff checked up on me after tending to their customers, which is nice to see them keeping busy. Even though it was the store was busy as a whole, I had a very fast and friendly checkout experience thanks to Gabi. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely shop there again. It was very disappointing trip to Nike today. They have items on sale additional 20% off, went there and started to look for what I like. I found something I like but not my size, 9 or 10. I requested for my size 9.5, the helpful staff helped me and when I asked for the final price it's 20 dollars more because my size is freaking 9.5!! While we love to stop here and shop, I am unsure if I will ever visit this store again. My phone was swiped from my purse and the store management was reluctant to assist us, even refusing to help us call the local police to file a report (needed for my phone carrier and to shut my service off). We later found out that my stolen phone was not the first one reported (and caught on camera!) recently, but the 5th or 6th in the last MONTH, IN THIS VERY STORE! It seems this store is aware they have a problem with pick pockets and yet have zero interest in the security of their customers. I have spent thousands in this store over the last couple of years, however I will most likely take my business to another location, if this is how a situation like this will be handled. Every other store in the center was aware of the fact that there has been a ton of crime from pick pockets (mainly a group of travelers that comes through....my phone ended up in Chino Hills before the SIM card was removed. Luckily I was able to wipe it), and furthermore why was the Nike store, the store that seems to have the problem, so laid back and "whatever" about it? And to the jerk who swiped my phone (and who knows what else from other unsuspecting shoppers today), get a real job. I lost photos of my kids that I will never get back because you decided to live a life of crime vs getting a real job. What goes around does come around. read more

Apparently this Nike doesn't offer the medical discount which is an additional 20% , I asked a bunch of workers that answered with "we don't do that here". When I came to the register the cashier guarantee that he could do it. All of the workers have no clue on what is going on and their attitude is just horrible. read more

It's a hit or miss with this store, they either have good shoes or they don't. They have a small amount of running shoes with support.

The staff are nice and the store was clean. However, they have very limited selection of soccer cleats which was not implied on the website. When I say very select I mean including men's women's and children's there was only 3 pairs of cleats in the whole store! They tried to help me the best they could which I appreciate. I ended up buying some shorts from here and it took 35 mins to checkout. There were 6 people in front of me in the line but only two cashiers working. And one of them would just walk away after a customer and come back 5 mins later! read more

Store manager Tammy Flannery has the worst attitude and was very Condescending to us as their cashier over overcharge for a transaction. She was not apologetic and gave the nastiest customer service I've ever had! We didn't get one apology for their error and only offered us a $50 gift card and Tammy the manager walked away and left us upset and had another worker handle the rest of our transaction. I personal will never shop at Nike ever again! She should be reprimanded for her horrible customer service! read more

This place is awesome! Good selection of Nike products for everybody in the family. You can find a couple of hidden gems in the hash wall. Their staff is great!
