I seldom visit the Outlets at Barstow, but since they have a NB outlet store, I was on my way here. It's not a very big store, but not small either. I normally don't have a specific model of shoes that I buy. As long as it's NB and it's comfortable, I'm good. I love NB! Before trying on any shoes, I asked one of the staff members if I can return my purchase from here at any NB stores just in case I do. The lady said returns can be made at any NB outlet stores, but it must be an outlet store. Thank you Miss! The lady ended up helping me with my shoe selection. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the shoe I was wearing and what would be a good comparable and/or similar pair for me. I learned that I was wearing the 860 model in men's wide size. I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. Thank you so much Miss for your wonderful service and time! I appreciate it. They had 2 specials at the time... buy one pair of shoes at regular price and get another pair of shoes for 50% off or 30% off shoes that had a yellow sticker. My new shoes had the yellow sticker LOL. It was the last one in my wide size. It was meant for me. Thank you NB shoe genie! LOL This store has a good selection of men, women, and children shoes. They also carry clothing and accessories. There are a couple clearance sections. There is one fitting room for use. If you're on your way to and from Las Vegas or happens to be in the Barstow area AND you love NB shoes or you want to try a different brand of shoes from what you're currently wearing, drop on by this NB and check out their special offerings!

I ended up going to a closer location to me, which was still an hour away, to do the exchange in person. I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience. Therefore, I dont think I can return to this location.

We ended up buying a total of 4 bags that were worth over $1,200 for just $330-ish. Sure it's expensive in general for items, but that's because I'm not materialistic lol. But I know it is an amazing deal for fancy brand names such as these stores. My wife loves Kate Spade too so why not, she deserves it. Happy wife happy life I guess lol. Not sure how long the sale will be, but if you're in the area, go check it out. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were always asking if we needed help. I was in retail management for decades and frankly, she looked like she thought she was too good to work there. If she does, that's fine, maybe she should go work elsewhere and stop stealing credit for sales that she didn't make. I happen to know the stats matter so it sucks that she is doing that. There is always one in the bunch. She is the one. Now for the positive. Luckily, Asia thanked us before we left and we were able to get her name for this review. She did all the things a customer service person is supposed to do. Tell us the promotions, help us find our sizes, take us to the dressing room with our items. suggest add ons, lead us to the register, etc. All of which she did *with* a smile. She deserves a raise as she seems to be an asset to Levi's retail.

Its like if a shirt is $100, you get 50 back and the 40% off is based on $50 equalling $30 vs $10 with straight 90% back. I picked up a pimp arse scarf and brown leather gloves for $70. Sadly, that has become rare in my recent experiences out in public. Kudos to his mom for teaching him some manners and respect.
